Born Aaron Benji Alstead, his love for professional wrestling came as an honest mistake when his father took Benji to his first live show in Seattle. A little kid from Spangle and population of all 307, it was very different being around more than just those he knew. Growing up in a small town, you pretty much know everyone and they know you. This was true as Aaron was part of the local town's football team and track team. With his position on Special Teams, he would rely on his track experience to run a punt return or he himself would being the punter whatever the occasion. His track record of long distance runs is one that to this day has still not been broken. While in Seattle for a track event, after the event, a local professional wrestling event was happening as one of his teammates' brother was part of. His father went with him and seeing the enjoyment from his father gave him the idea to pursue that career. About to graduate, he set his sights on what to do after and that was to train to become a wrestler.
With the connections already there, Aaron graduated and just 24 hours after graduating, he began his first class at a Seattle wrestling school. For months and months he trained at the school and learned everything there was to be done. During their down time, he found the love of skateboarding by accident from some of the guys and girls he trained with. Picking up the board and told on how to create a character, he decided to transition his skateboarding into his maneuvers and his Blaze nickname was born. He would skateboard to the ring and his speed in the ring, it was instantly that his coach Kelly Allin that said this would be his staple. Traveling to various cities and promotions working on the Independent and professional wrestling scene, Aaron caught the attention of a APW talent during one of his Independent stints. After a lengthy conversation, Aaron took the offer and eventually met with the management of APW and signed himself to a contract on the morning of Monday, February 10, 2020.

Bleached White hair, Skull painted White half-faced, choker necklace, long Black trench coat, no shirt, wrestling taped hands and wrists (sometimes), long skinny jeans (sometimes short jeans with Black leggings) & Black wrestling boots
Theme song:
"Broken Hands" (instrumental) by Lamb of God
Entrance:
The arena lights go out as smoke machines begin filling the entrance tunnel and stage. Black and White strobe lights begin illuminating the area as the ring announcer begins to introduce Aaron.
As the introduction ends, a man is seen through the strobe lights and smoke dressed in a long Black trench coat stands at the top of the entrance ramp with his back to the ring. As "Broken Hands" begins, he waits until the [:28] to open his coat and reveals a hidden skateboard. Stepping on the board, Aaron slowly rides the skateboard to the ring and around the [:51] mark, he enters ringside and hops off the skateboard that he let glide under the ring before sliding under the bottom rope and into the ring himself. In the ring, Aaron runs to the other side of the ring and jumps up onto the Second turnbuckle and stares out at the crowd. The crowd boos and cheers him as he starts to remove his coat and it falls across the top rope. Stepping onto the top rope next to him, he turns and drops down to the mat and then squats down leaning backwards onto the ropes as he stares at his opponent. By now the [3:48] music fades to silence as Aaron waits for his match to begin.
