Bio:
-Vayden began his pro wrestling journey in response to the bullying he experienced as a child. He adopted an arrogant, all-about-me attitude as a sort of defense mechanism.
-He quickly got a reality check when Lissie Hope defeated him in his Action Wrestling debut.
-Once moved to the cruiserweight division, Vayden was propelled into the spotlight after his match with QDT at Havoc 2019 despite eventually losing the bout.
-Fans got behind the charismatic star, causing him to shed his cocky persona and revert to someone closer to his personality as a kid before the torment started while still retaining some of his vain personality traits.
-Derrick got his first taste of gold when he won a multi-man match under the bright lights of Evolution II to capture the Cruiserweight title. However, he lost it a mere two weeks later back to Alexander Pasternak.
-His second title reign was much more prosperous, holding the Cruiserweight Championship for a whopping four months which involved tough battles with Kyle Cameron, Geri Miller, and a feud featuring Raging Dead and QDT before finally losing it to Raging Dead in a huge upset at Turmoil 2019.
-Following the Cruiserweight Havoc Rumble, Vayden announced he was finally moving up to the main roster after dominating the Cruiserweight division for most of the year.
-This coincided with Vayden heartlessly turning on his girlfriend Amy by allowing Geri Miller to viciously attack her then kissing Miller right in front of the distressed Amy.
-Vayden and Miller joined forces with then TV Champion, Estrella Luiz to form The Cool Kidz stable.
-Miller dropped a bombshell on her boyfriend by announcing she was in the process of adopting a child, forcing DV to prepare for fatherhood much sooner than anticipated.
-Vayden soon followed up that news by proposing to Geri, officially becoming fiances.
-An impressive showing in the 2020 Havoc Rumble, Vayden began to spread his wings more, beginning to work his way up the card in singles action.
-A brief partnership with Raging Dead has brought the fans back around to Vayden and vice versa. He has discovered the fun in wrestling again. He is hoping this reinvigoration will lead to success.
-After the death of Raging Dead at the hands of Frank Lowe, Vayden became enraged. He set out on a mission to avenge his fallen friend by taking Lowe out.
-This hatred for Lowe brought Vayden to APW, running through the crowd to assault and abduct Frank. Due to this, DV was banned from APW events indefinitely.
-Vayden, along with the wife of Raging Dead, Sara Pettis, challenged The Hangmen for their APW tag team titles on an episode of Action Wrestling's Monday Night Clash, defeating them. Thus, FTH (Fuck The Hangmen) became the champions.

Jessica Kaine: And now, making his way to the ring from Milwaukee Wisconsin, weighing in at 224 pounds... He is “The Wanderer”, Derrick Vayden!
Vayden begins marching to the ring. He ignores the fans who reach out to touch him as he focuses on approaching the ring. He slides under the bottom rope and scans the arena again before rising up to his knees in the center of the ring.
Derrick slowly pulls the hood down. He then quickly rips the mask off of his face as the red light transitions into the normal arena lights. Under the mask reveals the furious expression of Vayden as he poses with his arms out wide.
