L Verez: How did you get in here?
eNaiT: Oh, don’t act as if this was the first time I broke into your little spacecraft. No matter how many times you update your security measures, I’ll always find a way to come back. I know you too well, *lass*.
eNaiT: Ouch. That Zombie really did a number on you, didn’t he? The giant too. Looks like you’re in over your head again, L-7.
L Verez: This doesn’t make sense. I should be healed by now. I shouldn’t be writhing in pain still.
eNaiT: Maybe that tech of yours has a bigger effect against you than you imagined.
L Verez: I assume you’re the one that ransacked Rannoch. There’s more though, isn’t there?
eNaiT: Wouldn’t you like to know?
Zima’Ion: L!
L Verez: Where did N-8 go?
Zima’Ion: What? I didn’t see her. What happened?
L Verez: She was here, and she attacked me. I feel as if she’s the one that terrorized Rannoch. There may be more to it, however.
Zima’Ion: She doesn’t usually get one over on you like this. Not to where you’re on the floor bloodied.
L Verez: I’m okay, Zima.
Zima’Ion: No. You’re not. You need to heal. I’m going to bring Auron here to look after you. Polonium, Maximus and I will go to Rannoch, and I’ll let the rest of the team make sure to keep a close eye on the team, in case eNaiT comes back.
L Verez: No. I need to help.
Zima’Ion: I won’t let you continue to put yourself into more danger in this condition. You need to heal. You protected me. Now it’s my turn to protect you.
L Verez: Lead the way, Zima.
Auron: What? What’s got you up all of a sudden?
It must’ve been a dream. I’ve sat up in the medbay with Auron, suddenly. No glow, no blood, no Earth in peril. Just wires on me and an LED display for my lab work.
L Verez: I suppose it was just a dream. Wait, my results. Everything looks… fine.
Auron: Yeah, I noticed that too. I don’t exactly know why. Suddenly, you started recovering like normal. It’s too bad you weren’t like that before your match with Lacklan, or that tag match.
L Verez: Indeed. I owe her a title match now.
Auron: Are you doing that? I figured it was a bluff.
L Verez: I keep my promises, Auron. I told you I was going to defeat Zombie, just as you did, and I kept to it.
Auron: You did. I’ll give you that. You’re clearly having a hard time defending the gold though. Are you sure you’re the right person to lead such an animalistic division? Zombie was champ for a reason.
L Verez: I am, and I’m going to keep defending it until I can’t anymore. It’s taken a toll on my weekly matches, but I’m going to persevere and continue to fight, as I always do.
Auron: Well, let’s hope it doesn’t affect your healing again. I never figured out what caused it, or why you’re suddenly back to normal. Your body could stop healing again at a bad time.
So, this might not be the end of my misery. How am I supposed to be a champion if I can't stay at one hundred percent?
L Verez: When did my health start looking better?
Auron: Well, we’re not on Earth, so it’s hard to tell time. The soonest I can say is after you were passed out for a bit, although you fell out a bit suddenly after I started testing and sampling. Nothing seems consistent, and it’s honestly a bit worrisome.
L Verez: I’ve not relaxed much in the past few weeks. Maybe Zima was right. I needed the rest.
Auron: There has to be more to it. Something in you must be stunting your recovery rate.
L Verez: We'll figure it out in due time, Auron. I had my rest, and I'm doing better. I have to train, and get my mindset on my current match.
Irina: Hello, space creature. I assume you've come for good reason.
L Verez: I came to confess.
Irina: Confess what, exactly?
L Verez: I've been working through an injury the past few weeks.
Irina: Why have you not told anyone?
L Verez: It didn't feel that serious until recently. However, I have recovered.
Irina: So, it wasn't serious. This feels pointless. Aren't you supposed to be a superior species?
L Verez: I've never made such a claim.
Irina: Your action says it all. So, what? Is this your excuse for your poor performance outside of your hardcore title defenses?
L Verez: No, I'm not making any excuses. Sarah defeated me fairly, so I'm willing to defend my title against her.
Irina: As you should, and will. Can we get to the point?
L Verez: If you approve… I have an idea.
eNaiT: Oh, don’t act as if this was the first time I broke into your little spacecraft. No matter how many times you update your security measures, I’ll always find a way to come back. I know you too well, *lass*.
Agh!... I attempted to charge at her, but this pain… it’s too much. Suddenly, I drop to one knee.
L Verez: This doesn’t make sense. I should be healed by now. I shouldn’t be writhing in pain still.
eNaiT: Maybe that tech of yours has a bigger effect against you than you imagined.
I don’t like this. I doubt she’s here just to torment me.
eNaiT: Wouldn’t you like to know?
Gahh! .. How did she kick me down so quickly? Now I’m bleeding.
Zima runs toward me. I try to stop her from coming to close, but…
Zima’Ion: What? I didn’t see her. What happened?
L Verez: She was here, and she attacked me. I feel as if she’s the one that terrorized Rannoch. There may be more to it, however.
Zima’Ion: She doesn’t usually get one over on you like this. Not to where you’re on the floor bloodied.
L Verez: I’m okay, Zima.
I… I can’t get up. I just fall right back to one knee.
L Verez: No. I need to help.
She stops me from getting back up. The look on her face is difficult to describe. I’ve never seen her like this.
I’m in too much pain to argue. I pushed myself too far.

What’s happening? Why is Earth in danger? There’s so much chaos. Everyone attacking each other, buildings burning, the ground around me is quaking. Wait… my skin… it’s glowing. I’m bleeding too. By the quasars, I’m dripping in blood, and the glow is getting brighter and brighter.
...
!!!
L Verez: Run!...
!!!
Auron: What? What’s got you up all of a sudden?

I stand and leave the medbay, not allowing Auron to reply any further. I understand he's looking out for me, but I've been too inconsistent, and with my health being more in tune, and I fix that issue.

Out one door, and into another. I enter Irina's office. She looks slightly less annoyed than she did last time I did this.
L Verez: I came to confess.
Irina: Confess what, exactly?

I set up my Holo, checking for any hint of pain. So far, I’m okay. The ring of the Holo glows purple, beginning the recording.
L Verez: Alpha Pro Wrestling has given me many new opponents to face. Adapting to the new environment has been more difficult than I anticipated. My obstacle this week has not gotten any easier. Eli Beazley is not only the current Junior Heavyweight Champion, but he’s also the longest reigning, holding the title since winning a few months before I arrived. Liberty or Death proved to be his time to make a name for himself. This week, we’re set to fight in a non title, Champion vs Champion match.
I grab the title belt around my waist. I’ve slowly gotten used to the barbaric aesthetic of it.
Just last week, we were a tag team. Admittedly, tag team matches haven’t been going my way. I cost us the match, which brings us here. I imagine he doesn’t think much of me after that. While he’s been champion for months, here I am only able to win my title defenses. He might believe that the Hardcore Division is taking a toll on me, and that I won’t be able to hold it for much longer. I assume many, at this point, feel the same. That I’m an inferior champion that shouldn’t be within the same ranks as the others. I’ll prove them wrong. I’ll even go a step further.
I take the belt off of my waist and hold it high. I feel a slight sharp pain, but pay it no mind.
Next week, I’ll be defending this title against Sarah Lacklan. If I defeat her, no one will have to wait until the next PPV to get a shot at my APW Hardcore Championship. If I’m on a Monday Night Metal Card, I’ll be defending my championship. Eli, I’ll even let you be the next to fight for this, so long as you defeat me tonight. I’ve been lackluster in non title contention, I’ll admit. However, when this title is at play, I fight until the bitter end. I’m willing to go through leaps and bounds to assure that my title remains around my waist.
Where I lack in the smaller battles, I make up for in the gritty wars. If you’re willing to get your hands dirty, then you can have the opportunity to be a dual champion. You’ve been a great Junior Heavyweight Champion, and I admire that. No one has been able to take your title away, just yet. So maybe there’s a higher goal for you to reach. Maybe it’s right here, waiting for you to grasp it. You’ll just have to go through me to do it.
