(The scene opens up to the face of Alex Scott. Alex is sitting at a computer desk. As we can see only his head we can assume his using a live conferencing app.)
“So last week the powers that be continued to try and stop me from climbing up here in APW by throwing me another monster of a man. First it was Apokalypse and last week was The Octopus. Like I said last week I sent The Octopus back to the cage at the circus. If you are fan there’s he will be. Now I move forward and now I turn my direction to someone new.”
(Alex pauses)
“Well not exactly new but a new opponent for me. This week I face the returning Latoya Hixx. And even as I say that out loud I am in a uncontrollable laughter.”
(Alex pauses)
“You see Latoya I have done my research on you and John Blade. And it seems to be a pattern with you that you would disappear from a company when it goes bad for you and you would run and hide. Not just you but your partner in crime John Blade would also use this tactic. You wouldn’t be seen for ages and rock up whenever you please to have a match. But look what has happened. John Blade returned first and is getting some minor spotlight in the US open challenge. Then there are you and maybe just maybe I have found the chains to John Blade’s career. It’s you Latoya.”
(Alex smiles)
“You hold back John Blade all of his long career and now he is just getting that spotlight and now you wanna take it away from him again. I can already see that you’re a dominant partner over him. Maybe John Blade doesn’t have a brain cell of his own while your around, maybe John has no balls around you and cannot stand up for himself. But I’ll do him and everyone else a favour this week on Monday Night Metal.”
(Alex smiles)
“This week on Monday Night Metal on your big one millionth return to the company that favor that I will do for everyone is to get rid of you. That I will show up and not only win but embarrass you. This week we meet for the first time and this week I ruin your dream of getting anywhere near that North American title. You Latoya Hixx don’t deserve a title shot and you don’t deserve to be in the ring with me.”
(Alex pauses)
“But this week your chance at being in the ring with me is gonna be a short experience. A short but swift experience for you. But just know this Latoya I’ll be getting another win and you can bank on it.”
(Alex smiles as the scene ends)
