Clearwater: Good evening, MINNEAPOLIS! We are just ONE WEEK away from KINGDOM COME!

Remi: This is HUGE Mikey-bro! Kingdom Come is our first INTERNATIONAL pay-per-view and we’ll be coming to you live from the great city of LONDON!

Clearwater: We’re expecting some big announcements from General Manager Irina Ivanova about the night’s matches, in particular, the fate of the North American Championship in the wake of Lex Collins’ unexpected departure!

Remi: Not to mention an action-packed card tonight, dude! V-B-S are in the house!

*Crowd pops*

Clearwater: After a sudden disappearance from the tag team scene, William the Behemoth is making his in-ring return tonight -- with a brand-new partner! They’re sure to have their sights set on those tag team titles!

Remi: Speaking of tag titles, Oblivion completely ambushed one-half of the APW Tag Champs last week, when he attacked Corey Black after the Hardcore main event! The Monster isn’t playing around, and neither is his mysterious tag team partner!

Clearwater: Maybe we’ll get a glimpse of the man under the hood tonight! But before all that, we’ve got the “All-Day Superstar” Alex Scott back in singles action taking on James Nightmare.

Remi: Alex Scott hates clowns, Mikey-bro -- and so do I!

Clearwater: Too bad, because tonight seems to be a two-for-one deal on clowns, as newcomer Giggles faces off against fan favorite Lazer Blazer! Followed by James Nightingale versus the Demon Abaddon!

Remi: Nobody told me there’d be demons! I, uh… probably shouldn’t be here for that one.

Clearwater: Don’t be ridiculous, Remi! You’ll miss out on Vonn Richter going head to head with Jordi Trash...

Remi: Hard pass.

Clearwater: Plus the Bloodline takes on the combined might of former Metal GM Damian Kaine, Hardcore Champ L Verez, and the Master himself, Masuda Jubei! All before our main event, which sees APW World Champion Damon Warrens stepping into the ring with the legendary Jayson Price -- right here, on Monday Night Metal!

Very Big Supervillains vs Latoya Hixx/John Blade

Clearwater: Ladies and gentleman. Welcome to...

Jonah St. Remington stands up, climbs up onto the commentary desk and holds out his arms...

Remi: WELCOME TO MONDAY NIGHT METAL!! I AM JONAH ST. REMI WITH ‘PLAY BY PAY’ MIKE CLEARWATER!

The rawkus Minnesota crowd cheers as St. Remi climbs down, puts on his headset with a smug expression on his face.

Clearwater: Is this going to be my future from now on?

Remi: Yes, yes it is. Who we got this week?

Clearwater: Well, here they come now!

JESSICA KAINE: FROM BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS! WEIGHING IN AT 114LBS! SHE IS LEEEGIT! SHE IS LATOYA HIXX!!!

‘Sky's the limit’ hit's as Latoya Hixx emerges from behind the curtains and curtsy’s down on her custom heel toe, raising up her Sunglasses as she walks down the ramp towards the ring.

Remi: Hixx? Who is she facing?

Clearwater: Oh for gawd’s sakes, Remi! Check the damn website!

Hixx climbs up onto the apron with an acrobatic swagger before showing off her Legit Brass Knuckles then entering the ring.

Remi: She’s hot, who’s next?

Clearwater: Check your notes!

Remi: What, I have notes?

John Blade’s music begins to play as he walks out on stage. He talks to the camera man and bounces a little. He holds up his “Never Give Up” logo flag and tosses it to the fans. He salutes and runs straight down towards the ring. He bounces off the ropes side to side and he holds up his “Hustle, Loyalty, and Respect” shirt. He takes off his hat and tosses his shirt to the fans and hands his chain to the ref as Hixx nods at her tag team partner.

Remi: Lame. This guy is designed to pander to a PG audience.

Clearwater: He has respect as a catchphrase. I don’t even know what that is anymore sitting next to you.

Remi: Less tears, more play by pay!

Clearwater: Get ready ladies and gentlemen. A VERY BIG problem is about to arrive for the tag team division!

The crowd boo proudly as Glazgow Mega Snake sounds out the PA System. William marches out, closely followed by ❄︎❒︎♋︎❖︎♓︎⬧︎. As VBS make their way to the ring, William makes sure to shout back at the fans, with obnoxiously high pitched insults.

Jessica Kaine: Weighing in at a combined 891 pounds!! William the Behemoth! Travis! The Very Big Supervillains!

Eventually they both get into the ring via the steps. William slouched over and tries to catch his breath as ❄︎❒︎♋︎❖︎♓︎⬧︎ lifelessly stares at the crowd, waiting for the match to begin.

Remi: There’s a guy in this match with wingdings for a name. 2020 is effed up!

DING DING!

William and Blade tie up as William slaps Blade’s chest then irish whips John into the corner. Will would follow that up straight away but it’s gonna take a minute or two for him to arrive. Eventually, William gets to a wheezing Blade and chops him across the chest again! The sheer force of impact almost rocks Blade out of his boots!

Clearwater: William in full control now!

Remi: No need to run when you’re an unstoppable juggernaut!

Hard rights and lefts as John fights his way out of the corner. William staggers slightly as “The Champ” leaps and rebounds off the ropes looking for a springboard stunner but William remains unimpressed as Blade’s head meets a brutal forearm smash that sends John crashing down to the mat. William puts a foot on Blade’s chest as the ref slides in for the three count.

One..two…

John shove’s William’s foot off his chest as “The Conquer” appears mildly amused by the Blade’s display of courage. Blade staggers to his feet, waving William on as William goes for a clothesline, easily dodged by Blade who leaps on William’s back and attempts to lock in a sleeper hold.

William seems amused by the tactics as he turns and faces Travis (❄︎❒︎♋︎❖︎♓︎⬧︎) Williams signals he wants to tag Travis in as John hangs on to William for dear life. William begins to slowly walk over to his own corner as John is frantically sinking in the sleeper, desperate for at least some kind of reaction to the technically sound submission hold.

Clearwater: This is kinda bizarre.

For the next three minutes we witness one huge man walking very slowly while another man is hanging on to the bigger man, clubbing the face of William with seemingly little reaction.

Eventually, with several steps to go before Williams can reach out and tag in Travis, William stops and feels a wince of pain. Blade begins to smirk as William seems woozy, then….

Williams falls backwards and lands on top of Blade. Blade is now trapped beneath the sleeping William as the ref runs over and makes the count.

One...Two...THREE!

DING! DING!

Jessica Kaine: And your winners...William the Behemoth and Travis! The Very Big Supervillains!

Clearwater: Well, that happened.

Remi: Hey, you think I stand a chance with Hixx? Is she available? She looks kinda lost in the corner there.

Clearwater: You’re an embarrassment Remi, you know that?

Vonn Richter Segment

REM’s “I Took Your Name” plays over the 3M Arena. Vonn Richter stomps down to ringside.

Clearwater: Oh, God, not him.

“The Man Who Moves the Needle” enters the ring.

Vonn Richter: Posedown time!!!!!

Crowd: BOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

Richter: Hey! Show some respect! This posedown is being held in memory of my dearly departed friends The Architects! If you’re booing me you’re actually booing them!

Crowd : BOOOO-urns?!

Clearwater: This is a lie. Vonn Richter has no relationship with The Architects at all!

Remi: You don’t know that, Mike.

Vonn smirks at his small triumph of momentarily confusing the fans.

Richter: That’s better. Now, who there in the back wants to follow my lead? Who wants to FLEX for the ‘TECTS? FLEX for the ‘TECTS! FLEX for the ‘TECTS!

Vonn’s attempt to get a chant started fails. The audience, realizing they’re being manipulated, starts jeering.

"EYES ON ME!"

Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata rips through the PA as Sarah Lacklan, dressed in one of her elaborate feathered robes, walks onto the entrance ramp. Kenzi Grey, wearing an “I🍆SAR” t-shirt, follows her down the ramp, jawjacking and waving at fans all the way.

Clearwater: And here’s Sarah Lacklan, who was unsuccessful in her APW debut last week. What do you think she’s here for?

Remi: She must want to FLEX for the ‘TECTS!

Clearwater: That’s ridiculous...even for you!

The 5’2” Mafia climb into the ring, with Kenzi taking a moment to snag a microphone from the irreplaceable Jessica Kaine, and settle in front of the Man That Moves the Needle. Sarah takes the microphone from Kenzi and flashes her Billion $$$ Smile to the crowd.

Sarah: HIIIiiiiiiiiii!

The smile turns down into a smirk as they give her a lukewarm reaction, and then she turns back to Richter...and has to crane her neck way WAY up to look at him.

Sarah: So, we’re on vacay, right? We’re doing our thing, we’re being amazing, we’re being, like, the best things there have ever been in the world, right? And as we’re sitting in our inCREDible home in the Hills of Hollywood…

Clearwater: Why doesn’t she call it “Hollywood Hills,” like everyone else?

Remi: Because that’s what its really called, Mike!

Clearwater: Will you stop?!

Sarah: ...and it HITS ME. I had an inSANE craving for, like, one of the best things ever. And what was that craving for, Beloved?

Kenzi leans into the mic and offers the deepest suffering sigh in the world.

Kenzi: ...a Juicy Lucy…

Sarah: A JUICY LUCY! A cheeseburger...but not just ANY cheeseburger with cheese on top in an effort even more lazy than a Nightingale promo. Oh no, no no. THIS cheeseburger, the CHEESIEST of cheeseburgers, has the cheese stuffed inSIDE the burger! And WHERE, you might ask, is the BEST cheese-stuffed burger in the world? RIGHT HERE! At Matt’s Bar...in...Minneapolis!

Sarah pauses, her face exited, clearly expecting a response from the crowd.

Crowd: *crickets*

Sarah’s face falls and then turns red as she screams:

Sarah: I SAID ‘RIGHT HERE IN MINNEAPOLIS

Crowd: *pops*

Sarah rolls her eyes as Kenzi bites her lip to fight off a laugh.

Sarah: N-E-Ways! We’re eating our Juicy Lucy’s and BLAM! There JUST SO HAPPENS to be an Alpha show in town! Talk about a cray-cray coincidence! So we show up, and Irina is, again, all “ERMAGERD COMRADES I LOVE YOU PLEASE ENJOY MY OFFICE” and we’re all “Thanks, Bosslady!” and we’re enjoying the show. And then BLAM! THIS big hunk of brickhouse wants me to flex for the ‘tects? Tell me, Big Man: Why should I, the Blood Princess, the Firebird, the Firestarter, THE hottest free agent in the business, flex for Smitty, Lexi-poo, and that other guy I don’t know?

Vonn is confused. He rubs the back of his neck. He paces back and forth, trying to come up with an answer. Finally, he thinks he has one. With a confident smirk he speaks into his mic.

Richter: You... shouldn’t? Yeah, you shouldn’t. The Architects are dorks.

The crowd boos at Vonn for disparaging the popular stable, He motions at them to hush. Then he turns his attention back to Sarah.

Richter: You should flex for you, because if you got it, you should flaunt it. So, Little Bit, tell me, DO YOU GOT IT?!!?!1

Sarah’s eyes go wide and she and Kenzi share a shocked expression as they mouth “Little Bit?!” to one another. Sarah turns back to Richtor...and up the unnecessary seventeen feet in height difference...and plants her hands on her hips while Kenzi holds the microphone to her lips.

Sarah: Do I got it? DO I GOT IT? Bitch, please. I’ve been lifting since my 14th birthday.

Sarah reaches up with exaggerated movements, pulls her robe from her shoulders, and lets it fall to the mat at her feet.

Clearwater: And as we saw last week, this newcomer has quite a bit of muscle packed on her 5’2” frame.

Remi: Quiet, Mike! I’m recording this!

Sarah: Now, before I grace this crowd of mouth-breathers with what a REAL lifter looks like, how about YOU show me what little bit of firepower YOU bring to the Gun Show.

Vonn nods manically. He drops his mic. Then, his expression turns blank. He bows his head in silent prayer to Jam Willy Jesus before making the sign of the cross. Then, he unholsters his guns, showing off his massive arms and bulging lats with the traditional front and rear double bicep pose. When he finishes he folds his arms across his chest and smirks.

The mouths of the 5’2” Mafia fall open nearly to the mat before Sarah takes the mic.

Sarah: Holy CRAP! You are JACKED, Biggie Smalls! Don’t just take MY word for it, either! The crowd LOVES you!

Sarah holds up the mic to take in all of the cheers from the crowd

Crowd: BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

Clearwater: The crowd seems to disagree with Sarah, here…

Remi: You need your hearing checked, buddy. They LOVE this guy!

Sarah: My God! They are about to throw BABIES at you!

Crowd: BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Sarah: These mouth-breathers have NEVER cheered for a man THIS MUCH in the entire HISTORY of this BUSINESS!

Crowd: BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Sarah: Now now, YOU may have me beat in bis and tris...and your Christmas Tree is pretty damn sick, not gonna lie…but there is something that ALL of you silly boys forget about! The ONE THING which unites the entire WORLD in appreciation! And I have THAT thing in GREAT supply. That one thing?

She smirks as she turns her back to Richter.

Sarah: Dat #SquatBooty

She drops the mic as she clenches her left cheek, then her right, and then, for the knockout blow, both at the same time. Kenzi’s dark face flushes to the point where it turns purple, and even the announcers seem to agree with that one.

Clearwater: um…..er…..I….

Remi: I SAID SHUT UP I’M RECORDING THIS

Sarah turns back around to face Richtor and she raises a coy, and perfectly maintained, eyebrow at him.

Vonn is dumbfounded (dumberfounded?). He can’t believe what he has seen. He picks up his microphone, and quietly admits.

Richter: This is something I thought I would never, ever, never ever say, but I can’t compete with that. Your #SquatBooty is a thing of #SquatBeauty. You win -- this round.

Remi: What a display of sportsmanship by the normally churlish Vonn Richter. He knows when he’s been beat!

Clearwater: This is a wrestling show, right? When are we going to see some wrestling?

Sarah: That’s one-to-one, Biggie! You’ve got the top half, I’ve got the bottom. Honestly, I can’t decide who has the edge. Can you, Beloved?

Kenzi shakes her head emphatically...but then her face brightens as if a lightbulb when off above her braids.

Kenzi: I know! How about we ask the CROWD who the winner is!

Crowd: BOOOOOOOO!!!

Richter and Sarah nod their heads as Kenzi takes the mic and waves her arms towards the crowd.

Kenzi: C’mon, Minneapolous! Give it up for the Needle Shaker himself, VONN RICHTOR!

Richter brings the guns up, steps forward, and brings them down with such intensity that even some guy in Tampa doesn’t know what he’s gonna do.

Crowd: BOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

Kenzi: Woah! That is a LOT of cheers! Did you hear all of those cheers, Richtor?!

Richter holds his hand to his ear as the crowd boos, but he just smiles at them.

Kenzi: And what about the #BootyShaker HERself...SARAH LACKLAN!

Sarah puts her hands on her hips and squeezes her glutes, highlighting the hours and hours and hours and fucking HOURS of Squat/Eat/Deadlift/Eat/Repeat dedicated to the art of her fleshy and toned behind.

Crowd: BOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

Kenzi: Oh My Tom Cruise! That was ALSO a lot of cheers! Did you hear all of those cheers, Babe?

Sarah delicately holds both hands to her ears and giggles with pure mischief.

Remi: I can’t decide!

Clearwater: Okay, this is getting absolutely ridiculous.

Kenzi: Well, as an impartial observer, as a judge in this flex-off, I can say that, based off the MASSIVE cheers you have given the contestants...I declare this...

Silence

Kenzi: A TIE!

Clearwater: Oh, for the love of

Remi: This is so beautiful!

Richter smiles wide as Sarah jumps up and down excitedly.

“WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS!” begins to play through the PA.

Sarah offers Richter a congratulatory hug, and the big man swerves her and hoists her up and places her atop in shoulder, where her #SquatBooty rests comfortably on his basketball-sized delts. Kenzi’s eyes narrow suspiciously for a moment, but then she breaks out into song with Queen and gestures to the crowd.

Kenzi: C’mon, EVERYBODY! WEEEEEE are the CHAAAAMPIOOOOOONS….my FRIEEEEEEEEENDS! And WEEEE’LLLLLLLLLLL-

Clearwater: Can we cut to something in the back, please? Anything at all.

Alex Scott vs James Nightmare

Clearwater: Coming up next, we have a... Hmm. Remi, how would YOU describe this next match?

Remi: Well, based on what Alex Scott has said recently about James Nightmare.

Clearwater: Yea.

Remi: He basically said he hated him.

Clearwater: Clowns ARE spooky!! Especially when they name themselves Nightmare.

Remi: Alex Scott literally said to James Nightmare and I'm quoting... "Know that I’m taking the win and burning you to the ground."

Clearwater: I know we're supposed to be impartial commentators, but after hearing Alex Scott talk the way he did about James Nightmare, we can see why he hates clowns and in this match, tonight, he will keep his promise and burning that scary-ass clown "down to the ground".

Remi: If THAT is true, we better inform and notify the fire marshall of posible fire activity. But, from what I have heard, this building...

Clearwater: This building?

Remi: Yes, this building, The WCF Arena!! This building has seen more fire than a California Forest Fire.

Clearwater: JONAH!! NO!!

Remi: Too soon?

Clearwater: Yea! Too soon!!

James Nightmare is already in the ring.

Jessica Kaine: Already in the ring... from Parts Unknown... weighing in at two hundred and fifty pounds... He is The Boogieman... JAAAAAMES NIIIIIMAAAAAARE!!

Nightmare thrusts himself out, puffing his chest out, while throwing his arms out to his side, gleaming a creepy, cheesy grin.

Clearwater: GOOD GOD... I REALLY HATE CLOWNS!!

Remi: Are his teeth off-green?

James Nightmare barks and shouts at the crowd, throwing confetti and flowers, as he climbs to the second turnbuckle. The second rate clown starts to berate the nearby crowd, actually blowing a "snot-rocket", out of his left nostril. Nightmare blows his nose on a very long, multi-colored hankey. Then takes said hankey and tosses the soiled hankey into the crowd

Clearwater": OH.... MY.... GOOOOOOD!!

Remi: EWWWWWWW!! Absolutely disgusting!!

Clearwater: Alex Scott needs to hurry up and dispose of the bag of human garbage.... IMMEDIATELY!!

Remi: MIKE!!

Clearwater: WHAT?! What I do?!

Remi: Remember?! We're APW commentators!! We need to be impartial!!

Clearwater: Okay, fine!! I don't know if I can handle this moron's idiotic blundery.

"Fight Like the Devil" begins and there is a brief murmuring of fans. As the song picks up, Alex Scott parts the curtain, a look of focus and minor indifference on his face. He shows very little emotion, walking to the ring in his hooded sweatshirt, tights and boots.

Jessica Kaine: Coming to the ring... From Anaheim, California. Weighing at two hundred pounds. This is... THE ANSWEEEEER ALEEEEEEEX SCOOOOOOOOTT!!

He hits the ring, uses the ropes the stretch, and then sits on the top turnbuckle, mentally preparing himself to wrestle.

Clearwater: The referee motions to the time keeper to ring the bell...

[DING-DING!!]

Remi: That means, this match is underway.

James Nightmare scowls an evil face then roars out a horrible shriek, right before he charges towards Alex Scott.

Clearwater: Alex Scott is embracing the confrontation

Remi: WHAT?!

Nightmare stops a couple feet from Alex Scott, with his right hand extended out. Instantly, the Pittsburgh crowd within The WCF Arena

Clearwater: It looks like that James Nightmare wants a pre-match handshake, for "good sportmanship".

When Alex slowly walks up, looking around, slowly bringing his hand up for a hand shake, Nightmare brings up his own hand up.

Remi: Alex Scott needs to be smart.

Alex slowly starts to take the handshake from James Nightmare...

SQUIRT!!

Clearwater: WHAT THE HELL?!

James Nightmare is hysterically laughing. Pointing his finger at Alex Scott. Nightmare just squirted Alex Scott with a novelty flower.

Remi: Alex Scott just looks down onto his chest then at the flower, then back at his chest, then at the disrespectful laughing James Nightmare.

WHAM....

Alex nails Nightmare with a spinning back fist. Which Nightmare stumbles back. The Boogieman cackles in laughter, stumbles ahead..

Clearwater: That looked like that hurt!!

WHAM.....

James Nightmare, sloppily, tripping over himself, despite having a HUGE ego, denies the current situation around himself gets clobbered with a spinning back elbow.

WHAM....

Remi: Did James just spit out a little blood from that spinning back elbow?

Clearwater: Blood is trickling from is mouth, dripping down his chin.

James Nightmare got hammered with a European Uppercut, that dropped him down to one knee.

Remi: The Boogieman is rocked!!

Alex Scott runs towards the ringropes, bouncing off, racing towards James Nightmare... SCREAMING, ROARING... YELLING!!

WHOOSH-WHAM!!!

Clearwater: Alex just almost decapitated with a spinning roundhouse kick. Alex Scott is going for the pin!!

The crowd: ONE!!

The crowd: TWO!!

The crowd: THREEEEEEE... NOOOOOOOOO!!!

KICKOUT!!!

Remi: How in the blue Hell did that monstrosity kick out?!

Alex Scott looks flabbergasted, looking at the referee, who shrugs his shoulders.

Clearwater: Alex Scott THOUGHT he HAD this one in the bag. The Boogieman has a lot of tricks up his sleeves!!

Scott stands up and bends down to pick up James Nightmare...

THWACK!!!

James Nightmare jammed his fingers into the throat of Alex Scott, who stumbles backwards.

Clearwater: THAT SON OF A BITCH!!

James Nightmare grabs Alex Scott...

WHOOSH-WHAM!!

Remi: DDT!!

The Boogeyman drops to his knees, next to Alex Scott, sniffing him, laughing hysterically in a high pitch. Nightmare's face changes from a bright smile to a dark sneer, as he stands up, picking up Alex, positing him up for the Rolling Cutter.

Clearwater: Alex Scott pushes James Nightmare away!!

The Boogieman, yells, screams as he rushes towards Alex Scott...

WHOOSH-WHAM!!

Remi: CODEBREAKER!!

After Nightmare fell backwards, Alex circles around, waiting, patiently waiting for James to stand back up, which he does, very slowly...

WHOOSH-WHAM!!

Clearwater: THE ANSWER!! Alex Scott goes for the pin cover!!

The referee slides into position...

The crowd: ONE!!

The crowd: TWO!!

The crowd: THREEEEEEE!!!

The Pittsburgh crowd roars with cheers!!

Jessica Kaine: The winner, of the match.... THE ANSWEEEEEEEER ALEEEEEEEEEEX SCOOOOOOOOOOTT!!

“Der Konig der Dunkleheit” plays out Masuda Jubei who is no mood for theatrics.

Clearwater: Look at The Master. He looks pissed.

Remi: They Godfather III’ed the dude. Just when he gets his life back together, APW drew him back in.

Clearwater: You don’t actually believe that, do you?

Remi: Look, bro, that’s Masuda Jubei. He’s been on the bad side of a contract. I’d hate to be across from him in the ring. No telling what he’d do no holds barred.

Jubei avoids dirtying his all black suit combo by taking the nearest steps. He enters the ring and practically snatches a microphone from one of the ring techs.

Jubei: Everyone shut up. I didn’t come out here to chat. There’s a conspiracy afoot, one that seeks to demean my character as both a competitor and business icon. Last week, my match with Steven Osbourne—and no, I’m not adding his superlatives—did not air its rightful finish on television. Only the privileged few that attended Metal last Monday saw the finish to our match. Leave it to Twitter to spoil everything for the uninitiated… the problem is it doesn’t show the cheap, aversive tactics employed by this cologne-soaked lounge lizard. He’s stolen two matches in a row. Yet everyone on social media continues to attack me! They think I’m to blame for this media blackout. Which is beyond my control. Yet I spend my morning of miso broth and green tea with a social media manager explaining that not only am I trending… but that my “party is over”. What is wrong with all of you people?

Fans boo him relentlessly but The Master waves them off.

Clearwater: What’d he expect from the Alpha Faithful? They’re not falling for this victimized—

Remi: Let me stop you there. Jubei has been insulted. Would you do anything different in his shoes?

Clearwater: I don’t think that’s the point at all, Remi.

Jubei finally powers through the arena’s overwhelming hatred.

Jubei: I didn’t come back to APW because of this nonsense. You people would rather fall for a few flashy cheaters than worship true gods of our industry. And for all of you twitting out this hashtag “Jubei Lied” campaign…. Why would I intentionally have my own match censored from airing? What could I possibly achieve from that? Also, how much power do people think I possess? TV has rules and regulations unlike the free access of market shares. I’m powerful—but what you idiots have accused of my company is a fantasy. Now stop spreading rumors you can’t back in facts.

He lets them digest that spicy nugget with an unwavering rage to his words.

Jubei: But I get it. You’re bored and alone watching every day pass you by. Everyone has too much time in quarantine. Is this really the best conspiracy you people can think up? Really, is that all you’ve got? My enemies have tried to take me out by every means you can imagine, and more, yet I stand as breathing proof that no one can stop me now.

“Fever For the Flava” by Hot Action Cop starts to play. Steven Osbourne struts his way towards the ring but then stops on the ramp.

Osbourne: Cologne soaked lounge lizard eh Jubei? I kinda like that.. maybe I'll steal it. You can feel free to use the nickname I gave you too. The Master-bator.

The crowd begins chanting along to the juvenile words much to Masuda's annoyance.

Osbourne: You know I almost wasn't going to do this. You had our match removed from the broadcast..

Jubei: We both know that isn't true you simpleton!

Osbourne: Hey man.. be polite.. I didn't interrupt you during your interview time!

Jubei: This IS my interview time!

Osbourne: Oh well.. guess I did then. But let me continue. I was gonna let it go. Sure.. you're claiming I cheated to beat you.. but I don't really care about that. As far as I'm concerned a win by cheating is just being resourceful. But a guy like you.. he expects the common man to just give up the fight because he has more power, more resources, more friends in high places than them. But screw that.. that's how Trump got elected! Sure you were able to bribe someone in power to remove our match from the show. But people like you.. you always get arrogant.. and when you get arrogant you make mistakes. For instance.. have you met Paula?

Jubei: Paula Abdul? Paula Dean. Queen Poala of Belguim. I'm sorry I would someone of your cut would not be referring to royalty.

Osbourne: Nope.. none of the above. My Paula was at the show last week cheering me on. But here's the fun part, during some pillow talk she confessed she taped the whole match. Imagine that right? So you know Masuda we're all gonna be in luck. We're gonna get to see just how that match went down imagine that.

Steven pulls a pink cell phone from his crotch region. Holding it in the air to massive cheers... Until a big, burly man runs out from the back knocking the phone from Steven's hand smashing it on the ramp before exiting. Masuda grins a satisfied smile from the ring.

Jubei: Looks like thanks to that deranged fan you are out of luck once again. Imagine that.. it's clearly something I would never have had anything to do with.

Steven shrugs.

Osbourne: It's okay. I already uploaded the whole match online... for free. Every single fan can watch the match in it's entirety! What's more.. I provided guest commentary alongside my friend adult film star legend, Ron Jeremy! Now we don't have time to show the whole match tonight..

Jubei: No! We don't. In fact I feel it's time for a commercial. If I did happen to have friends in high enough places they would agree with me.

Osbourne: Oh no you don't. I cleared this with Jason. We have time for a few clips. Since you like to talk about me cheating so much how about I throw you a bone?

The Tron flares to life as we see Veronica Anderson jump up onto the apron distracting the referee as Steven executes the sweet groin music superkick to the crotch.

Osbourne: You know how hard it was for me to find such a small target?

Jeremy: No.. I don't. I'm the biggest guy in porn after all.

Osbourne: I guess that's why Jubei is called the Master-baiter

Jeremy: Really? Well he keeps me employed at least!

The crowd roars as Masuda fumes.

Jubei: Enough of this foolishness!

Osbourne: You want me to skip to the good part eh? No problem I got you covered.

The match skips ahead with Steven climbing to the top rope, Masuda staggering around.. Steven leaps with a cross body but Masuda expertly snatches him out of mid air with the Enma Dai-o” – one-handed choke into a backbreaker. Jubei quickly covers scoring a very close two count before tossing Osbourne to the corner, lighting him up with vicious chops to the body. Steven's body quickly turns red as Masuda pulls him out punishing him with a heart punch. Steven stumbles trying to draw a breathe after those chops and the heart punch.. but walks right into a saito suplex. Victory seemingly in hand Jubei lifts him for the Masuda driver.. positioning Steven for the stalling suplex.. only for Steven to grab the top rope sending his weight crashing down on top of Jubei for the 1..2.. near fall! The tough former world champion kicks out only to be met with a boot to the gut.. then the Missionary Position! Steven hooks both legs and scores the three count!

Masuda is furious his normal calm demeanor giving way to untapped rage rarely seen by Alpha’s fans.

Jubei: You doctored that footage!

Osbourne: Need I remind you that that's not the only tape out there! I could just keep showing them...

Jubei: Enough! If you ever get in the ring with me again, Steven, I'll make sure you get exactly what you deserve.

Osbourne: That's actually what I'm doing next week. After I pick up my North American title I'll be happy to see that you get yours.

Masuda smiles a sinister smile.

Jubei: You're a fool Osbourne. You don't know what it's like to insult a Japanese businessman of my statue, but believe me, you will.

Osbourne turns and leaves to his theme to a big applause.

Clearwater: There he goes, a dominant force on the rise.

Remi: Yeah, but he’s messing with one of the few people you don’t cross.

Clearwater: Now fans can definitively see otherwise, Jona. Osbourne beat him last week, there’s no saying he won’t do it again.

Remi: Yeah… I just wouldn’t stink my head in the gun barrel, bro.

Clearwater: No argument here… and I doubt this is the last these two see of each other.

Lazer Blazer vs Giggles!

Final Countdown hits the PA as Lazer Johnson Runs out onto the stage and down the ramp, high fiving and embracing the fans and especially the kids.

Jessica Kaine: This match is scheduled for one fall… on his way to the ring from Bangor, Maine… weighing 180 pounds… Lazer Johnson!

Lazer jogs up the steps, and jumps over the top rope and rushes towards the opposite corner and cheers on his loving fans

Clearwater: Few people have that level of energy!

St. Remi: Lazer is looking to make an impact after some time off. Nothing else, you gotta make noise, bro.

All of the lights go out, casting the arena into total darkness.

Clearwater: And he’ll have his hands full tonight. Judging by those lights, things are about to pick up here.

Suddenly, a lone, white spotlight appears on the stage, illuminating a man, wearing a red overcoat and a black top hat. He raises a microphone to his lips.

“Ladies and gentlemen... My name is Ringmaster Isaac Barnum. I do hope you are enjoying the show so far, because it’s only going to get better from here…”

A sinister smile forms on Barnum’s face.

“So sit back, relax, and please, stay in your seats. Kick your feet up and grab some popcorn. Because it is my great and humble pleasure to introduce to you… Your Favorite Clown and Mine… Giggles!”

The strings of “Welcome to the Freakshow” by The Protest begins to play as the spotlight goes out again. The arena lights slowly come back to life. Standing behind Barnum is Giggles himself. He is hunched over slightly yet still towers over the Ringmaster.

Barnum begins walking to the ring, Giggles shuffling along behind him. He smiles and laughs at the children in the front row, who all shy away from him in fear.

Giggles reaches up with his unnaturally long arms and pulls himself up onto the apron and over the top rope. He waves out into the crowd, only to be met with nervous boos from the crowd. Lazer answers back with finger guns to a loud, pitying pop from the same crowd.

Clearwater: And there’s the bell… and Lazer Johnson has chosen to vogue out of his corner.

St. Remi: Strut it out LJ!

He does a sheriff shot with an imaginary hand cannon. Giggles’ eyes go wide. He then rolls them back and falls on his back, feigning every limb into rigor mortis. Lazer blows out his peacemaker to applause. Isaac slaps at Giggles’ corner to no response.

Clearwater: Johnson circling Giggles… you can’t be too cautious around an opponent.
St. Remi: Yeah, especially if they’re a clown, bro. Heebie. Jeebies. All up my arms.

Lazer gives him a couple life checks by lightly kicking the roadkill sprawled out before him. He turns to the audience with a shrug—when the large and lanky comedy nightmare springs back to life. It takes Lazer Johnson by surprise, leading to a stun gun off the ropes.

Clearwater: Giggles was playing opossum!

St. Remi: And he’s putting very squeaky boots to Lazer Johnson.

Clearwater: Giggles takes him by the head… and he heads for the ropes!

St. Remi: Huge boot from Giggles! Bro, did he just kick Lazer’s head off?

Clearwater: Even if he didn’t, they heard that one all the way up in Canada!

Giggles rolls and gives a goofy pose for the crowd, but they cheer on Lazer Johnson.

Clearwater: These fans haven’t given up hope. They refuse to root for a clown, it seems.

St. Remi: Where’s he going now?

Clearwater: I don’t want to know at this point. But nothing good will come of it.

Lazer kips up and attack Giggles from behind. He then brings the lankier man down from the middle rope with a reverse atomic drop. Giggles pojo sticks around the ring gripping at his tailbone. Lazer catches him mid-circuit with a stiff lariat.

Clearwater: Not enough, as Giggles rolls out of the pin fall into a tiny somersault.

St. Remi: He’s going full Samus!

Clearwater: Wow, nerd.

St. Remi: Et tu, bro te? Look out—Giggles with a monkey flip!

Giggles, still rubbing his rump, cartwheels with a surprise leg lariat that drops Lazer Johnson. That feisty spirit of a bygone era kips up again. Giggles looks to his ringmaster with a shrug. Johnson swings hard, bridging that into connecting haymakers. He rears back for a big finish only to roll up into a victory roll.

Clearwater: Very close! Giggles almost stole this victory in a blink.

St. Remi: Never trust a clown.

Clearwater: You can say that again—Giggles taking Lazer for a carnival ride!

St. Remi: That’s super dangerous, bro!

With one of Lazer Johnson’s forearms as a balancing rod, Giggles tightropes between turnbuckles before dropping his foe into a springboard codebreaker. Fans bow to his creativity, but nothing else. Giggles then grabs one of Johnson’s feet for single leg crab.

Clearwater: What more could he want from Lazer Johnson? This has gone too far!

St. Remi: What even is that?

After a seemingly harmless submission, Giggles transitions into a modified version of the Rings of Saturn. Lazer Johnson grabs for the ropes to no avail. Isaac Barnum leans under the ropes, ordering Giggle to “kill” Lazer Johnson.

St. Remi: Lazer is trapped!

Clearwater: How can he hope to get out of this disturbing move?

St. Remi: I don’t know, bro. He’s dead in the water unless he can reach the ropes.

Fans do into a multi-part chants of “Let’s go La-zer!” and “Pew! Pew! Pew!” dueling them with all their hearts. By divine grace, or some otherworldly power, Lazer Johnson manages to school boy roll Giggles out of the submission. Giggles rolls out of it before a one-count.

Clearwater: How did Lazer do that?

St. Remi: Who cares about that—not when you see the look in face of Isaac Barnum!

Clearwater: Wow, he’s seeing fireflies!

St. Remi: Giggles in a side clutch, and Lazer with a back body drop!

Clearwater: He comes back and connect on a high energy clothesline! He’s getting fired up!

Lazer takes two steps to the top rope, waiting for Giggles to turn around and face him. He then takes off for a shooting star press that misses its mark initially, but still hits with a missile dropkick.

Clearwater: Star Killer!

St. Remi: I thought he missed the landing. No bro! He hit the mark!
Clearwater: Giggles is reeling… and apparently fanning himself in the corner.

Giggles sticks out his tongue with Isaac Barnum acting like an old-timey boxing coach. A word of encouragement—plus a heavy shove from his manager—gets Giggles back into the fight with his dukes up and looking for more. Lazer does his signature finger guns and runs straight into a yakuza kick.

Clearwater: What a devastating blow from Giggles!

St. Remi: And he’s hopping to the far ropes—and will you look at the air on that senton!

Clearwater: I think he’s all leg. Lazer roars to his feet! This could get ugly, folks!

Giggles temps Lazer into putting up his fists. At the last second, he fakes a haymaker and goes for a wicked, jaw rattling left hook.

Clearwater: Lazer Johnson never saw it coming! He’s out cold on his feet!

St. Remi: He goes for another lariat and misses by three zip codes. Bro, Giggles can put this away right here.

Clearwater: Lazer is trapped on the middle rope!

St. Remi: Here comes Giggles—Grand Finale!

Clearwater: He hooks the leg!

Jessica Kaine: And your….

Clearwater: Giggles is still pinning Lazer Johnson.

St. Remi: Is he asking the ref to keep counting?

Clearwater: I think he’s enjoying it too much. That’s excessive.

Eddie Silk, not to get on this clown’s bad side, continues along with the audience.

Silk then pulls up one of Giggles’ long arms as a show of victory.

Jessica Kaine: And here’s your winner… by knockout… Giggles!

Isaac corrals his performer out of the ring with a spare balloon, which Giggles blows up after yanking it out Barnum’s hands. Fans boo them until Lazer Johnson climbs the top rope doing finger guns.

Clearwater: Well look at him. Even in defeat, nothing bests the fighting spirit of Lazer Johnson.

St. Remi: Anything to get Giggles out of my sight, bro. Buhhhh!

Clearwater: That was some exciting energy… stay tuned for more Monday Night Metal.

"Breezy" Eli Beazley Segment

Metal cuts to a shot out of legendary Minneapolis restaurant The Anchor Fish &amp; Chips. The cameras switch to a shot inside the restaurant where Jr. Heavyweight Champion Eli Beazley is standing in front of a group of fans. Eli has the belt over his shoulder and a big ol’ helping of fish and chips in his other hand. The crowd is chanting “BREEZY… BREEZY… BREEZY!” It’s really quite a spectacle. Eli motions for the crowd to quiet down and he turns back to the cameras.

Eli Beazley: Breeziacs we are one week away from Kingdom Come! This pay per view is one that I, nay WE, are stoked for! Not only have we defended this title more than any other champion but we have become the longest-reigning Jr. Heavyweight Champion in APW’s history. Who would have thought that when we were just a baby Breezy Nation’ that we would be where we are now? Who would have thought that we would be taking Breezy Nation international and doing so with this belt around our collective waist? It’s been a crazy ride Breeziacs and the best part is that it is far from over. Together we have built something special. Breezy Nation is a force to be reckoned with. I know there are 10,000 Breeziacs at the 3M arena right now. And I wish that I had a match tonight. I would have loved a little tune-up before I step in the ring with Tsukiko at Kingdom Come. But instead I got the night off.”

Quick pause from Eli here.

Eli Beazley: I could have spent the night at the hotel playing Animal Crossing like every other human I know. But Breeziacs with Kingdom Come days away I know that it is more important than ever that I am prepared for this massive showdown with Tsukiko. So you’re probably wondering what I am doing here…”

Breezy holds his hands out and the crowd starts cheering again. Eli smiles as he holds up his food.

Eli Beazley: This is part of preparation. See I’ve hit the gym today, I watched tape, I meditated, I even talked to my spiritual guru. Now the only thing left to do is start to accustom to live in London. You see I have never been to London before so I reached out to the London branch of Breezy International and I was given a listen of things that I have to know about when I come to London. I learned that they have a smokin’ hot Queen, they drive on the other side of the road, that they have better healthcare and that they love Fish and Chips. So I figured that Minneapolis is as good of a place as any to try Fish and Chips! So as they say... when in Minneapolis, prepare for London!”

Eli takes a big bite of fish and then piles in some fries. He gives a thumbs up to the crowd who cheer again.

Eli Beazley: Now in all seriousness, this is a huge match and Tsukiko I want you to know hat I am taking it very seriously. We might be having some fun right now but when it’s going to get serious pretty quick when we step in the ring together at Kingdom Come. I have beat every opponent that has tried to take this belt from me and that’s not going to change this Sunday. So while I get accustomed to British food… you should get accustomed to the idea of losing at Kingdom Come!

The crowd reacts enthusiastically as Eli turns to enjoy his meal with the fans.

James Nightingale vs The Demon Abaddon

The arena goes pitch black as the first few bars of “Enter Sandman” begin. Once the music really hits its stride, a bright red pyro goes off, revealing Abaddon standing at the top of the stage. He begins his descent down the ramp as the vocals of the song begin.

Jessica Kaine: The following is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first The DEMON ABADDON

Small candles on either side illuminate, very dimly, his path. He gets in the ring over the top rope and stands menacingly in the middle of the ring.

The tolling of a bell sounds as the arena falls into darkness. “For Whom The Bell Tolls” by Metallica continues it’s iconic introduction, upon each toll of the bell appears a flash of strobe lighting, revealing a figure in the darkness standing in the centre of the entrance stage, his appearance now revealed by the strobe lighting... it is James Nightingale.

Nightingale remains still on the stage, his face half-covered by his intimidating goth-style entrance mask, his eyes focused intensely on the ring. Upon the 4th tolling of the bell, he slowly unbuttons his trench coat without breaking his intense gaze on the ring, revealing “The Angel of Death” in blood-stained writing across the chest of his T-shirt. Following the 7th tolling of the bell, lighting returns to the arena, accompanied by “The Angel of Death” appearing on the AlphaTron, again in blood-stained writing. He cracks his neck from right to left, and finally begins his intimidating march to the ring, his intense eyes never breaking away from his destination.

He stops for a moment when he reaches the edge of the ring before continuing his determined walk around the outside, marking his territory for the war ahead whilst continuing not to break away his attention from the ring. He arrives at the apron closest to the hard camera, tilts his head and climbs up before finally pulling his intense gaze away from the ring.

Jessica Kaine: From The King’s City, England, weighing in at 200 pounds, this is “The Angel of Death”... James Nightingale!

As his introduction is being made he slowly removes his entrance mask and drops it to the floor. He bows his head to the ground, closing his eyes. He crosses his arms across his chest, clasping onto the opposite shoulders. He suddenly pulls his arms away from his shoulders in a downwards motion, signifying the removal of his wings, then throws his arms out wide, forming a crucifix shape whilst looking to the sky and unleashing a primal scream as his name is called. After clearing his lungs of his pent up rage he drops his head and arms back down. He turns with purpose and climbs into the ring, marching over to the turnbuckle to his far-right and climbs up onto the second rope, again striking his signature pose whilst he looks intently to the sky above. Nightingale jumps down and retreats to his corner, slowly removing his trench coat and T-shirt. He begins to loosen himself up, pulling violently on the ropes. He paces back and forth ready for the fight ahead.

Remi: This is an interesting match up as The Demon Abaddon takes on James Nightingale. Abaddon has a HUGE size advantage but Nightingale has the experience on his side.

Clearwater: I’ve never subscribed to the ol’ bigger is better adage. Hit the big guy in the knee a few times and he is pretty much immobilized.

Remi: Of course YOU have never subscribed to that adage! But in all seriousness if someone Abaddon’s size catches you then you are in a world of trouble.

Clearwater: That’s why you have to be shifty like a panther or pickpocket!

We get to the ring as the bell sounds to signal that this one is underway. James bursts out of his corner with an explosion of speed. Abaddon sees it coming and lifts his leg up for a big boot. Nightingale baseball slides under the big man’s leg. James springboards off the middle rope and looks to connect with a cross body block but he is caught by Abaddon.

Remi: Abaddon literally catches James Nightingale!

Abaddon runs forward and slams James, back first, into the top turnbuckle pad. He doesn’t let him drop Instead Abaddon backs up and then drives James into the turnbuckle pad again. This time he drops James who falls to the ground. Abaddon stands above him for a few seconds and then pulls Nightingale to his feet. We get a couple of stiff forearm shots from Abaddon. Nightingale is dazed in the corner. Abaddon slams an elbow into the side of Nightingale’s head and then lets James stumble out of the corner. Abaddon raises up a hand letting us all know that a chokeslam is coming

Clearwater: Abaddon is looking to put away Nightingale early! Here comes HELLS GATE!

Remi: NO!!!! NIghtingale counters! What a counter it was!

Abaddon did go for the chokeslam. He got his hand around James’ neck and then went to lift him in the air. As he was being lifted up James delivered a powerful kick to Abaddon’s thigh. James then shifted his body and used his momentum to dropdown and hit Abaddon with a very fast arm drag. Nightingale is up to his feet just before Abaddon. The Demon is climbing to his feet, James runs out of the corner and hits him with a dropkick to the middle of the big man’s back. This knocks Abaddon forward and James goes for a quick cover. The ref barely makes it to one before Abaddon is able to power out.

Remi: ‘The Angel of Death’ is showing some aggression. Nightingale was not pleased with how the match went last week and talked about letting his ‘Inner Demon’ out tonight.

Clearwater: If you know anything about Nightingale’s career than you know that Abaddon is in serious trouble if that inner demon comes out.

Abaddon is once again pushing himself to his feet and this time James runs forward and slams his feet into the side of Abaddon’s knee with a dropkick. Abaddon crumbles to the ground and we then get James unleashing a series of kicks to Abaddon’s ribs. He covers again. 1…..KICKOUT. Nightingale lets out a primal scream and then delivers another kick to the ribs. James then heads up to the top rope. He might have been looking for the double foot stomp but Abaddon saw it coming and was able to roll to the other side of the ring and out of harm’s way.

Remi: Smart move from Abaddon there.

Nightingale casually climbs down in the corner. Abaddon is up and stumbles out of the corner. Nightingale has his sights locked on Abaddon. Nightingale with a HUGE clothesline attempt that would have leveled everyone in APW. Or at least almost everyone. Abaddon absorbs the clothesline and is only knocked back ever so slightly. Nightingale shakes his head in disgust and then runs to the ropes and comes off with another clothesline in mind. Abaddon was having none of that and he catches Nightingale with a big boot.

Remi: HUGE big boot from Abaddon. He damn near took Nightingale’s head off.

Abaddon is once again looking to end things. He ‘stalks’ his prey as they like to say. James is pushing himself to his feet and Abaddon is behind him. When James reaches his feet he is spun around by Abaddon. Kick to the gut and then Abaddon has James in position for a powerbomb. Abaddon lifts up James but once again James is able to shift his body in a way so that he is able to slide up and over Abaddon’s massive shoulders. James turns in midair and before Abaddon could do anything about it he finds himself locked in a rear-naked choke.

Remi: Out of nowhere James Nightingale has that Cheyne-Stoking locked in!!!

Clearwater: He has that thing locked in tight! Abaddon needs to get out of it quickly.

Remi: Abaddon doing everything he can to break free of the hold.

Clearwater: Abaddon is fading fast.

When James locked in the move Abaddon was on two feet. But after nearly a minute of the move being locked in Abaddon has dropped to a knee and after a few more seconds he falls to the mat as James really locks in the hold. James pulls back hard and immediately Abaddon gives in.

Remi: ABADDON TAPS OUT!!! NIGHTINGALE WINS!!!! NIGHTINGALE WINS!

Even after the bell sounds James keeps the hold locked in. The ref pleads with James to release Abaddon but he keeps pulling back harder and harder even though Abaddon is clearly out. After what seems like forever, James finally releases the hold. But James isn’t done yet. Abaddon is down and out on his side. James pushes the limp body of Abaddon over so that he is on his back. Nightingale makes his way to the corner where he heads up top. The ref is pleading with Nightingale to stop but Nightingale doesn’t even seem to notice him. James leaps off the top rope and delivers a huge Double Foot Stomp on Abaddon.

Remi: James Nightingale did promise to unleash his inner demon but this is just adding insult to injury.

Clearwater: This is all about sending a message. James Nightingale just put the rest of the APW roster on notice!

Nightingale turns to look back at Abaddon. He nods his head to the back as Abaddon begins to come back to his sense.

Man Made Gods/Oblivion Segment

Remi: We've had a great night thus far, Mikey. But before we watch another match, we need to rehash the events of last week.

Clearwater: After an amazing main event match between Spartan and Corey Black, the latter was brutally assaulted by Oblivion and a mystery partner.

Remi: Just a tasteless display by Oblivion and whomever else that was! Sick, disgusting, horrid showing!!

Clearwater: It's unclear what Oblivion and his as-of-yet unidentified cohort are up to, but all signs point to a challenge for the Tag Team Championships.

Remi: They don't deserve it!! Oblivion is a menace; and that faceless, enabling prick can crawl back into whatever sewer he crawled out of!!

The lights in the arena drop to black, then pick up a slate gray/blue color as "Oroborus" by Gojira hits the PA system! The crowd flips out, the Man Made Gods step out from the backstage area standing side by side and taking in the crowd's reaction. Frank looks to his partner, who nods as he hobbles down the entrance ramp. Venable stays close enough to Black to keep an eye up, but allows Corey to proceed on his own. Corey gingerly climbs the ring stairs, Frank jumping onto the apron to lower the middle rope for his friend and partner. Corey enters the ring, followed by FPV as the two make their way to the center of the ring. Having thought ahead, they each draw a microphone from their pockets or some such thing. The crowd dies down as Corey grins, raising his mic.

Corey Black: You failed.

The crowd is a mix of cheers and boos; we all respect Corey, but not everyone likes the guy. Black nods, raising the mic back to his lips.

Corey Black: I went the distance last week. I took Spartan to his absolute limit, and he did not disappoint. And if I'm going to be honest, I'm not even mad about the draw; Spartan is one hell of an athlete. But after the absolute hell that we put each other through; some jackass had to assault me like a damn coward.

The crowd is now all cheers, tho not all for Corey. A chant is raised as the fans echo their inner thoughts.

WE WANT O-BI! O-BI SUCKS! WE WANT O-BI! O-BI SUCKS!!

The Man Made Gods allow the fans their moment, Frank raising his mic.

FPV: What Oblivion did last week was an affront! An affront to competition, an affront to sportsmanship, an affront to our business! My friend, my partner, put on a pay-per-view worthy match last week. And what does he get for his efforts? A cowardly attack by a mindless oaf, and some dipshit in a medical mask. And worse- YES, WORSE!- is how that faceless sack of shit used Corey's own move against him! Against the King of All Wrestlers!!

Corey reaches out a hand, patting Frank's shoulder. Venable takes a moment to breathe, Corey stepping forward.

Corey Black: Oblivion. I really couldn't care less about what you did to me last week. You still have issues with me; join the fucking club. What bothers me is how you completely disrespected these fans and this company by interrupting what should have been a classic ending to a great show. The fans deserve better, Spartan deserves better, I deserve be…

At that moment, the lights flicker a bit, giving Corey pause. As he raises his mic again, a deep voice booms over the sound system.

Voice: Before you even go there, Corey; the only thing you deserve is to be laid to waste like the human filth you are.

Corey scoffs, shaking his head. Frank looks about the arena, nudging Black's shoulder as the two turn to face a man in a cloak just outside the crowd barrier. The cloaked man jumps up, having a seat on the barricade before speaking further.

Cloaked Man: You're too predictable, Corey. Your need to be seen, to be heard by the masses despite the fact that you should have hung your boots up a while ago. And Franklin. You arrogant poser. All talk and no action; I wonder how in the hell you manage to make it anywhere without WCF ties.

Corey and FPV lean over the ropes a bit, the cloaked figure shaking his head. A chuckle is heard, emanating from his hood as he points to the duo.

Cloaked Man: Seriously, Franklin. Where the hell were you last week? Your partner went through hell and back; and yet you were nowhere to be found. The medical teams swarmed the ring after that match and you… were likely at home, having your bikini area waxed or some such nonsense.

FPV: It doesn't matter where I was, you cowardly sonuva bitch! What matters is that you and Oblivion pay for what you did!

The figure stands, shaking his head. He places slowly in front of the ring, chuckling to himself.

Cloaked Figure: Frankie, I have no time to deal with your bullshit. Not tonight, anyhow. You see, there is a very specific reason I came after Corey last week, and why you two made the top of my shitlist. Allow me to cut to the chase; last week, Corey got a taste of what is to come. And you… well, you did what you do and deemed it entirely unnecessary to be there when your partner needed you most. Which means that Corey is very likely out of competition for Kingdom Come.

FPV shakes his head, rolling his eyes as he turns to his partner… who is no longer at his side. Venable spins, watching in horror as Oblivion deadlifts an unwary Black up for a powerbomb to the outside of the ring opposite Frank. Venable starts in, Oblivion turning on his heel to face FPV.

Cloaked Figure: Franklin! Whoa, Frank. Now, I'm no mathematician, but I'm pretty sure you're outnumbered here. And while you may have a match or two left in the tank, something tells me you stand zero chance of taking down Oblivion *and* myself on your own.

Frank turns his head a bit as the cloaked figure jumps onto the apron. He climbs in between the top and middle ropes, reaching into the cloak as he stands. He pulls out a piece of paper.

Cloaked Figure: Now, assuming Corey is going to fail his medical clearance for the pay-per-view, that leaves only half the Tag Champions to fight. But I'm not unreasonable; I have here a contract for a one-on-one match at Kingdom Come. I'll make you a deal; you agree to a singles match, and I'll ensure that my partner doesn't paralyze yours right now.

FPV glares at the cloaked figure, shaking his head. He stares back at Oblivion, stepping forward and taking the contract.

FPV: You want me at Kingdom Come, Oblivion? The Monster wants Franklin Patrick Venable? YOU GOT ME, MOTHERFUCKER!

Frank takes a pen from the hooded man, signing the contract. He throws the paper and pen at Oblivion, walking up and standing nose-to-nose… ish… with IT. At that moment, a laugh is heard.

Cloaked Man: Oh, Franky. You *really* should read these things before you blindly sign them. I mean, I admire your tenacity, really. But it's not Oblivion you're facing at Kingdom Come.

Frank steps back, IT laughing as he leans against the ropes behind him. Venable looks at the hooded figure, then to the contract he just signed. He reaches down, starting to look it over.

Cloaked Man: Corey began to pay for his sins last week at the hands of Oblivion. Next week, Frankie, you get your comeuppance…

The cloaked man grabs the front of his hood as Franklin's eyes grow wide. The hood falls backwards...

Un-cloaked Man: …from ME.

Remi: OH. MY. GAWD.

Clearwater: HE'S BACK!! JAICE FUCKING WILDS IS BACK!!

Wilds grins, removing the voice actuator as he stares dead at FPV. Franklin looks up to Wilds, back to the contract, flabbergasted. Venable shakes his head, dropping the contract in rage and disgust as he rolls out of the ring. IT simply picks up the paper as he and Wilds take the center of the ring, a quartet of middle fingers raining down on the Man Made Gods.

Clearwater: Wilds is back, and he's teamed up with Oblivion to send a message to the Tag Champs!!

Remi: At least Frank gets an easy match at Kingdom Come. No way Jaice comes back without ring rust, and Frank is simply at a higher competitive level.

Clearwater: If I've learned anything over the years, it's to never count out Jaice when he's focused. And he's laser-focused on taking down Black and Venable!! Who really has the advantage going into Kingdom Come?!

Remi: Forget that for a moment; we still have more matches to get to TONIGHT!

Vonn Richter vs “The Trash King” Jordi Trash

REM’s “I Took Your Name” cues up. Richter stomps out from backstage to glare at the crowd.

Jessica Kaine: The following contest is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first from Bossier City, Louisiana, and weighing 297 pounds, “The Man Who Moves the Needle” VONN RICHTER!

Vonn psychs himself up by hopping up and down and letting out a roar. He walks to the ring, up the steps, and through the ropes. Once inside he again does his little bounce and bellows either at his opponent or the fans.

Remi: We have a some great stuff on tap here tonight folks but this match up is one of the more interesting ones on the card. “The Trash King” Jordi Trash is set to take on “The Man That Moves the Needle” Vonn Richter.

Clearwater: That’s right Remi. Both of these men could really use a victory as we get ready for Kingdom Come.

Remi: Absolutely! Vonn Richter has had a tough couple of weeks in APW. He was a part of the fatal four way match to determine the number one contender for the Hardcore championship which was won by Soul Reaver and then last week he lost a close one to ‘The Revenant” Jake Karnes

Clearwater: Things haven’t been much better for Jordi Trash but something tells me that he would still be miserable if he were winning each and every week.

Speaking of Jordi, “Crazy Motherfucker” by Adam Bomb starts to play and Jordi rushes out from the back snarling and cursing at fans while swinging around his trash can wildly.

Jessica Kaine: “Introducing next wrestling this week out of All Day Haul Away right here in Minnesota is “The Trash King” JORDI TRASH

He tosses the can into the ring, slaps himself in the face a few times to get himself fired up, and rolls into the ring ready for combat. Jordi pays no attention to the behemoth man who stands across the ring from him. Vonn rolls his neck and pulls on the ropes a few times as they wait for the bell. We hear it and this one is officially underway. Jordi and Vonn both remain in their corners. Jordi has still not made eye contact, but that all changes as he erupts out of his corner like a madman. He screams as he runs full speed ahead at Vonn. Vonn sidesteps the King of Trash and Jordi slams into the turnbuckle. Vonn was going to grab Jordi but before he could Jordi started slamming his own head on the top turnbuckle pad. He did it a few times which actually caused Vonn to back away.

Remi: It appears that Jordi has either lost his mind or he is playing mind games with Vonn Ricther right now.

Clearwater: I don’t think he has lost anything. This is his normal state. Have you ever seen the videos he posts?

Jordi abruptly spins around and nails Richter with a forearm smash. He then starts wailing away on big man. Jordi lands punch after punch until Vonn is finally able to block a shot and then he slams his thigh up into Jordi’s gut. Now it is Vonn’s turn to unleash some rights and lefts. He drives Jordi back across the ring, and has him up against the ropes. We get an Irish whip from Richter, Jordi bounces off the ropes, he just barely ducks out of the way of a big boot from Vonn Richter. Vonn spins around and is immediately caught by a standing dropkick from Jordi. Vonn Richter stumbles back almost to the ropes but steadies himself and then charges at the trash King. Jordi dodges a clothesline from the big man. Jordi to the ropes bounces off and then nails Vonn Richter with a clothesline of his own. Jody had enough momentum that he knocks Vonn back and through the ropes sending him to the outside.

Remi: Great action to start this one off folks!

Clearwater: the trash man has come to play!

Outside the ring Vonn Richter’s pride was hurt more than his body. He pounds on the ring apron with both fists in frustration and then begins to climb up into the ring. Jordi backs away from the ropes allowing Vonn to climb back in. Once he is in the ring Jordi points to his chin and then begs Vonn. He is pleading with him to do it. Vonn obviously looks hesitant.

Remi: I have seen a lot of different strategies in my day, but I am not sure that begging your opponent to punch you is even in the top 50!

Back in the ring Jordi puts both hands behind his back and sticks out his chin. After a few seconds of waiting, Vonn pulls his arm back and drills Jordi with a shot to the chin. Jordi is thrown backwards but he catches himself on the ropes. He shakes off the cobwebs and then marches right back over to Vonn Richter and tells him to do it again. Richter obliges and once again Jordi is thrown backwards. This time it takes everything he has to remain on his feet.

Clearwater: Yeah, I don’t understand this at all.

We get Jordi once again going to Richter and begging him to punch him.

Remi: Not again. He can’t take another one.

Vonn Richter is torn. He really wants a win but he knows that something is off. He pulls his hand back slowly and this time Jordi shoots his arm forward and jabs his thumb right into Richter’s left eye. The fans boo wildly as Richter drops to a knee clutching his eye. The ref was behind Richter and thus didn’t see anything fishy. Jordi wastes no time as he charges forward and tackles Vonn Richter to the mat. He wraps his left hand around Richter’s neck and then starts throwing some hard rights. After 3-4 hard shots, the ref forces Jordi off of Vonn. Jordi backs away but then immediately goes for the pin. 1………...2..KICKOUT by Vonn who gets a shoulder up.

Remi: It is hard to prepare for someone like Jordi Trash. No one fights like him. Vonn Richter is finding that out the hard way.

Richter was on his hands and knees attempting to get back to his feet when out of nowhere Jordi Trash runs and hits a running senton bomb right across Richters back. Vonn crumples to the mat. Jordi entertains the idea of a pin but climbs to his feet and then pulls Richter up. Jordi pushes Vonn into the corner. Elbow to the face from Jordi. Jordi attempts to whip Vonn Richter to the opposite side of the ring but Vonn digs his heels in and Jordi can’t move him. After stopping the whip Vonn pulls Jordi back towards him and slams his shoulder into Jordi’s chest. We then get a few big shots from Vonn Richter here and now it is Jordi who is reeling backwards with Vonn baring down on him. Vonn continues to throw hard punches. Jordi is finally able to duck a shot from Richter. Jordi ducks behind him and when Vonn spins to find his man Jordi goes for another jab to the eye. This one was scouted by Richter who shoves Jordi’s hand away. Richter is livid and he kicks Jordi in the gut. Richter than grabs the back of Jordi’s head and runs forward at the ropes. Richter uses every once of strength he hs in him to toss Jordi up and over the top rope. Jordi comes crashing to the floor with a thunderous plop a foot or so from the guard rail.

Clearwater: Jordi went too far with that one. Richter is pissed off.

Remi: He literally tried to poke the bear.

Clearwater: Very clever.

Richter is outside the ring now. He pulls Jordi to his feet by the hair. Richter then runs Jordi forward and throws him shoulder first into the ring post. That one wasn’t enough for Vonn Richter as he peels Jordi off the floor and then throw him forward again but this time Jordi goes careening into the steel ring steps. Jordi’s knees hit the top of the steps and he flips over them coming crashing down to the floor on the opposite side of the steps.

Remi: Vonn Richter might just try to kill the Trash King.

Clearwater: The Trash King can’t be killed. He lives amongst rats. Do you know how hard it is to kill rats?

Ricther rolls Jordi into the ring. Richter follows. Richter continues to be the aggressor and he pulls Jordi to his feet. Richter is behind Jordi. He wraps his arms around him and quickly connects with a huge German suplex. Richter releases his grip at the apex of the move and sends Jordi flying across the ring. Richter is jacked up and he immediately goes back to Jordi and is looking for another German suplex. This time Jordi grabs onto the nearby top rope and won’t let go. Richter tries to pulls Jordi back but Jordi’s grip is firm. Ricther gives it one last tug and this time he is able to pull Jordi off of the ropes. Just as Richter is going for the move Jordi, without warning, slams his head backward as hard as he could. The back of Jordi’s head would have hit Richter on the crown of the nose and easily broken it, but Vonn was able to turn his head just enough so that Jordi hit him in the side of the head. This was enough to get Vonn to release the hold as he clutches his head.

Remi: Jordi Trash is doing whatever it takes.

Clearwater: You get pretty good at going with the flow when you live in a dump. Hell most of your time is spent just trying to figure out which liquid is flowing.

Richter was dazed from the hard shot he comes to his senses and turns just into time get caught with a HUGE enzuguri from Jordi Trash. Richter is knocked to the mat. Jordi, cockily, pins Ricther by putting his foot on Richter’s chest. Ricther shoves the foot away. Jordi laughs as he shakes his head. “Get up, fucker!” is what he is caught yelling at Richter.

Remi: After the big shot from Trash, Vonn Richter is in a bad way. I think Trash might be looking to end it right here.

Jordi assists Richter to his feet. He hits Vonn across the chest with a chop and then he sends Vonn to the ropes with a stiff whip. Richter comes off the ropes and Jordi attempts to lift Vonn up into a sidewalk slam which he will then turn into a backbreaker as part of his finishing move the Fucker Fucker. But Richter was ready for it. Jordi goes to grab Vonn leaving the side of his head exposed. Richter drives his shoulder right into the side of Jordi’s head. Richter had a ton of momentum coming off the ropes and that knocks Jordi back hard.

Remi: Big counter from Richter. This one my have been over if Jordi was able to hit that one.

Jordi remained on his feet, but barely. Richter moves in quickly and before Trash can do anything about it Richter has him up on his shoulders in position for the Torture Rack. Ricther really locks the hold in tight wrenching Jordi’s back pretty good.

Clearwater: He calls it the Seismic Shock!!!

Jordi Trash screams and thrashes wildly but he is unable to break free from Richter. Vonn pulls down even hard and Jordi has no choice but to tap out.

Jessica Kaine: YOUR WINNER BY SUBMISSION!!! VOOOONNNNNN RRRRRIIIICCCHHHTTTEEEERRR!!!

Steven Osbourne/Mike "The Situation" Matthews Segment

Fever For the Flava by Hot Action Cop begins to play and Steven Osbourne struts towards the ring holding an overnight bag flirting with women all the way to the ring. Veronica Anderson just rolls her eyes but Amber Del Vallee looks a little disappointed. Steven cheers her up with a slap on the butt then offers the same to Veronica who clearly threatens to cut it off. Steven shrugs and continues his celebration.

Clearwater: He doesn't have a match this week.

Remi: He doesn't care. He showed up at Gods of Wrestling and made his own match. This guy is a wild card.

Clearwater: Finally something we can agree on.

Osbourne finally gets in the ring holds the ropes open for his ladies, then addresses the crowd.

Osbourne: Tonight is a cause for celebration! First off.. I'm not a father!

Anderson: Nor are you mature.

ADV: Like I'm not either. We're like made for each other.

Anderson: Would you get to the point Steven before I throw up?

Osbourne: Like I said.. we're here to celebrate. Hence the party bag.

Steven reaches inside.. pulling out tacos which he hands to Veronica and poutine which he hands to Amber and a long string of Nev-R break Osbourne brand condoms which he keeps for himself.

Osbourne: This is a celebration worthy of the NEW North American Champion! Poutine representing Canada! Tacos representing Mexico! Condoms representing the good old USA! Two weeks ago I ripped through three men at once to earn the number one contendership for the North American Championship. Then last week when he realized I was getting a shot at the gold Lex Collins came down with a serious case of I'm-a-bitchitis and decided he wasn't gonna get his ass kicked by the Super Sexy Boogeyman Slayer.

Mixed reaction from the crowd who were big fans of the Architects.

Osbourne: I'm sorry but it's true. If Lex was half the talent he thinks he is he would be fighting me at Kingdom Come. That's just a simple fact. But he's not and the fact is.. nobody else is either. So I'm out here to claim what's mine. I won the number one contendership, the champion is nowhere to be found.. I'm getting what's mine.. The North American Championship!

Back Up by the Seige begins to play and Mike "The Situation" Mathews walks out giving a good cheer from the fans as well carrying a briefcase. Mike enters the ring opens the case and..

Sitch: You mean.. this North American Title?

Mike holds up the gold.

Osbourne: Where did you get that?

Sitch: After I beat the champ.. he left it behind.

Osbourne: It looks like you're holding my belt.

Sitch: Your belt? I was the one who pinned Lex Collins.

Osbourne: I was the one who pinned you.. remember?

Sitch: I remember how you cheated!

Osbourne: I always cheat!

Sitch: That makes you a champion how?

Osbourne: I'm a three time champion! If you're not smart enough to see why I'm champion I'm not going to help you..

Sitch: Now you're calling me stupid huh? Need I remind you the way I kicked your ass the last time we fought?

Osbourne: I'm sorry. I can only remember the ending.. you know where they raised my hand.

Sitch: This not how this situation is gonna end.

Mike gently sets down the title. The women exit the ring. Steven and Mike circle each other.

Stop stop stop!

Irina Ivanova sneers from the ramp.

Irina: Don't get me wrong I like to see you fight. I don't know why you would fight to be champion of North America but it would be a good fight nonetheless.

Irina walks towards the ring.. grabbing the belt.

Irina: I won't let you fight for free however. You can fight for this. At Kingdom Come.

Steven grins.. Veronica shouts something obviously trying to warn off Osbourne who can't resist.

Osbourne: Irina.. I'm sure we can see eye to eye on this. You give me that 15 pounds of gold. I'll give you these 15 pounds of cock.

Irina's expression doesn't change.

Sitch: 15 pounds? So you lie as well as cheat?

Steven ignores him and continues.

Osbourne: Let me put it another way. If we play Russian Roulette my gun never shoots blanks.

Irina laughs. Steven shoots a grin to Mike.

Irina: You amuse me Osbourne. You're lucky I need you. Where I'm from we don't play Russian Roulette. We play Siberian Roulette. First I shoot you in both knees then I leave you in the frozen tundra.

Never one to give up Steven turns to Mathews.

Osbourne: You hit on Ronnie wanna give this a try?

Sitch: I'm smart enough to stay out of this Situation!

Irina leaves but not before giving a parting shot.

Irina: You love to cheat, Osbourne. Mathews.. you can't stand a cheater. So how about at Kingdom Come we split the difference. For the newly vacant North American Champion, Mike Mathews against Steven Osbourne.. in a no disqualification match!

Bloodline vs Damian Kaine/L Verez/Masuda Jubei

“Bloodline” by Slayer plays out the insidious trio of Jason Ryan, Soulreaver and Aaron Blaze. The take different routes to the ring from the middle of the runway.

Jessica Kaine: This 6-man tag is scheduled for one fall… first, weighing over 800 pounds… Jason Ryan, Aaron Blaze and Soulreaver… the Bloodline!

Clearwater: Welcome back to the action, folks, as we gear up for a huge 6-man tag match.

St. Remi: The bloodline know how to make an entrance, don’t they, bro?

Clearwater: None more than their leader. Jason Ryan can’t enter a room with drawing every stare.

St. Remi: When you have that much talent and energy, can you blame him? He’s only trying to survive.

The Bloodline takes over one corner with Blaze demanding to be the first one into the ring. The lights go out in the arena as the crowd comes to a hush. Blue spotlights circle around the crowd as Starset’s “Carnivore” plays through the loudspeakers. The spotlights focus on the stage as Damian Kaine.

Jessica Kaine: And their opponents… first, hailing from Statesboro, Georgia! Weighing in at 182 pounds, he is the Invincible, Damian Kaine!

Damian stops at the head of the ramp. He looks out to the crowd, proud. Then, as the lyrics begin, he begins hopping down the ramp, slapping hands with the fans. He stops at the bottom of the ramp and eyes his opponent. He smiles and slides in under the bottom rope, jumping to his feet and getting on the top rope.

The arena goes black within a prolonged silence. When the graveled voice of veteran voice actor Hitoshi Ozawa declares to the heavens : “Ōsama banzai!”

Fans gasp at a sudden gong resounding throughout the arena. Opening riffs of “Der Konig der Dunkelheit” by D play Masuda Jubei’s dominant figure into that darkness with a layer of fog piping beneath his feet. Clips of previous matches play on the Alpha-tron behind him, glittering off his silky black haori. Bearing Masuda’s family insignia, it covers his upper body—all except for a narrow gap fastened by a white and gold cord. He remains atop the ramp, arms crossed and unimpressed by their sundering boos.

Jessica Kaine: On his way to the ring from Yokohama, Japan… weighing 215 pounds… “The Master” Masuda Jubei!

Jubei paces down the ramp after that initial chorus so that his dark presence pervades with that steady rhythm of grand confidence. He circles to the far side of the ring within earshot of the announce table before climbing onto the apron. Jubei disrobes at the second line of chorus so everyone can get a long look at his back tattoo of the Buddhist demon king Fudō Myō-ō. He then ducks into the ring towards center stage. His terrible visage somehow brings on louder jeers. Jubei basks in it while securing his side of the ring, waiting for the match to begin.

he lights bleed a deep indigo color as Tetris by DJ Dahi plays through the PA system. L Verez slowly steps to the stage, with her Hardcore title strapped diagonally around her chest. Right before the beat drops, L hits a 360° spin, dropping along with the bass. Flashing lavender lights follow along the deep bassy hits, as L poses on one knee, with her left arm outstretched with the Vulcan salute. She stands firmly before marching down the ramp, colliding Vulcan salutes with some fans in the front row along the way.

Jessica Kaine: Making her way to the ring, from Planet Quartex. Weighing in at 125 pounds, she is the "Universal Protector," and the APW Hardcore Champion... L VEEEREEEZ!!

L makes it to ringside, unstrapping her title. She jumps onto the apron and heads up to the turnbuckles. As the beat roboticly intensifies, L sits atop the turnbuckle and does the Vulcan salute once more. She raises her title and closes her eyes, sinking in the reaction of the crowd. She flips backwards down, and repeats the process on the opposite turnbuckle. L flips down once more and exits opposite of Masuda.

Clearwater: The house is packed, and looks like we’ll have Aaron Blaze versus Damian Kaine to start.

St. Remi: This should be a nice mashup.

Clearwater: And there’s the bell… Damian putting moves on the rookie Aaron Blaze.

St. Remi: He’s been around long enough for the deductible. I think he’s lost the trainee badge.

Blaze squeezes out of a side headlock and hits an atomic drop on Kaine. He runs for the ropes and hits DK with a back elbow. He follows that with simple yet effective DDT.

Clearwater: You can’t hold that kid down.

St. Remi: He’s raging on a multi-year vet. But yeah, experience is always going to balance it out.

Clearwater: Blaze tags in Jason Ryan. This could be bad news for Damian Kaine.

St. Remi: Ryan goes behind… Damian ducked it time!

Clearwater: He almost took Kaine’s head off on the spinning back elbow!

Damian slips past that attack but trips in the process. Before he can stand, Jason nails him on the cheek with a superkick. Fans boo how Ryan dances around his opponent while avoiding contact. He whips DK into his team’s corner before tagging in Soul Reaver.

Clearwater: The Bloodline has made it clear they want to destroy Damian Kaine.

St. Remi: Soul Reaver reversing gravity—and he scoop slams DK like a hamburger patty.

Clearwater: This is getting out of hand.

Soul Reaver brings on more boos as he presses all of his weight onto Damian’s chest.

Clearwater: Just in time, but how much longer can Damian hold on?

St. Remi: Jason Ryan just tagged himself back into the match.

Clearwater: He has Damian Kaine around the neck… and drops him with a snap DDT!

St. Remi: They’re trying to kill him! And they’re hearing it from these fans.

Jason pulls DK off the mat with a taunting slap for emphasis. That gives Kaine one moment to recover with a sudden mule kick. It propels him across the ring for a hot tag of L Verez. Meanwhile, Jason lets Soul Reaver take over for him. The seven-footer approaches the opposite corner only to have L Verez slingshot herself into a lou thez press. Soul Reaver tries to counter but she leaps free of her hold. She then goes right for the big man’s knee.

St. Remi: Wearing the big man down… textbook, bro.

Clearwater: One more! But Soul Reaver refusing to go down!

St. Remi: L hits the ropes… back body drop! Can you believe the height on that throw?

Clearwater: Soul Reaver continuing his rampage. I think he’s eying a fresh Masuda across from their corner.

Jason calls his monster back for a breather when the crafty, diehard spirt of L Verez returns. She leaps onto his back for a rear naked choke. He stumbles around until finding the ropes closest to the Bloodline’s corner. L hangs on like a koala to where even a man of Soul Reaver’s size begins to waver. He grabs the third rope and shakes it furiously the longer L holds on.

Clearwater: L needs to break the hold, but the Hardcore Champion has dug in tight.

St. Remi: Not for long, here comes Aaron Blaze.

Clearwater: he hits the ropes—and dropkicks L Verez right in the back.

St. Remi: That’ll knock the wind out of you, bro. She’s in trouble.

Clearwater: Soul Reaver retreats, leaving the rest of the opposite team to Aaron Blaze.

Blaze does an illegal rest hold by bending her dominant hand back further than it’s supposed to go. He moves from that to equally illegal fishhook that brings L into a DDT clutch. Fans cheer for her until a sudden resurgence see L Verez throw all of her weight into a weak spear. Both competitors end up in L’s corner. Fans boo when Masuda Jubei refuses to tag himself into the fight.

Clearwater: Can you believe this man? Who does he think he is?

St. Remi: I don’t know, bro. Jubei does his own thing.

L looks over her shoulder with strained features. It sees one of her partners, and in that ruckus, she sees something else in him. This distraction allows Blaze to reassert his dominance from a snap suplex into the turnbuckle pad. Fans erupt with reluctant fervor, unwilling to give Aaron credit. He blows them off climbing to the top rope.

Clearwater: We’ve seen this move before…

St. Remi: Jubei watching on like the rest of us. I wonder why.

Clearwater: Whatever the case, L Verez is in trouble.

Aaron sets up the Mannequin reverse senton drop, when moment before impact, Damian Kaine pulls L Verez out of the ring. Jubei and Blaze study each other with neither looking to cross that threshold. It distracts him long enough for L to gather herself on the apron. She readies a springboard assault, wiping both of them out from a springboard spear.

Clearwater: Wow! L Verez is trying to win this match one handed. No thanks to Jubei!

St. Remi: That’s the Master, yo. You know he’s above our normal people rules.

Clearwater: I know. It’s in his ironclad contract.

Masuda indeed watches from his spot, seemingly amused by his partners’ resilience. Blaze rises first and wastes no time exacting revenge on L Verez in form of a stiff head butt. She answers with one of her own to a big pop. Blaze rears back and delivers an even stronger one, stifling L Verez.

Clearwater: Verez calling for the tag!

St. Remi: This is getting ugly, bruh. I’m not sure my innocent eyes can watch much more of this.

Clearwater: Why won’t Masuda tag in? Does he want to lose this match?

Fans boo him as much as they rally for L Verez. Damian Kaine slumps over the ropes and tags her hand. Blaze arm drags him into the ring, and puts boots to both Kaine and Verez.

Clearwater: Here comes the cavalry!

St. Remi: We need order in here! The Bloodline have taken over the ring!

Clearwater: Do something Masuda!

Jubei looks to the crowd amidst the chaos. He lets them boo their voices hoarse as he steps off the apron and heads to the back. Everyone in route gives him fingers and insults—none of these penetrate his insidious smirk. Meanwhile, trapped beneath the heavy boot of Soul Reaver, L Verez gets a final burst of energy and goes for a hurricanrana on the seven-footer. She pummels him multiple times before the larger athlete sloppy powerbombs her over the ropes, sending her tumbling to the floor below. After eating a superkick, DK goes up into a pumphandle lumbar check.

Clearwater: Final Curtain! This one may be over!

St. Remi: But the Bloodline never left the ring!

Jessica Kaine: And your winners… the Bloodline!

Clearwater: Look at them standing tall. What a convincing win for the Bloodline.

St. Remi: They got Verez and Damian on a bad night. Besides, their partner bailed. What more could they do?

Clearwater: Either way, Jason’s collective gets a well-deserved win.

St. Remi: Wins are big too—all this leading to Kingdom Come! What a show that’s gonna be, bro!

Clearwater: Big momentum for the Bloodline going forward. Metal returns after this.

Jayson Price vs Damon Warrens

Remi: Main Event time! We’ll be seeing Jayson Price in singles action for the first time since he entered rehab sometime in 2019!

Clearwater: From rehab to a title match at Gods of Wrestling to the main event with the APW World Champion! The man is truly an inspiration!

"The Cell" by Gojira hits the arena speakers as the lights dim down. When the drums kick in, pyro goes off from the titantron and stage. The crowd lets out a mixed reaction as a spotlight comes down onto the stage and Jayson Price walks out from the back, staring out at the crowd and then focusing on the ring.

Jessica Kaine: First to the ring, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania -- “Mr. Every Title” JAYSON PRICE!!!!

Price starts walking down the ramp, ignoring the outstretched hands of the fans, until he reaches ringside where he rolls into the ring under the bottom rope and heads for his corner. Price stays leaning against the turnbuckles until the bell rings.

Remi: Correct me if I’m wrong, Mikey-bro, but doesn’t he look exactly like that Jazz guy who used to wrestle here?

Clearwater: Jazzy John McCarty? ….Not seeing it, no.

Jessica Kaine: And his opponent…

The lights go out as the opening notes of "The Nobodies" by Marilyn Manson plays. Very dim lighting hits the entrance and Damon Warrens slowly stalks out on stage followed by Jaime Cortez who faithfully follows after the Nitemare King. Damon has a kendo stick in one hand resting on his shoulder as he moves his head to scan the crowd.

Jessica Kaine: From San Diego California, by way of Toronto Canada, weighing in at 225 pounds, representing The Architects.... he is FEAR ITSELF DAMON WARRENS!

Damon drifts down to the ring as Jaime dutifully brings up the rear making sure that no fans distract or bother Warrens. He walks to the right side and climbs the apron. He grabs the middle rope with his free hand and on one knee leans out reaching his kendo stick out to the crowd.As he does this Jaime stands beside him and kisses Damon on the side of his white expressionless mask. The Nitemare suddenly snaps back rolling into the ring. He crouches as if waiting to attack before standing and slowly removing his mask to reveal an equally expressionless face with pure white eyes. He goes to his corner to remove his jacket and shirt white he passes to a mesmerized Jaime. Damon then hands Cortez his kendo stick before crouching in the corner and tilting his head as he stares towards his opponent.

DING DING DING!

Remi: Here we go! Warrens explodes out of the corner with that kendo stick and he just bashes Price upside the head!

Clearwater: Senior official Spanky O’Shaughnessey now warning Damon about the weapon -- whoa!

Remi: Warrens just threw that kendo stick right at the ref! O’Shaughnessey telling Warrens off as he tosses the weapon out of the ring!

Damon shrugs and ignores the official, turning his attention on Jayson Price. Price lunges at Warrens with a European uppercut that sends the Champ staggering back. Warrens responds with a forearm smash of his own! He follows up with a gutwrench suplex and plants Price hard on the mat!

Clearwater: Suplex and an early cover from the Champ!

ONE!

Remi: Price with the shoulder up!

Damon hauls Price back to his feet and drops him again with a spinebuster! Warrens follows up with a running knee drop!

Clearwater: Damon Warrens doing everything he can to put an end to this match quickly! Two knee drops now!

Remi: He’s got Price scouted for sure. You take control early in a match like this, or you eat the pin!

Warrens delivers a third knee drop, then makes another pin attempt.

ONE!

TWO!!

KICKOUT!

Clearwater: HOW did Price kick out after all that?

Remi: The man is a legend for a reason, Mikey-bro!

Jayson Price finds his way back to a standing position and dodges an incoming Pele kick from the Champ. Price retaliates with a cravate suplex! He capitalizes with a single-leg Boston crab.

Clearwater: Price showing those finely honed skills now as he locks in that Boston crab. There’s no escape for Damon Warrens now!

Warrens struggles to free himself, but Price simply applies more pressure on the hold. Damon strains for the ropes, but they’re just out of reach.

Remi: Look at the pain etched on the Champ’s face! Price is going to make him tap!

Warrens keeps fighting it, the crowd starting to get behind him now, shouting encouragement as Damon tries a new tactic. He grits his teeth and, with an almighty effort, begins to crawl forward, toward the ropes. Price tightens his hold and tries to pull him back toward the center of the ring, but Warrens has forced Price’s center of gravity to shift. Slowly, inch by painstaking inch, the champ makes his way toward the ropes.

Clearwater: He’s almost there… almost…

Warrens reaches out, but the ropes are still just barely out of grasp. He puts everything he has into one final effort -- and lurches forward, his fingers closing around the bottom rope!

Remi: HE DID IT!

But Price doesn’t release the hold right away. Even as official Spanky O’Shaughnessey warns him to let go, Price wrenches the knee until the count of four, before finally turning Damon loose.

Clearwater: Jayson Price now flexing for the crowd as Damon Warrens pulls himself up. That knee won’t be right for the rest of this match.

Remi: Maybe not, but this guy is an Architect, Mikey-bro, and that means resilience!

Warrens makes a show of rubbing at his torqued knee as Price saunters back toward him, a cocky smirk on his lips. He moves in for the kill -- and gets a roaring elbow to the face!

Clearwater: Elbow from Warrens and now the Champ goes for the ropes -- springboard stunner! NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCE!

Price goes down hard with the impact, but before Warrens can capitalize, he rolls under the ropes and drops to the outside. Damon wastes no time dropping down to the ringside mats. He grabs a fistful of Jayson’s hair and hauls him up, then sends him crashing into the crowd barrier with an Irish whip! With Price trapped against the steel guardrail, the champ goes to work with a series of chops to the chest of Jayson Price. With the veteran reeling, Warrens hauls him away from the barricade and runs Price full speed toward the ringpost! Price hits shoulder-first and collapses in a heap on the floor.

Remi: Official Spanky O’Shaughnessey is… wait, what IS he doing? He should have started the ten-count by now, but it looks like he’s just watching to see how this plays out.

Indeed, the enigmatic official is leaning against the top rope, watching the action intently. Warrens hauls Price up and rolls him back into the ring anyway, just in case O’Shaughnessey changes his mind. Shaking off the cobwebs, Jayson Price starts to rally back to life.

Clearwater: Jayson Price looking a little shaky here, but it looks like he’s ready to take the fight to the champ! He charges at Warrens --

Remi: BRO! Warrens timed that perfectly! Price ran facefirst into that bicycle knee! It’s a JUSTIFIABLE HOMICIDE! The Champ hooks the leg!

ONE!

TWO!!

THREE!!!

DING DING DING!

Jessica Kaine: The winner of this match, by pinfall -- the APW World Heavyweight Champion, DAMON WARRENS!!!!

The crowd pops big as Marilyn Manson’s “The Nobodies” thunders through the arena once more. Damon Warrens accepts his title from the official, and climbs the turnbuckle, holding it up high over his head to an even louder reaction from the fans.

Clearwater: That was one hell of a match, with intense competition from both men, but Damon Warrens proves once again why he’s at the top of the food chain here in Alpha Pro Wrestling! Stay tuned, Alpha Faithful -- more Metal is coming up, right after this!

World Title Contract Signing

As Monday Night Metal returns from commercial, the camera zooms in on the ring. General Manager Irina Ivanova stands beside a table draped in black cloth, two empty chairs, and a contract awaiting signatures. Beefy security guards in black APW polo shirts surround the perimeter of the ring.

Irina: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Alpha Pro Wrestling’s first-ever World Heavyweight Championship Contract Signing! First, welcome to the ring your APW World Heavyweight Champion, the “Nitemare King” DAMON WARRENS!

he lights go out as the opening notes of "The Nobodies" by Marilyn Manson plays. Very dim lighting hits the entrance and Damon Warrens slowly stalks out on stage to a massive pop from the crowd! His face is a mask of grim determination as he stalks down the ramp and enters the ring.

Irina: I know, in the wake of the heartbreaking departure of the Architects, you’ve all been anxious to find out who has been selected to challenge Damon Warrens for his title. And there has been no shortage of capable men and women on this roster who might give Comrade Damon a fight worthy of a champion of his caliber. However… One man stands out among the rest.

One man, relentless in his pursuit of the Champion’s attention. One man who dared to cross the line. One man who has reached a new level of sadistic brutality in his quest to awaken the Devil inside the Champion.

And that man is none other than “The Scourge” JASON RYAN!

Slayer’s instrumental “Bloodline” hits the speakers to a huge reaction from the crowd as Jason Ryan steps onto the stage. He sneers at the booing fans and makes his way down the ramp. Damon’s eyes narrow in a death glare as he watches his adversary of the last several weeks climb up the ring steps. Irina smoothly steps between the two men before they can get close enough to touch each other.

Irina: But gentlemen, you haven’t heard the best part yet. In light of this very… caustic relationship between the two of you; to appease the demon in Comrade Jason’s heart; to satisfy Comrade Damon’s lust for vengeance; to give these fans a competition that lives up to the quality they have come to expect from Alpha Pro, I have determined the perfect stipulation. Next week, at Kingdom Come -- Damon Warrens versus Jason Ryan, with the APW World Title on the line… in a Last Man Standing match!

The crowd goes insane at this pronouncement.

Jason leans in the corner, eye close humming to himself, seemingly in his own little world. He wears attire similar to the Joker tonight, a very fitting choice of dress. He begins to sing to himself as he opens his eyes

“ Amazing Grace how sweet the sound. That saved a wretch like me,”

Jason walks over to one of the seats and signs the contract. He looks at Damon and slowly picks up the microphone.

Jason Ryan: Welcome said the spider to the fly trapped in its web. You are going to learn who truly sits on the throne of thorns and pain. Damon, you think that you bringing out the Devil scares me? You fool, I want that! I want every sick little thing you can conjure up. I want you to take my fingers off, slash my eyes, destroy my face with a cheese grater. I want you to hurt me Damon, I want you to try and kill me! I want to see every sadistic tendency you have... only to watch then fail.

Jason smiles evilly, his eyes never leaving Damon’s

Jason Ryan: I want you to see it’s all for nothing because as evil as you are, you’ve no idea the levels of depravity I am willing to go sink through. I have ruined so many lives and I’ve enjoyed it. I enjoy ruining people’s lives, to me there’s no greater sexual turn on. And Damon Warrens I’m fixing to destroy your life. And taking your world title is only the first step. That works title is the key to my plan. See I want that, because you have it. Because you love APW, you need APW, these people’s love and admiration is your drug of choice. You need it like an addict needs a fix and without it, without them, you are lost, confused, broken. That works title is the key in breaking you, because once I have that, APW will change for good. The Jason Ryan era will shape the entire landscape forever. I don’t think you know what you are fighting for my friend. You sure think you want vengeance this why you are fighting but no. You are fighting for every single APW wrestler, fan, employee, hell even for Irina who I’m sure is mortified that I am about to become the world champion. You are defending your beloved Rome from Barbarian invaders. But I urge you to read on how well that went, the barbarians made Rome their personal plaything. If you do not defeat me, everything you have worked so hard for will go up in smoke. Everything you have been through in your life will mean nothing. You are fighting for EVERYTHING! APW’s apocalypse has arrived and you my friend, are APW’s last and only line of defense.

Jason leans over the table

Jason Ryan: Tell me, how is that little bitch doing? The Scourge is a very evil being, and it has a habit of permanently warping the minds of its victims. Oh how it did enjoy hearing the screams of that fool. You should have heard it Damon. Jaime screamed for you over and over again. I have it here on my phone, listen!

Jason takes out his phone, holds the mic to its speaker and plays a clip of blood curling screaming, crying and begging. Jason gives a demented laugh and turns it off, leaning back over the table

Jason Ryan: Did you like that? Cause I sure did. Maybe once I defeat you, I’ll finish what I started. You seem upset at that Damon. I like the vibe you’re putting out. I’m liking what I’m feeling. You’re angry, but something else. You’re scared. You are scared Damon. And that’s not some you are used to. You are utterly terrified, not for yourself but what I am going to do if you lose. That very idea is racing through your head. It’s finally starting to sink in isn’t it? You Damon Warrens are NOT the devil you claim to be! You have grown weak, cowardly, pathetic. You Damon Warrens are nothing but Jason Ryan’s bitch. If you were the true devil, you’d rip my head off for what I did, but instead you cowered away. Because you know, deep down inside that I am the one who will put you down. It’s time for you to rest Damon and at Kingdom Come I shall take you behind the woodshed.

Jason aims a finger gun at Damon’s head

Jason Ryan: And put you down.

Damon although seething at Jason's words holds his temper. He takes the contract and reads it over. Irina reaches out to offer him a pen, but Damon brushes her hand away choosing instead to take a black feathered quill out of his pocket. He looks around for an ink pot which he must have forgotten.

Damon: Hmmm no ink. Guess this will do.

Damon grabs the hand of Jason Ryan, finger gun and all, and holds it down before repeatedly stabbing the thin metal tip of the quill into the top of his hand drawing blood as Ryan yells in pain. Jason withdraws his hand in anguish as Damon uses the blood to sign the contract before standing up and removing his suit jacket because as everyone knows a contract signing always leads to a fight. Jason Ryan shakes off the hand pain in time to see Damon Warrens flying over the contract table hitting him with a forearm.

Irina quickly exits the ring to avoid being collateral damage, but motions for the security guards to separate the two men. The team of men rush each with several pulling Damon off of Ryan and pulling him aside while the other half try to hold a now standing Jason back. This works for mere moments though as Jason pretends to calm down before rushing past the guards and leaping onto the men holding back Damon trying to claw and punch at the Nitemare being immobilized by the mob. As the rest of the guard rush to grab Jason again he turns his attack on them and sends all of them out of the ring with a flurry of punches and boots, Damon beginning to take down his own set of guards.

With all of the security taken care of only the two demons remain in the ring. They fire off rapid shots to the face before Jason gets the upperhand by rubbing the blood from his wounded hand in Damon's eyes temporarily blinding him. Jason kicks Damon in the gut before lifting him up and powerbombing him through the table. Jason looks around at the carnage before leaving with a wicked laugh as Damon begins to stir from the wreckage.

The camera focuses for a long moment on the demented visage of Jason Ryan before Monday Night Metal goes off the air.
