Sitting down in front of an APW camera, inside an empty room aside from a folding chair, was Aaron Blade. Fitted with a lapel microphone, another voice other than his, began to talk as if being narrated.
(Think the eloquent voice of "Mean" Gene Okerlund when hosting WWE Confidential)
“When Aaron first arrived at APW, he ran into some hiccups in the likes of Mr. Gleeful himself, Cray Mitchell. It was a pivotal moment for both men. It was their debut into APW and like all debuts, it’s your first impression. Like anything, you want your first impression to be a noticeable one. The only thing on that night that was noticed, was the fact that Cray had just beaten Aaron. But the good thing about that match was the fact that Aaron didn’t get a chance to reflect on his loss. How so”?
“Over on Social Media, Aaron had also gotten involved in a war of words with the current HorrorKore Championship, Zombie McMorris. When it became apparent that the two would square off in a match, it was later revealed that Jason Ryan would also be placed in that match. As the Triple Threat Match happened and Aaron did not come up with the win on that occasion either, there was still no time to reflect, as it was soon announced that the company would begin a Tag Title Tournament.
When teams were being thrown together, it was unknown who his teammate would be but as we know now, he would form Bad Boys Energy or BBE, with Masuda Teijin. How would these two mesh with having no knowledge of each other? Coming into the company, Aaron had an idea of being an individual to stand out, which he did for a moment, but being placed with Teijin, he wasn’t sure if that would be a blessing or a curse but..."
“Teijin and Aaron formed, and I quote Monday Night Metal's clearwater on this"...
“end quote, given the fact that they were able to run through their first opponents and advance to the next round in the tournament. The commentary team asked the question if the two could learn to work together. Was it a legitimate question or was it that the commentary team was trying to get you, the listening audience, to create friction between the two? For those who missed the match, I don’t know why you did if so, but Teijin and Aaron defeated Cray Mitchell and Old Man. It was Monday Night Metal's commentator, St. Remi, who also said and I quote again...
"again, end quote. So can they work together? Are they going to have something to say about what happened later in the night too" The scene cuts off like if a movie film was cut in half. Aaron then speaks.
"What happened? Well, you can either find out now or go back and find out. It happened right after the Uncanny X-Men and PKA/El Muertos match, for those of you who recorded the show, I’ll wait".
.
.
"Are you back? Did you see it? Amazing wasn’t it. On a night the first match in this Tag Team Tournament, not only did our team win but”...
The narrator voice returns and cuts off Aaron and continues with saying...
[Cut Scene] "Former opponent and The Bloodline's own, Jason Ryan, hands Aaron a Black “Bloodline” t-shirt. Placing the shirt on himself, Aaron Blade has now become the newest member of The Bloodline". [Cut Scene]
The narrator voice ends as the scene begins to static to now a view of inside that secluded room. Aaron is looking down at his Bloodline t-shirt. He then raises his head to look ahead at the camera, as he leans forward and placing his arms on his knees.
“Did you enjoy that? I thought you would. So now you know exactly what I have been up to but the big question is what is planned next. What is next for me? Will I make an announcement talking about how Teijin and I are going to continue our reign as we tear through this pathetic excuses of teams that APW wants to put in front of us? Or do I talk about what’s next for ``The Bloodline”? (He leans back in the chair and sighs a deep breath). “It would be easy to say that every team in this tournament should fear what’s going to happen when they step in the ring with us, but that's inevitable. It’s easy to say that The Bloodline is going to take over APW and make Metal our personal playground. That’s also inevitable. So what do I say?
I have a week off, so what should I do? Do I show up in Providence, Rhode Island? Do I just sit at home and continue watching my subscriber count rise on my YouTube page, and respond to my legion of fans on Social Media? Maybe I will take a trip to Providence. I mean, I hear the show is at the Dunkin Donuts Center. A policeman’s snack might hit the spot. For those of you ignorant people who can’t read between the lines, that’s a cup of coffee and donuts”.
The notification chime on his phone rings and he reaches in his pocket and pulls out his cell phone. As he stares at his phone for a few minutes…
“Well, I guess that answers that question. I’ve got (he places the phone back in his pocket before looking at the camera) a ringside seat in Providence. Teijin, I guess Bad Boys Energy will be in Providence and Jason, I’m guessing you’ll be seeing this shirt on TV next week”.
Aaron nods his head and the cameraman turns off the camera.

The Night The Landscape Changed
An image appears on the screen of a [:45] replay of the in-ring altercation between Jason Ryan and Aaron Blade as the narrator speaks.
