[The scene opens up and were outside overlooking Hollywood, California. We seem to be in a parking lot somewhere in the hills. As we standing at the edge of the road we see that there are railings and signs everywhere telling people to be careful of surroundings. A few seconds later we hear the sound of clapping. Seconds go by and Alex Scott steps into the scene, Alex who is wearing some blue jeans, and a self-merchandise shirt , black converse shoes an d the Junior Heavyweight championship over his shoulder.]
“You know it’s funny that ever since I’ve stepped foot into a APW ring I have always been confused with another Alex Scott. Apparently the “Other” Alex Scott has been around for some time and has a history in many feds. Which brings me to my point, how can many people confuse me with another? Are people so blind that they cannot see the difference? Are people so stupid that they cannot do their homework on their opponents? Allow me to inform everyone right now. I am not the “Other” Alex Scott. People need to take their blinders off and do their research because it’s getting boring now.”
[Alex pauses looking over the city]
“Now that is over with allowing me to direct my attention to my opponent for Ways to Die Cecilia Ortiz. Last week you and I met in the ring for the second time, the first time, was in Action Wrestling’s Cruiser Rumble. Last week you got the chance to face me in a none-title match. And out of nowhere you won. I mean the only way I can describe your little win over me last week Cecilia is a FLUKE. It was nothing more than a fluke win. But there is gonna be no more fluke wins for you now Cecilia.”
[Alex smiles]
“This week APW presents 2020 Ways To Die and it’s kinda fitting and ironic all at the same time because you are going to die Cecilia. We are here in Death Valley, California and there is going to be a murder and it’s yours. I don’t believe you actually know the trouble you’re in now do you? Our match this time round is not just a normal none-title match. No. This match is a Ladder-Match for my championship title.”
[Alex looks down at his Junior Heavyweight championship]
“This is a Ladder-Match where my Junior Heavyweight championship title is being hanged up and strung up over our heads and it will be dangling from cable wire and the sole object is climbing up and grabbing it down. But I don’t believe you fully understand because while you have been confusing me with the “Other” Alex Scott you haven’t done much homework on me. But I’m gonna tell you some free info right here, I made a name for myself in Ladder-Matches, the things I can do on and off a ladder are other worldly and jaw-dropping moments. While you Cecilia are way out of your comfort zone.”
[Alex smiles]
“I mean just look at you Cecilia just look at you? You are five foot two and barely weight a hundred and ten pounds. Not to bring out all the snowflakes of the world for saying a women can’t beat a man or even compete with a man but in this case Cecilia Ortiz cannot compete against me.”
[Alex pauses]
“This type of match Cecilia will take years from your career and your body isn’t prepared for it. Which makes this match a little one-sided? But I’ll give you a little credit you did beat me last week in a singles match, but it won’t happen twice. I have been Junior Heavyweight champion now for over 65 days and I aim to make it to 100 days and beyond. Maybe what we go through in this match at Ways To Die is gonna open your eyes Cecilia that being in the ring with men is not good life goals. Maybe you should just stick to being in the ring with women and have a longer career because I’m gonna tell you this, I’m gonna to kill you.”
[Alex smiles]
“What I plan on doing to you inside this Ladder-Match I would get a double life sentence for outside of pro wrestling. I would end up in a maximum security prison with no parole and you will be on a slab table in a morgue somewhere. But in this business I’m gonna walk free. I’m gonna walk free with my Junior Heavyweight title still in my hands and the spotlight all on me. And there is gonna be a chalk outline of your dead carcass body inside the ring after I beat you.”
[Alex smiles]
“There isn’t much you can do about it Cecilia but I know your still gonna walk out and give me a fight but just know that your efforts are meaningless. The outcome is gonna be me looking down at you from the top of the ladder holding my championship title just know that.”
