Character Name: Jaice Wilds
Nickname: Inevitable
Hometown: Puerto Vehlo, Brazil
Height: 5'6"
Weight: 184 lbs
Alignment: Neutral
In-Ring Style: Self-Destructive High Flyer
Bio: Jaisinder Montez was born in a small village along the edge of the South American Rainforest. For the first ten years of his life, he grew up learning how to hunt and avoid predators in the jungle. It was a few months prior to his 11th birthday that he was on a hunt; a group of poachers came rolling through. Jaice attempted to stop the poaching of a panther, and was caught in a net trap. The poachers, not willing to risk being outed to authorities, kidnapped Jaice and smuggled him across the border into the USA.
Jaice was dropped in a small town where a circus was passing through. Not speaking English, a bilingual Carny managed to translate young Montez' concerns about being smuggled into a place he didn't recognize. The carny, not wanting Jaice to end up a victim of the system, suggested he join them. Montez, afraid and alone, joined the circus as a tightrope walker and acrobat.
A few months after his 16th birthday, Jaisinder left the circus for the call of professional wrestling. His unique skills and abilities from the circus and rainforest nabbed the attention of a talent scout, who flew him to the South Pacific. There, Jaice (who was now all but fluent in English) shortened his name, debuting in BTWF as the "Aerial Ace" Jaice Wilds. He won the Television Title on two occasions, and also led a group known as "The Faction" during his time in this promotion. When BTWF went under, Wilds joined the GWA. In his first month with the business, he teamed with Chris Angel to form the Xtreme World Order, winning the inaugural Tag Team Titles. GWA would also fold due to financial issues, causing xWo to be the only tag title holders in the GWA's history.
Jaice moved back into the states, where he happened upon a promotion out of Chicago. Xtreme HardCore Wrestling (later Fusion Championship Wrestling and then Wikkid Awesome Wrestling) gave Wilds a short-term contract, trying the young upstart in some matches. After a few months, Wilds was competing in an 8-man Chicago Penitentiary match for the World Title (Wilds was not involved in the final decision). As XHCW closed and went through ownership changes and rebranding, Wilds jumped to Georgia where he found REBEL Pro Wrestling. Within a few months, he was a promising young star; and within a year, he was facing Marina Blue for the Aggression Championship; which he won.
A few months later, he went back to Fusion (dual contracts) and challenged Eric Michaels for the Genocide Championship. The first opportunity was stolen as Eric hit Wilds with the belt to retain, followed by an attack backstage the following week to prevent Wilds from making it to the ring. Two weeks later, Wilds earned the nickname "Xtreme Aerialist" when he wrapped his boots in barbed wire, jumping from the rafters to assault Michaels. At the last Fusion-branded pay-per-view, Wilds defeated Michaels in a triple threat match to become the final Fusion Genocide Champion.
Jaice left Wikkid after his contract expired, looking for new competition. With REBEL Pro closing its doors, Jaice found solace in Underground X. While he never won a title in this promotion, Wilds honed his abilities in ultraviolence during his run. When UX went under as a result of events leading to "Kalistan", Wilds retreated to the Alliance of Wrestling Federations under the PWA banner. While he fought a few decent matches there, it was his role as an inside man that helped a revived REBEL Pro invade Pioneer Wrestling. Jaice would continue wrestling for REBEL until the AoWF closed its doors for good.
A few years later, Wilds would stumble through various promotions including WCF, NBW, UCI and AW. While he didn't do much under the first three banners, he did manage to obtain the 201 and Fun Championship (later Cruiserweight Title) in Action Wrestling. He was granted a World Title opportunity against Ryan Lockhart, putting up a fight but never quite breaking the glass roof.
After a discrepancy about the projection of his career, Wilds left Action Wrestling and finds himself in Alpha Pro, ready to write his next chapter.
