(It is dark. Middle of the night. A few seconds go by and we are still in pitch black. A few seconds later a flickering light can be seen flashing on. A bathroom light is turned on and we are in a bathroom. Looking into a mirror. Another few seconds later and in walks Alex Scott. Who is wearing nothing but black shorts. He places his hands on the sink and turns on the cold tap, allowing the water to flow for a little. Alex then cups his hands and sprays water upon his face. Alex then stares into the mirror.)
“It has been almost two weeks now that Vendetta has been written in the books and the dust has settled. It has been two weeks now that Alpha Wrestling has made the cruiserweight championship a defunct championship. It is now been melted down and scrapped like it meant nothing. But it meant something to me. It meant a great deal to me and it showed my hard work. It showed my passion for this company and it showed my loyalty. But I guess management didn’t care. I guess defuncting a championship is more important and creating a new championship is high on their politician movements here. To get a champion THEY want.”
(Alex splashes water on his face again)
“And it has worked for now because while the scramble match was nothing more than a clusterfuck in the end Leah Lincoln did a miracle. Leah Lincoln walkaway from the rubble unscathed and with the brand new piece of gold called Strong Style. The strong style championship was born at Vendetta and currently has its first ever champion holding it.”
(Alex pauses while looking into the mirror)
“Leah Lincoln I guess congratulations are in order because you walk away from the scramble match with the gold. But know this you didn’t beat me for it. You didn’t beat me in any singles match for that gold and I will prove again that you’re not ready.”
(Alex laughs out loud)
“Let’s be absolutely real Leach Lincoln anyone could have walked away with the gold in those type of matches. It was pot luck and it felt lucky to you. The real hard work begins now as you are champion. That real hard work is fighting every week even when you are tired and even when your body is in pain you need to chin up and fight. But I don’t believe you can do this.”
(Alex smiles)
“In fact I know you will be unable to do this. I know that your title reign will be the shortest in history. Because I have my sights set on that strong style championship now. I have my sets to be the next strong style champion and I will achieve that. This week on Monday Night Metal Supercard show I will walk away as your new champ. I will outsmart you and I will out skill you in every way.”
(Alex pauses)
“Wake up Leah Lincoln your just holding that championship to keep it warm for me. But you can do me a favor and clean it and when I win it I’ll make it a prestige championship. I’ll be the champion that this company deserves and you’ll just be a small footnote.”
(Alex turns off the cold tap before speaking again)
“Just imagine waking up with everything you ever wanted and in just a matter of moments it was taken from you. You and I will have that one thing in common. You and I will have that one thing in common because I will take that strong style championship away and you won’t be able to stop me.”
(Alex looks in the mirror)
“My dream was made defunct this past week and now I get to crush your dreams. You dream of holding that strong style championship for a long time will be dashed in seconds when the bell
rings. I am walking out as your new Strong Style champion. Believe that.”
(Scene ends)
