"the road dawg is sitting in a card club/ way off of the vegas strip a place where the locals would go for drinks and cards .its a nice place but tourists would think they'd get stabbed for going inside ..not that they would but the looks of the place keeps the morons out and there are girls dancing in the back but for now dawgs eating a rather large and nicley cut steak and all of the fixins and he spies an apw employee with a go-pro camera . and sighs finishing his beer and his dinner >
He waves him over and says to him jokingly "you know I can't go anywhere anymore ......"
You know its fitting we're in vegas at the moment talkin about the title matches becuase Someone talked me into taking a gamble on a brand new no-name fed starting up right when I was about a half step of cashing out on a rather long career of highs and lows...At first, I was just going to take an advisor/troubleshooter job but I decided to throw the dice and wrestle one last time and so far its been pretty good. Last moment so-called legends singing up notwithstanding ....... Those will be gone as soon as a bigger name is made for the fed and they get bored of life on the low side or they bankrupt us whichever comes first as I've seen both happen before
Well, we're past the first part of the hurdle we've lasted long enough to crown champions and have a PPV...Some people are concerned I'm not excited like some of the rooks in the fed at a title shot ...heh I've had titles before and its not as impressive as they think it will be sure you get paid better and there are benefits when ya champ of a known company but there's a downside too ..like everyone is wanting to kick your ass more than usual .... you have to kiss the publics ass more and more .... you're the face of the company so you've got to be pretty and clean of heart body and mind ........
I'm not looking forward to all that bullshit like I was 2 or 3 decades ago .....Although that's not saying I'm not going to give it my best shot because I am ...But I'm doing it for history ...id rather be remembered as the first and the longest titleholder you know the guy when 20 years later when they discuss the latest and greatest someone says "yeah but what about road dawg he held the longest and such" Thats why I'm taking another gamble ...... this weekends this 3 way clusterfuck
Not only am I looking to be remembered I want to show the young uns what a true ass-kicking really is ...See there are Trent page and neyo son .. and other than a few wins and losses .. well they haven't done much ..well except for the Asian guy has shown his daddy is some sort of OG and they have issues .... and I dont think we've seen Trent page since what the second week of apws existence ?
So Those two are just in my way ... Thell get their due but Its time for experience take over and show these greenhorns how it's done and then when I'm done they'll be seasoned enough for theirs ..its time to roll the dice of the mind-body and soul and see who gets snake eyes and who wins the pot because in gambling experience trumps beginners luck every time you throw down on the square circle
