Our view of pure darkness is relieved by the fading in of a pale moonlight. Under the blue-ish hue, we see five hooded figures, standing in a circular formation at the edge of a cliff. On the ground between them is the shape of a pentagram, made out of blackened leaves and herbs. There is a glowing orb of purple mist floating in the middle of the Pentagram, as each of the five hooded women extend their left hand toward it while each standing at a tip of their point of the pentagram.
ALL 5 CHANT:
"Calling to heaven we seek your guidance, not your mercy, nor your alliance. We look for an answer, for this emotion that binds us, from the darkness within, and the light that blinds us.."
The purple orb glows stronger and some of its mist dusts off onto the ground, causing the black herbs to catch its glow. The glow trails through the pentagram until it is fully in purple, and the orb releases an echoing male voice.
ORB:
"Why should I answer you, if you never answer me?"
The five hooded women seem to glance at one another with insecurity. The Orb trails the pentagram and stops at each point to sort of 'look' at the faces under each robe, then returns to the center.
ORB:
"Just as I suspected."
One of the cloaked women step forward and removes her hood, revealing herself to be Noble Savage. Her eye brows are slightly furled with obvious humbleness and a hint of concern.
NOBLE:
"No… This was not their doing, Audumla. I was the one who arranged th--
ORB:
"There is a name I've not heard in a while… Sounds like you know only what you've heard. Audumla was merely the creature of flesh that I chose to inhabit, in order to nurture the first being."
NOBLE:
"Then, what can I call you?"
ORB:
"Your life sized logic is too small to comprehend what I am, let alone comprehend what my name is. You may not call me anything. None of you are worthy of addressing me by name. As far as you're concerned, I… Am Nameless."
NOBLE:
"My sincerest apologies, nameless one, I am in serious need of guidance through the cause of Balance. See, sometimes I think I see you but what attention do you give me? They name you and slander your pentagram with mentions of mere God's and Devil's. All because you've been absent. You left this world to Ymir after you raised him and he forgot the meaning of his existences. The world is lost in your silence. And your absence directs us towards the very extermination they oppose. Even the God that they recognized as Odin grew up, that boy is already a man. Then the God of Abraham cursed your name so many times that it is not known to any living being…"
ORB:
"What is your concern, Noble? What does any of this have to do with why you summoned me?"
NOBLE:
"I summoned you because I've been through the wringer. I've learned and grown so much and I've fallen so many times that I forgot what the purpose of it all even is. You, under the guise of a mammal, helped shape Ymir into the powerful first being that would create the God's. I need to know why. I've already brought balance to this decadence and yet I do not feel like I have."
ORB:
"He said he wanted to know more about You… And forgot EVERYTHING."
NOBLE:
"Who?"
ORB:
"The one you call Satan."
NOBLE:
"I met him. Face to face, and I realized he was nothing more than a fool. Just a dummy painted in gold. I chose to not waste my time with him and moved on to bigger things."
ORB:
"Probably the smartest thing you did. The rotten smell that Opus Dei gives off is no better. But what is all this? You are better off walking a path void of influence from light and dark. What are you doing?"
NOBLE:
"Perhaps you do not deserve such insolence, I am sorr--
ORB:
"Nonsense! I deserve everything. That is not up to you to decide. I deserve the praise and the scold, the insolence and the voracity, the worship and the secrecy. You will never understand this. What is it that you think YOU deserve?"
Noble Savage's facial expression changes from a submissive worry to a defiant grin.
SAVAGE:
"Maybe you don't deserve anything. Maybe the God's were right. Maybe you weren't there when I burned down the orphanage. Maybe you weren't there when I maimed that self proclaimed canibal. Maybe when the broken timeline gave birth to me, you had nothing to do with it. And you gave Abernathy some advice because I threw the question so many times, Noble prayed to you for me to leave and you never answered. I prayed for a conversation between Noble and myself, but ultimately the grantor of this was Lady Abernathy. Not you. The divine answer we received was the silence of God. Maybe we forge our own paths. Maybe it is useless to count on your guidance."
The purple glow in the lines of the pentagram fades away as the orb slowly dims. Noble Savage's smirk is wiped away by confusion and fear. The floating orb falls to the ground.
SAVAGE:
"Another absent diety frozen in stone cold silence… If I had a penny for every--
A thunderous roar deafens the ears and cracks the sky. We see thunder made of fire rip through the skies and the ground beneath becomes crystallized. The same voice that emitted from the orb no echoes through the horizons.
VOICE:
"The Lady of Nature, the Priestess Night, the Pythoness of Allure, the Temptress of Thought, and the Cleric of Balance, be aware that GOD does not wish for you to enter heaven, as Satan does not yearn your presence in hell. You are a placeless covenant, and there is no good in you as there is no evil. You attempt to bring balance to the masses, when with balance there would be no masses to speak of. Evil must remain where it is, and Good should never interfere. Your attempts to mock me are not insulting, they are pathetic. You will never combine good and evil."
The other hooded figures look up at the sky along with Noble Savage. As they remove their hoods we can see the familiar faces of Abernathy, Agatha, Noa Kanon, and Tempest Razum. They all seem to retreat, except for Noble Savage, who steps forward in spite of the wind that is blowing her back.
SAVAGE:
"Noble grieves on every street because nobody sees or feels your power any more! I am tired of feeling her God damned grief simply because the streetlights illuminate less than they did when Lucifer was created! You are the shame of this comfortless world! Believe it you coward because nobody sees you! Nobody feels you anymore! And I have been waiting for an answer, calling to heaven I look for an answer that I cannot find in some dirty church evicts people with tricks and calls them marginalized! One that announces sponsorized sins. It will not be the place or date or day that goodness disappeared from the federation that perished after the fury of my rage! Noble's pain is my anger, and I ask of you - no! I DEMAND that you guide us through the right channels to become what you once were, or what your acolytes once claimed you to be!"
The chaotic activity calms down.
VOICE:
"Wish granted."
The camera zooms out at an alarming speed. The farther it zooms away, the less sense our view makes. We see the planet earth sitting on a sea of blackness and the further we move away we see how insignificantly small our solar system is. The vast infinity of stars is seen as we zoom out even more, only to reveal that we are looking at a marble being held by a pasty white hand with pulsating green veins and cracked black finger nails. The hand is that of a very dead looking version of Noble Savage that stands completely nude in the middle of a wet black idle space. Her eye twitches as she looks closely at the marble and she grins with a tweak.
NOBLE SAVAGE:
"Hmmm… I understand what your plan is now… Alpha Pro Wrestling… a collection of souls that I will consume to fulfill my ultimate destiny… I can almost taste it already…"
Fade to Black.
