The scene opens with a breathtaking panoramic view of the area around the Pechanga Arena; the scene in which the highly anticipated Alpha Rising would be taking place. Judging from the uproar of hype that was found on the internet there were many people that had incredibly high expectations of the brand new Professional Wrestling Promotion that had been branded as Alpha Pro Wrestling. Not just as a company, but as an alternative for what already existed. After all, people always had a craving for something else regardless of how good something already was. The best part of being looked at as an alternative? The fantastic fans of the wrestling world could be treated to brand new talent that no other company possessed! World class competitors such as Buzzsaw Bundy and Warbird, Scott Slayer, NYeo Son, and Masuda Jubei. It was shaping up to be something truly magical.
{"It's unbearable, this unreal anticipation."}
A distinctly feminine voice interrupted the mesmerizing view of the venue for the upcoming event. As a result, the camera swiveled around to reveal a woman in a black silk kimono with silver trim and a similarly colored fox mask. Visibly wearing Japanese style clothing and (more importantly) speaking in Japanese it was quite clear who she was; Tsukiko.
{"Can you feel it?
Can you smell it?
The prelude to spectacular battles that this country has only dreamed about bearing witness to! It really is exciting!
The best part?
The best part is that I am privileged enough to take part in such historic clashes. A privilege that was granted to me by you; the amazing fans. Without you and the tsunami sized wave of support, I fear that I may have never had this opportunity. I wouldn't have this once in a lifetime moment to come to America and compete.
For this, I thank each and everyone from the very bottom of my heart."}
With the subtitles at the bottom of the screen cluing the viewers in on what she was roughly trying to say, Tsukiko finished her display of humility with a low bow of respect. Respect to the fans. Respect to those in Alpha Pro Wrestling that listened to the fans. Respect to those few that truly believed in their Kitsune. However, the warm fuzzy feeling of camaraderie quickly dissipated when she straightened her posture. The atmosphere around her seemed to thicken as her eyes appeared to glow a silverish color from behind her black mask.
{"That being said, the first battle I have been tasked with is against Son-san; a man that is notoriously known for his brutality within the ring. Without a doubt, he is a man driven by his own appetites of ambitions of power and greed. Due to that, he is someone that will not hesitate to pull something particularly despicable regardless of who he is standing in the ring with.
What makes him any different than the yakuza?
The answer?
Nothing.
Son-san is a child afraid of somebody taking something he believes is his. Through tactics of fear, intimidation, and sheer brutality he seeks to further empower his delusions of grandeur by acting as the bully and protecting his ill-begotten trivialities.
The thing is, I couldn't care less about his childish antics and desires.
For me, ambitions of that nature are nothing more than the pitfalls of a weak mind and meek spirit. One does not need those things in order to experience happiness. Besides, it is clear just how miserable he views his life.
That said, when it comes to our match at Alpha Uprising he will find that I am no easy wall to climb nor am I some weak child that he can take from. Instead, he will find himself standing against a woman that has as much intention of caving in his skull as he does of inforcing his cliched will of brutality.
Unfortunately, Son-sans ambitions come to an end when he experiences the single most devastating move that the world has ever seen."}
Momentarily disappearing from view, Tsukiko suddenly popped up from below the shot and appeared to slam her left knee into the camera! However, no contact was actually made due to the camera operator's quick reaction. Unfortunately, the startled man ended up falling to his butt. As if offering up some sort of consolation for what she had done, Tsukiko's face bore a mischievously playful smile as she looked into the camera. For the first time in her short history within the wrestling world, it was in this moment that the Kitsune from the land of the Rising Sun spoke English.
"Moon Breaker."
Despite such a surprisingly historic moment, Tsukiko abruptly turned away from the camera and began to walk away into the crowd that hadn't seemed to have noticed any of what had just transpired. Neither the faux attack upon the camera nor the fact that there was even a camera there. It was on this oddity that the camera faded to black. Effectively ending the video.
