(The scene opens up and was outside in this bright sunny day, was seemed to be in some park field, and we see that we are with Alex Scott. Alex who is jogging around the park, Alex who is wearing some black shorts, Nike trainers and a Nike cut-sleeve t-shirt continues to run for a while. A few seconds past and Alex stops in mid run. The camera crew follows up and gets up-closed to Alex Scott who looks exhausted.)
“So here I am getting in some last minute training before my match on Monday Night Metal. But I’d like to talk about my match against Johnny Blaze from last week.”
(A small awkward laughter exhales from Alex)
“Can we all agree that it was nothing more than a FLUKE win? A fluke win that Johnny Blaze was probably due in some fucked up universe or different earth like in the comics that he probably still reads in his mamma's basement. And that it didn’t mean jacks hit to me. I hope Johnny Blaze is loving the feeling that he felt when he won last week on Metal. Because that feeling won’t last for him.”
(A frustrated Alex looks into the camera)
“But I have to move forward and upwards and this week is a very big opportunity I have on Monday Night Metal. This week I get to enter into the World Heavyweight tournament and my opponent is a new guy who calls himself, “The Guru Daddy” Wesley. And I honestly thought that Johnny Blaze’s name was that bad and a rip-off. But you Wesley beat him by a mile.”
(Alex laughs)
“Now I’m not gonna call you by any of your nicknames because frankly there stupid. There ridiculous and laughable. I’m just gonna call you Wesley. Now Wesley I know that you’ve only just signed with APW. And for you, you must think this is you’re big chance at a early stage in your career, but it’s not. You see you don’t just walk into a company and be handed chances at the minute you step in. You have to work hard. And by the looks of you, you don’t know what hard work is.”
(Alex smiles)
“By the looks of you Wesley you’re one of these snowflakes that are ruining this world right now with your whatever belief you believe in. By my eyes are clear. My mind is free and my actions will set the standard for this tournament. My eyes are as clear as day and what I see is you realizing that I am the future of APW.”
(Alex smiles again)
“I don’t consider you my mentor Wesley, I will never consider you that, I don’t consider you as a friend, and I certainly don’t consider you on my LEVEL. And who in their right minds would EVER call you the “Guru Daddy”? Nobody. You know I may have lost last week to Johnny Blaze but you’re the JOKE.”
(Alex laughs)
“You’re the walking and talking Joke who believe his own hype but when we meet. I promise you something Wesley, I promise you that I’m gonna’ kick you in the face so hard it’s gonna knock you back down to reality. I’m walking out of Monday Night Metal with not just a win under my belt and not just getting through to the tournament. But I’m walking out of Monday Night Metal with full knowledge and satisfaction that I’ve shut you up at the first step in your career. “
(Alex pauses)
“That is what I plan on doing and that is what’s gonna’ happen. I have been telling everyone and anyone that I will soon become champion here in APW. And this tournament is gonna be the way I go about it. I didn’t take Johnny Blaze that much serious and maybe that’s why he got a fluke win, but this I’m taking serious. This tournament I’m taking serious because it’s something I want so bad. And I’m gonna win.”
(Alex pauses)
“So Wesley I hope you lavish up this attention you’re getting but when that bell rings you’ll soon realize something. That you’re not on MY LEVEL. And NEVER WILL.”
(Scene ends)
