(The scene opens up in some hallway of the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. The place of Mon day Night Metal this week. As the cameras zoom down the hallway we see that Alex Scott is sitting on a production trunk. Alex who is wearing some blue jeans and a black hooded jacket with the hood over his head as a frown upon his face.)
“Last week was my opportunity to get a title shot for the junior heavyweight championship. Last week all I had to do was to beat newcomer Elijah Dixon at World War Wrestling on pay-per-view and that would have sealed my chance at the junior heavyweight championship. But it didn’t happen. And now Elijah Dixon who has only been here for five minutes gets his chance at the title that should belong to me anyway. So Elijah Dixon enjoy the spotlight while you can because I’ll be closing in on my chance real soon.”
(Alex pauses)
“But since were back on Monday Night Metal this week my next opponent is a very large opponent. An opponent who has named himself after an eight-legged squid from the ocean. My opponent is The Octopus.”
(Alex starts to laugh)
“Now from what I’ve seen the Octopus doesn’t come out to the ring with a custom with eight-tentacles attached to his ring gear. He doesn’t come to ridiculous theme music. The Octopus is actually a monster looking dude. A man who stands at six foot three and weighs at three hundred and forty two pounds of a beats, and also wears a mask. Everything else about this monster of a man is completely unknown. But I can get where this man monster has appeared from. You see The Octopus is an escaped from the circus.”
(Alex smiles)
“The Octopus has escaped his cage from being the freak attraction and thinks he can walk into the spotlight of APW. Well Octopus that’s not gonna happen and I’m gonna stop you in your tracks immediately. You see most recently I have been known for taking out and beating on bigger opponents. Go and ask Apokalypse that’s if you can find him. Not only did I beat him and win I embarrassed him so much that nobody has seen him since.”
(Alex smiles)
“And that’s exactly what’s gonna happen to you, not only will I beat you I’m gonna send you back to the circus and send you back to your cage. Because you will not be able to lay a finger on me during our match. I’ll use my speed and agility that will be too much for you. You’ll be thinking twice of your actions and I’ll make it easier for you to return to the circus. This is MY RING.”
(Alex pauses)
“After I beat you I am targeting the junior heavyweight championship. I have that gold in my sights and there’s nothing anyone can do about it. Elijah Dixon or Giggles need to watch out. I’m coming.”
(Scene ends)
