Character Name: Jake Karnes
Nickname: The Revenant
Hometown: Grand Rapids, Michigan
Height: 6’5”
Weight: 240 lbs
Alignment: (Face/Tweener/Heel): Face
In-Ring Style: Brawler/Technician
Bio: Jake has been an independent wrestler for about 10 years, just going with the flow and not taking his career very seriously, thinking one day he’ll get there to the “big leagues”. Time got away from him for a bit and it wasn’t until he followed the direction of his booker, Vincent Pryde, who had enough with his World Champion walking around like he owned the company. Pryde had Jake forcefully pin the champion in a main event one night and for his trouble, Jake took a shot in the chest after the show in the parking lot. After nearly dying from the gun wound, Jake had two choices to make… Walk away completely and seek work elsewhere or truly buckle down and make a serious run in this industry with his second chance.
Obviously it was that second chance that he sought and now he has penned a contract in Alpha Pro Wrestling, ready to put his past behind him and focus on this second SHOT.
Attire: Maroon elbow pads, maroon tights with an R on the front for Revenant and The Revenant down one leg and Jake Karnes on the other leg, all writing colored white with grey outline, and black boots finishing off the attire.
Theme song: “Hey man, Nice Shot” by Filter
Pic Base (optional! If no Pic Base, you can describe what he/she looks like here!): Edge 2020 (Strung out and bearded lol)
Entrance: (Please write out how your character's entrance will be used for results writing)
“Hey man, nice shot” by Filter starts to play and white and maroon lights start to flash all over the arena. White fog appears on the stage as Jake Karnes steps out of the curtain and he’s pumped up fighting through the fog. As he steps through the fog he points out to the crowd with a grin on his face, he laughs as he speeds down the ramp slapping a few hands on the way before sliding into the ring. Jake push ups to a standing position and he points to the fans in front of him, before running to the ropes. He throws up a few devil horns as he bounces chest first off the ropes, pushing himself to the center of the ring with a flash of maroon fireworks showering down around him. Jake points to his chest and winks at the camera before backing away to his corner to await his opponent.
