Lights spiral around the arena with some cuts to the crowd before hovering back towards ringside with Jonah St. Remington and Mike Clearwater.

Clearwater: I cannot believe what we’ve seen tonight.

St. Remi: And what about the Bane? Where will its influence stop?

Clearwater: I don’t know, Jonah, but this getting out of hand. And if we know the Bane… it won’t be satisfied until it controls every inch of Alpha Pro-Wrestling.

St. Remi: All of that and now we come to the biggest match in recent weeks as the longest reigning World Champion, Damon Warrens, takes on possibly the most dangerous man to grace the Alpha ring, bro.

Clearwater: And it all comes to head now… no more talk. No more scare tactics. Now, we see resolution!

The lights go out as the opening notes of "Judas" by Fozzy plays. Very dim lighting hits the entrance revealing Damon Warrens sitting on his throne of thorns on stage. Beside the throne crouches Jaime Cortez with Damon's signature barbed wire baseball bat in hand. Atop his head sits a matching thorny black crown; his mouth covered by his signature frowning half mask. Red face paint streaks leave his pure white eyes like tears of blood. The Nitemare stands up and opens up his merlot red trench coat revealing the Alpha Pro Wrestling World Championship around his waist. The Devil Himself walks stoically to the ring with Jaime walking in front of him loudly singing the praises of the Nitemare to the crowd.

Jessica Kaine: "From San Diego California, by way of Toronto Canada, weighing in at 225 pounds, ... he is THE DEVIL HIMSELF DAMON WARRENS!"

Damon walks to the right side of the ring. Before he can slide onto the apron Jaime sets down the baseball bat and crouches in front of The Devil Himself. Damon pauses before stepping onto his boyfriend's back in order to climb to the ring apron. He turns to face the crowd before slowly entering through the ropes. Damon stands in the center of the ring and holds his arms out in a crucifix like pose. He tilts his head back and basks in the red light before reaching for his crown which he removes before giving it to Jaime for safe keeping. The Nitemare removes his jacket and mask and crouches in the corner his blank white eyes staring unnervingly in anticipation of the match.

Clearwater: This place has gone seismic!

St. Remi: You can feel these fans, bro! They know what this means for APW!

Clearwater: Bull is an invader to these fans, and they’re willing stand behind Warrens as he cleanses the ring.

St. Remi: Speak again, my dude, here comes the Hatebringer!!

The lighting throughout the arena slowly fades into darkness evoking a sense of fearsome and suspenseful apprehension over the viewing audience as the opening riff of “Cry Little Sister" by Gerard McMann begins to play throughout the arena.

Eerie grayish black strobe lighting starts cascading throughout the arena as a series of grainy black and white video images shows Corey Bull laying out Spencer Adams, Casey Holliday, Oblivion, Scott Slayer and two other no named jabronies on the screen of the ACTIONtron.

“The Hatebringer” Corey Bull appears to rise up in slow motion from the depths of hell in front of the ACTIONtron screen, live and in living color, on stage wearing a silver metal death mask, an oily bloodstained gray fleece hoodie with a bandolier bullet belt wrapped around his waist under a zipped up full grain heavy duty black leather motorcycle jacket,oil-stained, grimy jean pants, and heavy duty tan steel-toe work boots. Standing next to him, in a pair of jeans and a devilishly gorgeous top, is Dark Misstress. In her hands she holds the voodoo skull that she uses to drive Bull to greater heights.

The eerie grayish black strobe lighting catches Corey Bull looking a little off-kilter and more and more unsettling like a monster-lurking-in-the-shadows while holding in his bloodstained taped wrapped hands the four feet of steel loggers chain, tainted with the dried blood of those that have felt its bite before. Dark Misstress chuckles and runs her hand down the leather of the jacket. Her smile is both seductive and malicious as she nods towards the ring.


Dark Misstress starts for the ring, Bull walking behind her and dragging the four feet of loggers chain behind him.

Jessica Kaine: And making his way down the aisle, being led to the ring by the voodoo princess Dark Misstress...standing 6'10", and weighing in at 385 pounds, hailing from the Great Northwoods, here is, “The Hatebringer” Corey BBBBUUUUULLLLLL!

He very crudely drapes the four feet of loggers chain over the ring post and turns to Dark Misstress. She raises the skull and Bull looks over her, seemingly absorbing her beauty as if he will never see it again, before staring at the skull and taking a moment of appreciative fascination for his prize possession, seeming to take power from it as it stares back at him. Bull climbs up on the apron and climbs over the top rope like a small fence and begins pacing back and forth like a predatory animal trapped in the confines of a cage in a zoo.

Clearwater: You could cut this air with a knife!

St. Remi: I can’t feel my limbs! Is that normal?

Clearwater: Most cases, nope, but tonight is an exception! How can the ring hope to contain these men?

Warrens pulls himself with the ropes, readying to fire from a cannon at the bell. Bull takes a calm approach by adjusting his arm gear with Brother Zeke readying them for the match with final overview. Jaime and Dark Misstress coach from their respective corners as the bell finally tolls.

Clearwater: Warrens flying in with a gigantic forearm smash!

St. Remi: He’s got Bull into the corner with a violent flurry of strikes!

Corey Bull takes the punishment for a few seconds before shoving the smaller man in Warrens across the ring. He rolls several times before regaining his footing. Bull had already given chase, as he leads with a big elbow smash. He then whips Damon into the far ropes and plants him with a sidewalk slam.

Clearwater: Barely two.

St. Remi: Bro, don’t you get it? The Hatebringer is just toying with him.

Clearwater: You think so?

St. Remi: Look at that headlock. Bull sees something these fans don’t… what that is we may never know.

Clearwater: Warrens elbowing free! And off the ropes… he goes behind into a mounted sleeper!

St. Remi: That’s a big man killer!

Bull, sensing the danger, using the turnbuckle to dislodge Warrens before he could get the hold on tight. He then answers with foot wash that sets the Nitemare in place for something bigger. Bull takes several steps back before going straight into a shoulder block that lifts Damon off his feet.

Clearwater: How many more of those can he take?

St. Remi: The ref will step in first, bro. Warrens don’t shiv.

Clearwater: What!!

St. Remi: Sunset flip!

Bull springs out of the sudden counter but a rolling leg takedown has him on is knees. Warrens rolls onto his back, trying now for a rear naked choke on the Hatebringer.

St. Remi: Bull’s in big trouble here!

Clearwater: A huge miscalculation by Corey Bull! And he might end up paying for it!

Warrens holds on as Bull desperately tries to reach the ropes with that pesky weight sucking the air out of him. He gets to one knee but the pressure keeps building. Dark Misstress slaps the apron in a desperate attempt to wake her champion—all while Jaime goes into a frenzy with the front row fans. Bull somehow defies it all and hunches forward on two legs.

Clearwater: The power of Corey Bull is inhuman!
St. Remi: I don’t think Warrens can believe it!

Clearwater: Now he’s trapped! Oh no… this could be bad!

Bull dislodges the hold and traps the torso of the Nitemare. Raging elbows stun him for a moment before the Hatebringer secures Warrens and snaps him over his knee with a pendulum backbreaker. Fans go silent for a several awesome seconds. Jaime reaches out for his champion’s hands and pulls him to safety mere seconds before Corey Bull can touch him.

St. Remi: That was a bad idea….

Clearwater: Corey Bull taking instructions as he rolls over the ropes to the outside.

St. Remi: Warrens in his foe, but I don’t think that’s his next target.

Clearwater: What’s Jaime doing? Bulls storming right for him.

Jaime stands in front of that f-5 tornado’s warpath with total disregard for his own wellbeing. The ref tells him to disengage with Bull, but Jaime won’t give up on his endeared. Fans gasp when Bull grabs him by the throat, manhandling the significantly smaller frame of Jaime. He powers him with only one object in sight: the MNM announce table.

St. Remi: Time to go, bro!

Clearwater: My cord is stuck!

St. Remi: Leave it!

The announcers flee moments before Bull chokeslams Jaime through the table. The act both terrible and misguided at the same time, as this second seismic event jars the woozy World Champion from his stupor. Sobered, and blinded by rage, the Devil Himself awakens with a go-behind move and surprising show of strength as he secures a german suplex on the Hatebringer.

St. Remi: Well that chopped him back down to size!

Clearwater: But can he bring the pain we’ve seen from the Devil before?

St. Remi: He went for the one thing you don’t touch, bro. Bull slipped up big time!

Warrens surges to his feet first and whips Bull into the turnbuckle. He then bashes the Hatebringer into it with a running knee to the back. Fans erupt as he turns his attention to the Mistress hovering nearby, revenge hot in his stare, as he traces her backwards movement. Except Bull clips him from behind.

1! 2! 3!

Clearwater: And Brother Zeke has seen enough. These two need to get back in the ring!

St. Remi: Slow count….
Clearwater: Now that you mention it. It does seem slow.

St. Remi: It’s all adrenaline now, bro. There’s no thought except survival!

Clearwater: What’s he doing?

St. Remi: Bull has to get the champ back in the ring, Mikey-boy. Bull can’t win the title by count-out.

Clearwater: But what about Zeke?

Brother Zeke, though mostly a casual observer during most of the match, has now taken to a molasses of a count out. Corey Bull finally rolls Damon into the ring followed by a walk-over that presses his entire weight into the spine of the World Champion. Damon slaps at the canvas but doesn’t feel out of it at all. Brother Zeke inspects the damage before Bull pushes him aside to press his boot into Warrens’ throat.

Clearwater: Can he do that!

St. Remi: Nope.

Clearwater: But is Zeke picking sides?

St. Remi: Everyone in the locker room wants a piece of Damon Warrens… he’s just trying level the field, bro.

After an obscene amount of time, Zeke finally scrapes Bull’s 20+ sized boot off Damon’s trachea. The Hatebringer feels the air and sees a chance to end this once at for all. He grabs both hands of the Champion—and all the fans sense the incoming danger.

Clearwater: This could be it!

St. Remi: Warrens bit the ropes! What desperation from the champion!

Clearwater: And even Zeke has to break the hold.

He shouts in the Hatebringer’s face after pulling off a mostly defenseless Warrens. Disengagement allows the crowd to lift up the heavy limbs and somehow power the Devil Himself back to his feet albeit with a back held entirely by the ropes.

Clearwater: Warrens is back on his feet!

St. Remi: And he just rocketed a clothesline to the Hatebringer!

Clearwater: Putting the boots to Corey Bull!

Bull throws him off again and follows with a big boot. Damon eats leather but flips over onto all-fours and launches himself at Bull with ravenous fury. Blows fly between them until Warrens gets the upper hand. He then whips Corey Bull into the ropes and hits a rising bicycle knee.

Clearwater: Justifiable Homicide!

St. Remi: Gadzooks!

Bull took it full-on but didn’t fall over. He rocks back with a choke toss that flings Warrens off his feet. Corey Bull, however, appears to be dead on his feet. Warrens flies in and hits another knee strike.

St. Remi: That man is a goddamn mountain! Will he ever go down?

Clearwater: One more!

St. Remi: Caught him!

Bull grabs Warrens out of the air and chokeslams him back to earth like Zeus’s lightning bolt. The Champion rolls on his side, but also finds the strength that wills himself back to the fight. Both men go into an exchange of blows that leaves the crowd on the edge of their seats.

St. Remi: Right! Left! This is a fireworks show, bro!

Clearwater: And we’re just getting the ringside view.

EMTs finally reach ringside and go immediately to the attention of Jaime. Maybe that alone puts him back into the match, or maybe his raging hate for a being made of hate, but all that powers the greatest punch of the entire match that drops Corey Bull on one knee. Damon pounds him with unguarded strikes until he has the larger right where he wants Bull.

Clearwater: What’s he doing!

St. Remi: Oh yeah—get him, Champ!

Clearwater: Devil’s Snare!

Clearwater: What! He has to finish the count!

St. Remi: Not like this!

Clearwater: Oh come on!

Crowd: Finish him!

Zeke stares into the burning fire in Warren’s eyes.

jw: And your winner… and still Alpha Pro-Wreslting Word Champion… “The Devil Himself” Damon Warrens!

Clearwater: What a match… oh no—he’s going after Brother Zeke!

St. Remi: As he should! Tear his face off!

Clearwater: Remi, settle.

St. Remi: No bro! Take him out, Damon!

Fans erupt as the two get into blows with a now bloody Damon Warrens raging through the defensive position of Brother Zeke, still clad in a referee shirt. Dropped from a haymaker, Warrens tears the shirt off Brother Zeke as his assault continues.

Clearwater: Where’d he come from!

St. Remi: It’s Daniel Christopher! The Mindless one has joined the fray!

He helps Zeke overwhelm the furry of blows as they press Warrens into a corner. Kicks have him in a seated positon. He tries to get up but a super kick from Daniel Christopher drops him to the canvas once more. Brother Zekes demands him in position before hitting the a spiral twisting neckbreaker.

Clearwater: Sister Abagail!

And with that sudden move, the lights go out. Fans scream as the ring descends into nothingness. When the lights finally come to, we see Corey Bull holding his weight on the shoulders of Daniel Christopher. Brother Zeke leaning into a shot from the apron so that they appear to be towering over the viewer. That’s when the Bane comes into frame grinning wide.

Clearwater: The Bane won’t stop until it has destroyed APW.

St. Remi: Is there anyone in APW that can stop them?

Clearwater: I don’t know… but we thank you for watching Monday Night Metal.
