Born in Transylvania, Romania to a single mother, Ardelean grew up poor. His father died during a hunting incident while in the Transfagarasean mountains when he was a young boy. Ardelean traveled to Cluj-Napoca during his teen years and got a job working as a bouncer and a club. It was there that Ardelean's love for combat became apparent. His high tolerance for pain enabled him to endure long laboring hours of his night job as a bouncer but also a farm hand during the day. It was during a night of work when he was approached by a man in a long Black coat and hat about moving to The States and earning more money by working a more "decent job". Moving to California and then to Las Vegas, Nevada, Ardelean his love of the Sport of professional fighting. He enrolled himself in The Arts of Muay-Thai and other combat arts. During a sparring session at a local gym, he was approached by a man dressed in all Black only known as The Baphomet. It was then that he was approached with the idea to join their ranks. Ardelean then sought out Alpha Pro Wrestling and signed his contract with the company.

The lights in the arena turn off and in the total darkness, Arthan's theme plays. The lights slightly raise to a dim setting as smoke/fog machines begin blowing out smoke, and it billows around the staging entrance while a video plays above him on the giant screen. Red beams of light begin to shine upward from the grates and cover the entrance stage.
Walking slowly through the lightly tinted Red smoke is Arthan with his Left hand stretched out before him. Walking towards the ring with his eyes focused ahead, his slow walk allows ample time for the commentary team to be heard by the viewing audience as well as the crowd to take in the video playing on the screen.
Reaching the ringside area, as if he was directing the lights, his outward stretched hand is placed on the ring steps. Wiping them as if to clear off something that was on them, Arthan steps up each step until he stops at the top step. His Left hand has now turned into a raised hand. It's as if he was conducting the lights, the lights begin to slowly turn on fully. Placing his hands on the top and middle rope, he leans over and steps through the ropes and into the ring. In the ring, he backs into the nearest corner and sits down Indian-style as his music, looped or restarted by this time, fades away.
