Open with a panning shot of the near-capacity XL Center. The crowd is positively charged with energy tonight, on their feet and headbanging along with Motorhead’s “Ace of Spades”. They know what kind of show APW brings, week in and week out -- and they are into it! Mike Clearwater and Jonah St. Remington wave to the fans, grinning, as they walk down the aisle to ringside. Remi pauses once or twice to deliver his best lines, earning himself a sharp slap across the face each time. This only drives the fans into a further frenzy, and Remi doesn’t seem to mind.

Remi: BRO! Can you believe what we witnessed just a week ago, in Boston?! It was crazy, dude!

Clearwater: It was stunning! Spectacular! In short -- everything these fans have come to expect from an Alpha pay-per-view!

Remi: We saw a continuation of the heated rivalry between the All-Father himself, Odin Balfore, and APW’s own Ultimate Destroyer! The match ended in a draw, and you can bet neither of these competitors are going to let it rest at that!

Clearwater: I daresay not, Remi! Who knows what coming weeks may bring? Titles changed hands and a new challenger to Smith Jones’ APW World Championship emerged after a grueling Battle Royal!

Remi: None other than fellow Architect Damon Warrens! He’ll face the champ at our upcoming Battlecade, where APW will also reintroduce the Tag Titles with the finals of our tag tournament -- which kicks off tonight!

Clearwater: And I, for one, couldn’t be more thrilled! Neither can these fans! Tonight we’ll see newcomers and veterans alike, homegrown APW competitors and teams invited from rival promotions, all striving to advance in the tournament and ultimately claim the APW Tag Titles!

Remi: DUDE! We got the Man Made Gods! COREY BLACK and FPV are in OUR HOUSE!

Clearwater: APW features some of the finest talent in wrestling today, and these men are no exception. The Man Made Gods are currently the odds-on favorites to win the Block A division, and possibly the entire thing.

Remi: Can you imagine, bro? Like, for real, my dude, what if they win? What if they become our new Tag Team Champs? What an acquisition that would be for Irina Ivanova! And for APW!

Clearwater: But they’re Action Wrestling stalwarts, who haven’t always viewed this company in the most favorable light, so we’ll see how things work out, Remi. But first, the ring is being prepared for a special celebration...

Cut to a wide shot of the arena bowl inside the XL Center in Hartford, CT. Spotlights flood the ring so much that it’s hard to even see the crowd in the background. It glows. The ring is decorated for the big celebration! There are large ribbons hanging from the ropes and the ring posts sparkle in a silvery tinsel look. Inside the ring are three large white leather armchairs, each with its own individual bucket of ice next to it; two with a chilled bottle of champagne resting comfortably in each bucket, the last with several cans of Pepsi piled on the ice. Large banners hang down from the ceiling. The one on the left is a massive image of Lex Collins with the APW North American Championship over his shoulder and the words ‘North American Champ’ written underneath him. The one on the right is Damon Warrens weilding a kendo stick with the words ‘Number One Contender’ written below him. And the one in the centre is the image of Smith Jones with the Alpha World Championship over his shoulder and the words ‘The World Champion’ written under him.

The camera zooms in on a little girl in the front row who is catching some of the bounce from the bright lights on the ring. She squints and looks up at the three banners with a smile. Just then, the arena begins to explode with a wild display of untamed pyrotechnics that threatens to shake the XL Center to the ground in a heap of flaming rubble!! The little girl’s father dives on top of her as the explosives rumble on. After a good minute of fiery madness, “Architects” by Rise Against rocks the speakers! Orange and red spotlights fade up slowly, like the sun rising to reveal a fire in the sky, illuminating three silhouettes. Damon Warrens, Smith Jones, and Lex Collins stand with their heads bowed. The eruption of the crowd is louder than the pyro was! All three men are dressed in black suits and ties. Warrens has a kendo stick slung over his shoulder. Lex Collins has the North American Championship over his shoulder. Smitty has the Alpha World Title locked safely around his waist. They all keep their heads bowed during the ring announcement.

Jessica Kaine: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome… your NEW Number One Contender Damon Warrens... your NEW APW North American Champion Lex Collins... and your first-ever two-time APW World Heavyweight Champion Smith Jones… They are The Architects!!!!!

The Architects stride confidently down to ringside as the crowd loses their minds! Lex high fives the little girl from before, posing for a quick selfie with the belt. Jones has already arrived at the ring as he mounts the steel ring steps and wipes his feet respectfully on the apron before parting the ropes and entering the ring. Damon slithers in under the bottom rope, raising his kendo stick high in the air. Lex hops onto the ring apron, grinning at the crowd. He presses his right fist over his heart to a huge pop before turning and springing over the rope to join Smitty and Damon mid-ring. They fist bump one another in turns before facing the main camera in front of them. At the same time, all three of them slump comfortably into their easy chairs. Then, they all put up the leg rests and lean back with a unison “ahhhhhhhhh”.

Smith Jones: I cannot even begin to describe how… incredible this feels right now. We set out to make an impact, and here we are enjoying some of the spoils of our toils. Isn’t at right boys?

Damon Warrens: We promised that we would recreate Alpha Pro Wrestling in our own image. We have thus far followed through on that promise… and we are sitting here now basking in the glow of our glory while our detractors watch from the sidelines.

Lex Collins: Hashtag… Architects Pro Wrestling.

He reaches down for a can of Pepsi and opens it, taking a swallow before letting out another sigh of contentment.

Collins: They still don’t get it, fellas. They think this is a passing fad, like we’re not 100% serious and committed to our cause. It’d be hilarious if it wasn’t downright depressing.

Smitty: We are the three top superstars in all of Alpha Pro. Look into our eyes, people. You can clearly see that we are hell bent on bringing you top notch action every time we lace up and show up to paint this canvas with our brand of excellence!

Smith grabs the champagne from his ice bucket and motions to Damon and Lex to follow suit. They all stand up out of their easy chairs with big smiles on their faces.

Smitty: We did it, boys! We are The Architects of a New Era!! We are unstoppable!!!

With that, he drops his mic and shakes up the bottle with a grin. He pops the cork and champagne begins to go everywhere! Damon shakes up his bottle of champagne and Lex shakes up a couple of cans of Pepsi. It’s a Pepsi and champagne monsoon in the ring, spilling out into the crowd as even more pyro lights up the stage. Colourful streamers blast across the air, falling gently into the ring and onto Collins, Warrens, and Jones. Balloons and confetti begin to rain down over the scene as the spotlights strobe and flash and the crowd chants.

Crowd: Ar-chi-tects! Ar-chi-tects! Ar-chi-tects! Ar-chi-tects! Ar-chi-tects! Ar-chi-tects! Ar-chi-tects! Ar-chi-tects! Ar-chi-tects! Ar-chi-tects! Ar-chi-tects! Ar-chi-tects! Ar-chi-tects! Ar-chi-tects! Ar-chi-tects! Ar-chi-tects!

Stvore’s “Sgori (Burn)” thunders through the arena, turning the crowd’s excited chant to a chorus of disapproval as APW General Manager Irina Ivanova, clad in a stylish black jumpsuit, steps out onto the stage. With an arrogant sneer on crimson lips, she struts down the aisle and climbs into the ring to join the Architects.

Irina Ivanova: Yes, yes, comrades... you’re all cresting that wave of success; you hold two-fifths of this company’s gold, and you have every right to celebrate. And in spite of last week’s -- let’s call it a miscommunication, on Comrade Smith’s part -- I have not come out to put an end to this little party of yours. However, it seems I need to remind you of one important fact -- I am in charge; of this show, this company, and every title, even the ones you two are carrying on your shoulders.

She nods first to Lex, with the North American strap draped over his shoulder, then Jones, similarly wearing the Alpha Pro World Title.

Irina Ivanova: With that in mind, there’s still the matter of this month’s Tag Title Tournament to discuss. You assured me that I would have an official decision by the time the tournament began. That’s tonight, and you have yet to tell me which two of you ...gentlemen will be competing.

Icy blue eyes meet the gaze of each man, in turn, her expression both stern and expectant. Smith, covered in champagne and streamers and confetti, steps right up to Irina, meeting her icy eyes with a chilly glare of his own.

Smitty: Reenie. I'm really glad you came out here. Damon, Lex, and I have indeed come to a decision about which two of us will be competing in the APW Tag Title Tournament in Block B next week. Ladies and gentlemen, take a good hard look at your next World Tag Team Champions… Damon Warrens… and…

Jones raises his index finger to Irina, turning to his teammates and folding into a huddle. They whisper to each other, glancing over at Ivanova. Jones then steps back over to her with a smarmy smirk.

Smitty: The Architects that will compete next week are… the Number One Contender to the Alpha World Title Damon Warrens and your Alpha World Champion Smith Jones!

Damon's once cocky smile disappears as he takes his place beside Smith getting right in the face of Irina. When he speaks there is a chilliness in his voice.

Damon: Irina… you may be in charge of this brand… of the show… but let me make something very clear: you can't threaten the Architects into submission. We will rebuild this company … with or without your support.

Lex stands behind his brothers, arms folded across his chest and the North American championship and he speaks in the lull in the crowd, his tone low and dangerous.

Collins: Give us a reason to light the match, burn everything you love to the ground.

The Red Angel’s lip curls in a derisive sneer.

Irina Ivanova: Don’t push me, gentlemen. This is your only warning. You… focus on keeping your momentum going; I’ll handle the intricate details of running a multimillion-dollar corporation that pays your bills!

She lowers the microphone, turns to walk away, then hesitates and turns back.

Irina Ivanova: Oh! I almost forgot! Lex, darling… while your boys are busy trying to survive this first round, you’re going to have your hands full next week -- in a non-title match against… SPARTAN!

Ivanova casts one last, unreadable look at Smitty, then turns her back on the Architects and leaves the ring. Damon, Lex, and Smitty have become quite serious in the ring. The Architects huddle up and talk game as Stvore’s “Sgori (Burn)” plays and Irina exits.

After a few seconds of her entrance music playing, the arena goes almost pitch black. Guitars from Red's theme blasts throughout the arena, and the entire arena begins to fill with a few white spotlights as the music plays. As the music gets to the hook, smoke begins to rush the entrance. Red Riot steps out from the smoke, and after stomping her foot on the mat, the entire arena's lights go brightly red. Red Riot wears a studded black leather coat, taped hands, a red top, and black trunks. She walks down the ring with a focus on the opponent, and taps her right knee twice before screaming her opponent's name once she gets on the ring apron before entering the ring.

Jessica Kaine: On her way to the ring by Richmond, Virginia… the Crimson Killer, Red Riot!

"Welcome to the Jungle" by Guns and Roses plays...

Jessica Kaine: Her opponent... making his way to the ring accompanied by Pete Pontii... fighting out of the Democratic Republic of Congo it is Bobby Beauregard!!!

Bobby makes his way to the ring with Pete.

DING! DING! DING!

Red Riot is a little confused by her opponent, she thinks he looks like a gorilla, but surely a progressive company like Alpha Pro Wrestling wouldn't allow a gorilla to wrestle in the ring. Bobby charges Riot as she wastes time on her thought process. He picks her up above his head, but she wiggles free and slides down his back shoving him into the ropes. Bobby turns around and runs at her in an cannibalistic rage, but she takes him down with a drop toe hold. Bobby bounces to his feet but he can't see Red Riot (she is behind him - dumb animals) Riot jumps on his shoulders. CRIMSON MASK!!!

Jessica Kaine: The following contest is a THREE! WAY! DANCE! It is scheduled for one fall... coming to the ring first...

"I am Machine" by Three Days Grace plays

Jessica Kaine: Fighting out of Chicago, Illinois, weighing in at two hundred and seventy eight pound... making his A!P!W! debut... it is BRANDON NORTH!

North comes through the curtain with barbed wire baseball bat resting on his shoulder staring with focus at the ring then sets off towards the ring threatening to hit fans in the front row with his bat.

Jessica Kaine: His opponent... from Helena, Montana...&nbsp;

"We Are" by Hollywood Undead

Jessica Kaine: Weighing in at two hundred and forty five pounds... the Scourge of Professional Wrestling... Jason Ryan!

The lights turn off, minus a single spotlight that follows Jason to the ring. Fog throughout the arena. Jason enters the ring, removes his entrance gear and sits cross legged

Jessica Kaine: And their opponent... fighting out of Anaheim California... he is a former APW Junior Heavyweight Champion... he is Alex Scott!!!

"Fight Like the Devil" begins, and there is a brief murmuring of fans. As the song picks up, Alex Scott parts the curtain, a look of focus and minor indifference on his face. He shows very little emotion, walking to the ring in his hooded sweatshirt, tights and boots. He hits the ring, uses the ropes the stretch, and then sits on the top turnbuckle, mentally preparing himself to wrestle.&nbsp;&nbsp;

DING! DING! DING!

All three men charge at each other, only for Jason Ryab to stop and let Scott and North become the first combatants. Scott and North lock up and Scott turns North around lock in a hammerlock before shoving him towards Ryan, Ryan swings for a clothesline but North ducks and he hits Scott, causing Scott to release the hold. North is quick to respond NAILING Ryan with a back elbow and quickly dropping him to the mat with a DDT. North drops to cover but before the referee can even slap the mat for the first time, Alex Scott has DRILLED North with a basement dropkick right on the point of the jaw that send him roll back towards the ropes. Scott grabs Ryan and whips him into the ropes, but Ryan hooks the ropes to prevent bouncing back. Unfortunately for Jason Ryan, he is right above North who jumps up and TAKES HIM DOWN with a cutter style move!! North covers, but again Scott is too quick driving a knee into the skull of North before he can even set the cover. Scott lifts Ryan to his feet and takes him over with a front snap mare before CONNECTING with a dropkick. Scott quickly covers Ryan!

TWO!

North comes down on Scott's back with clubbing forearms breaking up the pinfall. Scott rolls off and gets to his feet and stares at North. Scott SURPRISES North with a step up enzugiri which knocks North backwards into the corner. Scott runs back to the opposite and launches off the back of Jason Ryan as he is on all fours getting to his feet. Scott pirouettes through the air and lands a PICTURE PERFECT spinning leg lariat on Brandon North. North stumbles out of the corner and falls on to the shoulders of a rising Jason Ryan. Ryan stands with Brandon North on his shoulders. Scott sees is and EXPLODES out of the corner and connects with a SHATTERING superkick to Ryan. Ryan drops North as he stumbles backwards and flips out of the ring and over the ropes. Scott looms up on North and picks him off the mat. THE ANSWER!!!

Block A -- Round One

Bad Boy Energy vs Old Man/Cray Mitchell

Shots of the arena pan to where Masuda Teijin braces himself in a corner in his cockiest pose, when the lights go down with smoke machines filling the entrance tunnel and stage.

clearwater: Welcome back to Monday Night Metal, where the surprise entrant of Teijin, nephew of the late Masuda Jubei, has taken over the ring.

St. Remi: So true on that front, Mikey. Teijin hasn’t so much commanded the empty ring as much as he has sort of squatted her since the last break from commercial.

clearwater: Brave worlds… and they’re definitely not mine!

Black and White strobe lights begin illuminating the area as the ring announcer begins to introduce Aaron Blaze.

"Also representing Bad Boy Energy... from Seattle, Washington...weighing in at One Hundred and Eighty-Seven pounds (187 lbs.), he is the "Prince of Pain"....Aaron Blaze"!!

As the introduction ends, a man is seen through the strobe lights and smoke dressed in a long Black trench coat stands at the top of the entrance ramp with his back to the ring. As "Broken Hands" begins, he waits until the [:28] to open his coat and reveals a hidden skateboard. Stepping on the board, Aaron slowly rides the skateboard to the ring and around the [:51] mark, he enters ringside and hops off the skateboard that he let glide under the ring before sliding under the bottom rope and into the ring himself. In the ring, Aaron runs to the other side of the ring and jumps up onto the Second turnbuckle and stares out at the crowd.

St. Remi: He’s been at the throat of many of the established stars of APW these last few weeks.

clearwater: And it’s cost him a win every time too.

St. Remi: Not sure why, but I see something different in him. Bigger, even, bro. Can’t quite place it.

The crowd boos and cheers him as he starts to remove his coat and it falls across the top rope. Stepping onto the top rope next to him, he turns and drops down to the mat and then squats down leaning backwards onto the ropes as he stares at his opponent. By now the [3:48] music fades to silence as Aaron regroups with his partner before agreeing to be the first one into the match. Teijin shrugs and slips out onto their chosen corner.

clearwater: Look! Who’s that at the ramp?

Old Man walks down to the ring carrying a piece of sod. When he enters the ring, he plops then sod on the mat, stands on it, and yells “Get off my lawn!” before slamming the patch of turf to the ground. When "Yummy" begins to play as Cray belly dances down the ramp. OM begrudgingly follows him.

Jessica Kaine:: And their opponents, at a combined weight of 410 pounds… Old Man, and “The Guru of Glee” Cray Mitchell!

He slides in the ring and does some kicks. His partner ascends the stairs, one-at-a-time with a hand on his griping knee, before bracing to a turnbuckle. Cray agrees to go first with a pat of his partner’s tense yet surprisingly built shoulders.

clearwater: Not the dream matchup across the board, but Cray and Blaze have already butted heads once with the former getting the better.

St. Remi: They’re so young too… either that or Old Man has skewed the average like an A+ on a calculus final.

Ding! Ding!

clearwater: And there’s your opening lockup. Cray throwing the smaller Blaze to the canvas as he hits the ropes on a pretty cartwheel!

St. Remi: Blaze giving chase… springboard back elbow!

clearwater: Look at Cray. He’s so fired up!

Teijin props a chin on his turnbuckle; meanwhile, a soul-searing glare goes into his heart. Where Old Man simply makes his presence felt between the action in-ring with the legal men. Cray’s athleticism and tricky style continues to give Aaron Blaze fits. He becomes overly defense, playing straight into the guru’s plan that sees Blaze flattened to the canvas with an expertise leg sweep.

St. Remi: Blaze has to wake up and go at this right way. He’s watching but not learning.

clearwater: How can you learn from capoeira? It’s random by default!

St. Remi: There you go, kid!

An overextension leads to a near pin attempt after Blaze turned a by counter into a crucifix pin. Cray recovers only to have a shotgun kick uppercut him back to the canvas.

St. Remi: Jackknife pin!

clearwater: Cray gets free, but thinks better of relying on his partner.

St. Remi: Yeah, but that geezer has a plan of his own. He’s just been glaring at Masuda Teijin since the start.

clearwater: Mind games, perhaps?

St. Remi: Hard to say. Boomers and pansexual men don’t have much to say on a park bench. What would they say here?

clearwater: Uh oh—look out!

Cray dodges a springboard assault with a backhanded mule kick to the chest of Aaron Blaze. He follows that with sloppy yet impressively high-angled T-bone suplex. Aaron crawls to the ropes before finding a second wind off the rebound, answering that last barrage with a stun gun to Mitchell’s over-pursuit. He then slaps on a tarantula stretch until the ref breaks them.

clearwater: Innovative offense on both sides. What do you make of this growing rivalry?

St. Remi: Two young men with nothing to lose. No boundaries too far for these bright stars… no way!

clearwater: Mitchell with a german suplex—absolutely surging off the mat with a prupose!

St. Remi: They’re both cut down! Can either man make the tag?

clearwater: Mitchell reaches the Old Man! Can Blaze get to Teijin… what Masuda doing?

St. Remi: You’ve got to be joking me! He’s not going to tag in! Does Teijin want to lose?

Old Man pulls Blaze into the center of the ring before putting him to work with some stiff shots to his wrapped ribs. Several more of those pointed strikes actually brings the official to break them apart shortly with a warning to that cranky bastard.

clearwater: Old Man giving a relentless beating to this talented kid. Can he do it without Masuda’s help?

St. Remi: No. No he can’t, Mikey boy. I cannot believe this side of Masuda Teijin!

clearwater: Old Man lining up shots with a hand pulling up on Blaze’s cropped hair. The final of three haymakers slaps the young miscreant back to the canvas with Clubber Lang authority.

St. Remi: Don’t put this whole on beta max, bro. It’s already old enough in here.

clearwater: Alpha faithful seem pleased by this beat down. Does it have to do with all the remarks that he lobbed at some of this company’s top talent? These cheers seem to say so….

Punishment continues for Aaron Blaze at the hands of a man nearly three times his senior. Fans follow along with a shrug as this boomer cleats a full 18 into his back, aiming directly for hardcore leftovers from the PPV. Blaze looks to the unimpressed Masuda with an outright prayer for mercy that goes unanswered. Old Man whips him to turnbuckle and tags in Cray Mitchell. Both execute a classic vertical suplex that Cray flips and bridges into a pinfall…

clearwater: Cray almost had him there, but there’s still something left to Aaron Blaze after all!

St. Remi: Masuda is either testing him… or, hell if I know what the dude is doing over there.

clearwater: He’s abandoned his partner several times now. A gamble that may pay off much longer.

St. Remi: Cray setting him up like a bowling pin… and just slapped him stupid!

clearwater: How much longer will Teijin wait? This is getting ridiculous!

St. Remi: Cray whipping Blaze into the ropes—and whiffs “Cray Cray”!

clearwater: Canadian Destroyer! Aaron Blaze has pulled off an impossible feat tonight! And his partner has no stake in this win – and loss shall hang upon his shoulder alone!

St. Remi: Simma down bro… look, their crawling to their corners.

Old Man makes the successful tag. He then walks to where the hapless and near crippled mass of Aaron Blaze begs for his partner’s hand. The ring’s elder statesmen takes a long look down, but back up to Teijin, now slouching beside the turnbuckle like some Caturday meme. Wherein a phrase strikes deep in Teijin’s soul: “Hey pussy… that’s right, I’m talking you snokeflake!”

clearwater: He tags in! Here comes Masuda with a dozen right hands! Old Man returns the volley!

St. Remi: Oh brother! There’s the thunder!

A chop to the boomer badass stumbles him back a few paces… then he asks for another. Teijin gives him the finger when Old Man stalks him—baring his chest in the process—as clear target. Masuda shrugs and gives him one with more of a windup. Fans “ooh!” from that sickening quake across flabby skin.

St. Remi: This guy’s insane! He wants another!

clearwater: Do something good for once in your life, Masuda!

St. Remi: Where’s that coming from, bro?

clearwater: I don’t know. Maybe it’s the name, maybe the man—just stop standing around and fight!

Teijin goes for one more. When out of the ref’s sight, a knee crushes him in the tatters, dropping the young Masuda to his knees. Old Man then hits the ropes and drops Teijin with a Lou Thez press; however, his momentum sapped him to where he only throws about four punches before gassing himself. clearwater: Old Man calling for the finish of Masuda Teijin. Could this be the end for Bad Boy Energy?

clearwater: He lines up the snapmare… Whoa!

St. Remi: Teijin Driver! But that took all he had to survive! Teijin can’t complete the bridge!

Fans give up picking sides and simply clap their asses off for the action. Old Man makes a desperate slump to tag back in The Guru of Glee. Masuda looks up before getting a surreptitious tag to his partner. Cray and Aaron meet with almost no energy to stand.

clearwater: They’re throwing blows!

St. Remi: Cray goes behind—but he can’t hold on!

clearwater: Springboard—no! Mitchell avoids the pele kick in time, on what would have been an amazing kick!

Block A, Round One

Uncanny X-Men vs PKA/El Muertos

“UltraNUMB” by Blue Stahli hits the speakers and the crowd pops big with the emergence of Jaice Wilds onto the stage. He gets the fans pumped, running from one end of the stage to the other, then stops at the ramp and raises his arms in an X as his music fades out and is replaced by Parkway Drive’s “Destroyer.” Boos are mixed in with the cheers as Spartan steps from behind the curtain, his face an expressionless mask as he surveys the audience. Jaice sprints down the ramp, Spartan following behind at a more sedate pace. As Wilds hops onto the apron, Spartan ascends the steps. Jaice vaults over the ropes, shoots across the ring, and goes right up the turnbuckles, once more raising his crossed arms, while Spartan ascends the opposing corner and mirrors him.

Jessica Kaine: Ladies and gentlemen! The following tag team match is scheduled for ONE FALL and will determine which team progresses to the next round of the tournament! First to the ring, at a combined weight of 469 pounds, the team of JAICE WILDS and SPARTAN -- the UNCANNY X-MEN!

Suddenly Sidewalks and Skeletons "Slow Motion" hits the PA System and out from the curtain emerges "Grade A" PKA, dressed in all black. A black vest over a shirtless top accompanied by black shorts, boots, and wrist bands. He smirks as he confidently drifts down the aisle and slides into the ring. PKA climbs up the turnbuckle and puts his arms out in a crucifix as the fans watch his every move. The camera focuses in on his black hair, his face, his black eyeliner, the intensity in PKA's eyes. He hops off the turnbuckle and he hits the opposite corner to do another pose, arms out in a crucifix. After soaking in the fans' reaction, he hops off the turnbuckle and his music fades out.

Jessica Kaine: And their opponents… First, from Wichita, Kansas; Patrick Kay Anthony -- “GRADE A” PKA! And his partner…

The arena blacks out as ‘A Toda Madre’ by Thell Barrio plays, the guitar riffs for eights seconds before the drum hits, white strobe lighting flashes frantically in time with the beat. A spotlight finds El Muertos walking amongst the fans wearing a black stetson, black leather belt and holster. His hand firmly holding the grip of a golden revolver sat in the holster as he pushes his way through the crowd.

Jessica Kaine: From Mexico City, Mexico… EL MUERTOS!

Once El Muertos makes his way to ring side the house lights fade up. Jumping up to the apron he looks around slowly letting the fans in attendance get a look at his face. El Muertos yanks his hat off as he climbs through the ropes and poses in the centre of the ring. As soon as the music cuts out in one swift motion El Muertos throws the hat into the air, draws the revolver and fires three shots at the stetson, catching the hat as hit falls back down to the apron.

DING DING DING!

El Muertos and Spartan start off for their respective teams. Spartan is quick on the offense, but Muertos isn’t so easily put off. He has an answer for everything Spartan throws at him! Spartan with a heavy right -- blocked! Spartan with a big back elbow -- El Muertos dodges and comes back with one of his own! El Muertos follows up with a big forearm that staggers Spartan. El Muertos looking for a big DDT -- countered by Spartan! Spartan with an inverted DDT of his own and a throat chop just for good measure!

Spartan drops for the cover, but PKA gets in the ring and breaks it up! As the official backs PKA off, Spartan hauls El Muertos back to his feet. El Muertos surprises Spartan with a snap kick to the gut! He lifts Spartan for a full Nelson slam -- but Spartan rallies back and fights out! As soon as his feet touch the canvas, Spartan hits the ropes, springboards off, and takes El Muertos down with a bulldog!

Watching from the corner, Wilds seems content to let his partner do all the work. Spartan with a cover, and this time PKA stays put.

One!

Two!!

KICKOUT!

Muertos back to his feet, and still ready to fight. El Muertos goes right on the attack and backs Spartan toward a neutral corner! Irish whip! Spartan’s back smashes against the turnbuckle! El Muertos comes running in with a high knee! Spartan slumps as El Muertos moves away for another charge. El Muertos runs -- but Spartan has just enough wherewithal to move out of the way at the last moment! With El Muertos cornered, Spartan crashes into him with a huge splash! El Muertos stumbles out drunkenly, and walks right into a clothesline from Spartan!

NOW Jaice seems interested in what’s going on. He signals to Spartan to tag him in, but Spartan just waves him off. Spartan pulls El Muertos up and looks to put him down with an enormous suplex -- but El Muertos rallies back! He reverses and drops Spartan with a bridging suplex! The pin!

One!

Two!!

Wilds in to break it up, but he’s met by PKA who starts firing rights and lefts! With the referee busy trying to pull PKA and Wilds apart, the count is forgotten and Spartan gets back up. El Muertos and Spartan join the brawl, backing up their partners! It’s absolute chaos in the ring! Someone accidentally elbows the official, who hits the mat and rolls out of the ring. All four men are oblivious and continue fighting! The fans are on their feet, shouting encouragement. PKA manages to pull Spartan down with a headscissors; Wilds gets the better of El Muertos with a Pele kick! He moves to assist Spartan and the two of them haul PKA up and put him down with a double DDT!

Wilds signals to Spartan, who nods, as a replacement ref comes running down the ramp and slides into the ring. El Muertos is still laid out on the mat, and PKA is barely moving. Spartan positions himself on the top turnbuckle, and Wilds climbs up onto Spartan’s shoulders. With all their focus on El Muertos, neither man notices PKA slip from the ring. Spartan rises to give Wilds more height as Jaice prepares to launch himself -- when out of nowhere, PKA climbs up onto the ring apron and nails Spartan with a superkick! Wilds is pitched off Spartan’s shoulders to land awkwardly in the ring! Spartan manages to land on his feet, and grabs PKA by the throat, pulling him back into the ring! He lifts PKA for a big slam, but El Muertos spears Spartan down to the mat!

While Spartan has his hands full with El Muertos, PKA helps a groggy Jaice Wilds to his feet, only to set him up for an impaler DDT -- P-KRUSHER! At the exact same time, Spartan hits El Muertos with a REVOLUTIONIZER! Both men cover! The original ref is back in! Both refs make the count!

One!

Two!!

THREE!!!

DING DING DING!

The officials both get up, and quickly confer. After a moment of arguing back and forth, they finally come to a decision, and communicate it to the ring announcer.

Jessica Kaine: Ladies and gentlemen -- by official decision, this match has been ruled a NO CONTEST!

The crowd goes berserk with boos. Both teams are sufficiently recovered by now, and all four men start arguing with both officials. All of a sudden…

“Sgori (Burn)” by Stvore rends the air and everyone goes deathly silent. Spotlights focus on Irina Ivanova as she stalks onto the stage.

Irina Ivanova: This will not do! One of these teams must advance! Since this match ended with one man from each team being pinned, this will be resolved by those two men! Next week, to determine which team moves ahead in the tag tournament, JAICE WILDS and EL MUERTOS will face off in a singles match!

So having spoken, Irina vanishes backstage once more. Cut to commercial.

Clearwater: Wait! That’s Jason Ryan, what the hell is he doing here? I don’t like this, Jason with his security team never leads to anything good! Jason was critical of Aaron Blaze earlier this week!

Jason climbs in this ring with his security team on the apron. Jason gets within inches of Aaron, it looks like they’re goons brawl. Jason backs up with a smirk, he rears back, here we go! Wait what? Jason, instead of punching Aaron has handed him a Black T-shirt. Now Aaron is putting it on laughing. What is going on? Oh what the hell, it’s a Bloodline T-shirt. Jason and Aaron shake hands, what is going on here?!

Jason picks up a microphone 

Jason Ryan: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome the first official member of my Bloodline, Aaron Blaze!

Cowgirls From Hell vs Wheels of Destruction

"How Could I Just Kill a Man” begins to play as the houselights slowly dim. At the nine second mark lights begin to flicker as LaRocha’s voice fills the arena.

~ Hey don't miss out on what you're passing,
You're missing the hootah of the funky buddah,
Eluder of the fucked up style's that get wicked
So come on as I start to kick it, ~

Jessica Kaine: Introducing first…

The AlphaTron lights up with the chrome ‘cFh’ emblem and explodes. cFh flashes again on the screen, and a small amounts of pyro’s shoot off as Meghan steps out from behind the curtain followed by her protégé and partner Maxine Riggs.

~ Cause we're like outlaws ridding while suckers are hiding,
Jump behind the bush when you see me driving by'
Hanging out my window, and my magnum taking out some negros~

Jessica Kaine: Hailing from the Great White North, Canada weighing at a combined weight of two hundred and eighty pounds….

Meghan and Maxine stop and wave at the crowd as they shift their hips to the right side. They make their way down to ringside.

Meghan and Maxine smack the hands of a few fans.

Meghan stops halfway down, looks side to side, raises up her arms and the entire stage explodes in gold and silver pyrotechnics as a wide grin comes across Meghan’s face as Maxine holds her left fist up in the air.

Cause nothing is coming from it
I'm not gonna waste no time fucking around I got ya humming
Humming coming at ya! then you know I had to gat ya!~

At that Meghan and Maxine turn it into a stride and slide under the bottom rope into the ring and each jump up to the top turnbuckles as they raise their fists in the air.

Jessica Kaine: And now their opponents...

The lights go dark in the arena as Ultimate Destroyer's Alarm Sound hits the arena.

Jessica Kaine: Weighing in at a combined weight of 620 pounds , they are the combination of Ultimate Destroyer and the Road Dawg...

All of a sudden you hear the thunderous roar of a motorcycle as a metal cover of “I’ve Been Everywhere, man” hits the p.a. Driven by Road Dawg, he and UD come flying down crashing into the ring as they try and jump the Cowgirls but they have slid out of the ring laughing at the display of madness.

Jessica Kaine: WHEELS OF DESTRUCTION!!!

The partners take their corner as the Cowgirls take theirs.

Remi: Well could be one of the few times that size really matters

Mike: No lie there Remi, but remember this isn’t just any tag team in the ring with Dawg and Destroyer…it’s the Cowgirls From Hell.

The ref signals for the bell to begin the match, and Road Dawg starts for his team. Meghan Kelser comes into the ring with a head full of steam and is peppering Dawg with lefts, rights and kicks…trying to keep him off guard. Meghan with a kick to the thigh, knee, the ribs and to the back of the leg, dropping Road Dawg down to one knee. Meghan quickly nails Road Dawg with two snap kicks before driving her knee to the side of his head. Before Dawg’s head can hit the ground, she quickly yanks him back towards her and wraps Road Dawg in a dragon sleeper, driving knees to the back of his head. He is looking like he is in a bad spot, but rakes the eyes of Meghan. He fires a back kick into her midsection, then reaches back and lights her chest up with a vicious looking chop.

Crowd: WHOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

Meghan stands straight up with that chop but is brought down to the mat with a Roaring elbow. Meghan hits the mat and Road Dawg stumbles back a bit holding his head. Dawg grabs Kelser by her hair and flings her into her corner. Road Dawg rushes in right after her and Meghan quickly stuns him with a back elbow, followed by a European uppercut. Maxine tags herself in and springboards off the top rope and takes Dawg down with a hurricanrana. Mad Max takes a step as Road Dawg tries to get to his hands and knees only to be greeted with a punt kick to the ribs.

Remi: The rookie taken it to the Road Dawg.

Mike: Not too bad!

Maxine lands another kick to the ribs of Road Dawg. This time Road Dawg wisely rolls out of the ring and looks to have a quick meeting with his partner, but that little ball of Chaos is having none of that and takes flight over the top rope and lands in the waiting arms of Destroyer and Dawg. However, before they can do anything Meghan goes flying over the top herself and crashes into everyone, sending to two bigger men down. Maxine hops up and gets back into the ring, Meghan follows behind her and the two Deadpool members stare into the ring for a moment, trying to regroup. Both men head to opposite sides of the ring, trying to split the girls apart. Road Dawg goes to slide into the ring first and is cut off by Meghan who kicks him right in the face, that sends him stumbling back into the guard railing.

Remi: Veteran display from Kelser!

As soon as Dawg hits the guard railing, Meghan leaps off the turnbuckle and goes for a crossbody but is caught in mid flight by Road Dawg, who smiles as he steadies himself. Road Dawg runs full speed at the ringpost and nearly cracks Meghan’s back, before rolling her back into the ring. Maxine sees this and rushes over, which allows Destroyer to slide into the ring right behind her. As Meghan gets rolled into the ring, Maxine goes to check her, but is stopped by Destroyer. Destroyer grabs her by the back of her neck. Destroyer yanks her up in the air…and drives her face first into the mat.

Crowd: HOLY SHIT!!! HOLY SHIT!!!

Remi: Well…instant facelift by Ultimate Destroyer.

Mike: I can see the pain on Maxine’s face from here.

Destroyer pushes Meghan to the side and turns to the fallen Mad Max. He goes for the pin.

Mad Max kicks out and Destroyer smiles, knowing that he has a chance to inflict more damage to the Kelser protégé. Destroyer picks up Maxine and flings her into the corner and turns his attention to Meghan. Road Dawg slides in and grabs Meghan and wraps her up for a German suplex. Destroyer hits the ropes and comes off with a brutal Yakuza kick at the same time as Road Dawg starts to lift Meghan off her feet with a picture perfect German suplex. Meghan folds on impact as Dawg pops back up and backs away to their corner to allow Destroyer to go back to work.

Mike: Ultimate Destroyer not easing up in the slightest!

Destroyer goes back to Maxine and starts to measure her up. Destroyer slaps his arm, signalling that he is about to squash mad Max into the turnbuckle. Destroyer rushes in and she ducks the clothesline and just slams her foot into the lower levels of one Ultimate Destroyer. Destroyer drops down to both knees and the ref is yelling at Maxine. She pushes the ref out of the way and runs forward, driving her knees into the back of Destroyer’s head and driving his face into the turnbuckle. Destroyer’s neck snaps back as Mad Max starts to drive knees and elbows onto the fallen Destroyer. Meghan is starting to regain her sense and sees Maxine unloading on the big man. Meghan joins her partner in the ring and Dawg goes to save Destroyer, but the ref cuts him off. Destroyer gets to his knees and Maxine and Meghan trade kicks that pepper up the chest, arms and eventually the head of the giant. Destroyer hits the mat like a ton of bricks. Mad Max and Meghan back up into the corner and make the tag and stays on the attack and starts to fire away stomps on Destroyer. Meghan hooks in the headlock and leans back, trying to make a big target for Maxine who is climbing the ropes. Mad Max steadies herself and leaps off the top and drives an elbow to the small of Destroyer’s back as Meghan drops down with a DDT. MAD MAX goes for the pin.

3-NO!

Destroyer powers out and Maxine gets a bit of air as she lands on her feet. Maxine punt kicks Destroyer in the head and goes for another pin, but Destroyer powers out again. Maxine hits the ropes and nails a dropkick into Destroyer’s face and goes for one more pin attempt.

Destroyer kicks out again and this time, he rolls out of the ring to get himself some space.

Remi: Damn, I haven’t seen anyone take that much abuse to the face since Lucious Starr was a in ring performer!

Mike: Maxine has done a great job on keeping Destroyer on the ground with her speed. If the Cowgirls keep on this path, they may win this match.

Destroyer quickly slides back into the ring to avoid the ref counting. Maxine tries to catch Destroyer coming in but the bigger man catches her and nearly breaks her in half with a spinebuster. Destroyer stumbles back into his corner and Dawg tags himself in and Maxine is trying to roll over to her side of the ring, but Dawg cuts her off. Dawg lifts her up and starts to fire MMA style strikes at one half of the possible future tag team champions. Road Dawg has Maxine staggered and whips her into the ropes. Dawg goes for a big boot, but Maxine ducks under and dropkicks Road Dawg in the back of his knee to drop him down to one. A quick heel kick to the back of the other knee, dropping Dawg down to both. She quickly tags in Meghan and each bounce of the opposite ropes. Both girls rush in at Dawg, Maxine from the front and Meghan from the back and both girls sandwich Dawg with that double clothesline that they call COWGIRL STAMPEDE!!! Meghan drops down for the pin and Maxine lunges at Destroyer’s leg as he comes in.

The Cowgirls embrace in the ring as Rage Against The Machine hits the sound system again. The crowd is chanting the three most feared initials in APW.

Remi: The crowd is certainly into the Cowgirls from Hell!

Mike: if they keep putting on matches on like that one they will keep chanting their name!

Meghan and Maxine take opposite turnbuckles climbing up to salute the fans of APW as we go to a commercial for one of it’s sponsors.

Main Event

Block A, Round One

Man Made Gods vs Partnership of Pain

The lights in the arena drop to black, then pick up a slate gray/blue color as "Oroborus" by Gojira hits the PA system! The crowd flips out, the Man Made Gods step out from the backstage area standing side by side and taking in the crowd's reaction. They both stride to the ring like they own the place, Frank slides in under the bottom rope and Corey takes the stairs to the apron to step in through the ropes. The duo high five forearms as they ready themselves for the upcoming battle!

Jessica Kaine: The following tag team match is scheduled for ONE FALL and determines which team will advance in the APW Tag Team Tournament! First to the ring… FRANK PATRICK VENABLE and the “King of All Wrestlers” COREY BLACK -- the MAN MADE GODS!!!

The lights dim and smoke fills the stage as Blackened the Sun comes over the P.A. system. The first verse hits and Voshon comes out first, as the chorus hits Trey walks out behind him and the Pyros go off on stage. (Goldberg pyros) Voshon and Trey stand there basking in the electrifying atmosphere. They then slowly make their way down to the ring with menacing looks on their faces. The both slide under the ropes and go to separate turnbuckles and lift their arms like Randy Orton.

Jessica Kaine: And their opponents… Voshon Jackson and Giovanni Salbrini -- the PARTNERSHIP OF PAIN!

DING DING DING!

The last echoes of the bell are still ringing through the air when the Gods explode into action! Corey Black goes right after Voshon Jackson with a vicious elbow to the head, while Frank lays into Salbrini with a series of quick jabs, a chop, a kick to the shin, and a hard shove that sends Salbrini stumbling backward. Frustrated, the big man comes back for Frank, only to be intercepted by a Busaiku knee from Black!

An enraged Jackson grabs FPV and tries for a quick powerslam, but Frank uses his agility to slip free and put Jackson down with a hip toss instead. The official has finally had enough and wades in, telling both teams one man needs to go. At a nod from FPV, Black goes back to the MMG corner, and Salbrini stays in while Jackson retreats out of the ring.

Salbrini swings a hard right. Frank sees it coming a mile away and dodges. FPV responds with an elbow smash, then whips a dazed Salbrini to the MMG corner, where Corey Black immediately goes to work on Salbrini with a series of rapid fire strikes, until the official warns him off. Frank pulls Salbrini back out of the corner and plants him with an over-the-shoulder arm drag. Salbrini pops right back up, only to eat a running clothesline from Frank!

FPV’s momentum carries him back to his own corner, where he slaps his partner’s outstretched hand. As Black prepares to enter the match, Frank launches Salbrini at Corey with a PEARLY GATES slingshot catapult; Black finishes the sequence with a discus clothesline that flattens Giovanni Salbrini! Black covers!

One!

Two!!

Voshon Jackson comes in with a massive elbow drop to break up the pin! Unaffected, Corey Black rises and turns to face Jackson, who appears to realize he’s just made a serious miscalculation. He backs away, holding his hands up defensively, shaking his head, as Corey Black stalks toward him. Step by step, inexorable and unrelenting as Death itself, Black pursues Jackson -- until, without any apparent reason, Jackson stops, grinning wickedly.

From behind, Salbrini wraps Corey Black up and lifts him high, intending some mischief. But Black is too experienced for some bullshit like that. He fights free and pushes off, somersaulting over Salbrini’s head to land in a kneeling position. Black looks up with a sardonic smile, almost daring his opponent to come at him -- and of course, Salbrini does. He charges in -- and gets caught by a spinning heel kick right to the chin! Enraged, Jackson tries to rush Black from behind! The King of All Wrestlers stops him cold with a leaping double foot stomp! Jackson crashes to the canvas and Black lays boots to him over and over! The crowd is firmly behind the Man Made Gods, cheering with every stomp!

A weary Salbrini tries to aid his partner, but Frank hits the top rope and brings Salbrini down with an enzuigiri! Black delivers one last savage kick to Jackson and rolls him under the ropes with his foot, sending Voshon Jackson crashing to the ringside mats. Then he joins Frank and lifts Salbrini up, putting him in position for a Burning Hammer. The fans pop. They know what’s coming as Frank takes a step back, lining up for -- BOOM! HEADSHOT! -- and Black follows through with the Burning Hammer! HEADS OF GIDORAH! Black and Venable each rest a foot on the chest of Giovanni Salbrini.

One!

THREE!!!

DING DING DING!

Jessica Kaine: The winners of this match -- advancing to Round Two of the APW Tag Team Tournament -- the MAN MADE GODS!!!

“Oroborous” thunders through the arena to a huge pop from the crowd! Frank and Corey climb the turnbuckles, lifting their arms in triumph, while medics rush in to check on the fallen Partnership of Pain. Cameras focus on the Man Made Gods celebrating their victory as the scene slowly fades to black, with the APW logo superimposed.
