Bio: Smarts by name, not Smarts by nature. While Joe Smarts does claim he's the "World's Smartest Man", he is actually quite stupid.
Joe is notorious for being unable to speak a proper sentence, however, he believes that his speech is 'proper English', and everyone else is speaking incorrectly. Joe is also a firm believer that the Earth is actually a triangular pyramid.
It's no secret that Joe loves his Fries, and in fact, Joe has created his own religion, 'Fries Religion'. This religion is faithful to its seven gods, McDonaldus (god of humour), Kentuckius (god of agriculture), Subbius (half-god of health), Dominocus (god of culture), Wendysius (god of femininity), Burgerkingus (god of knowledge) and Fastfoodius (god of everything else).
Fries Religion also follows three books, the Fryble (religious beliefs), Joecyclopedia of Awesome (facts) and Joesophosy (miscellaneous)
Joe frequently hangs out with his two friends, Jeff and Jimmy. They guide him through the tough world. Of course, Joe believes he needs no help, due to his immaculate intelligence, but Jeff and Jimmy still offer help anyways.

'LADIES AND ALSO GENTS... AND ALSO THY GUYS... PLES WEELCOME SMARTSTOPIA'S WORLD'S SMURTEST MANS!! JOEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE SMAAAAAAAAA... OOMPH!
Crowd: *concerned ooh*
The crowd's concern is immediately relieved when the lights turn back on, where we see Joe has simply tripped over his own feet, and is on the floor. He immediately recovers and gets back on his two legs.
The crowd cheer as 'Catgroove' echoes throughout the arena. Joe Smarts points t the crowd, while walking down the ramp. He reaches the ring, and immediately tries to slide in. However, he does a complete Titus O'Neal and slides under the ring by accident.
Joe immediately gets back out, and climbs the stairs. One of the few smart decisions in his life.
Joe enters the ring, but trips over the rope and falls. The crowd continue cheering, as it's impossible to hate this man. Joe gets back up and taps his head to display his 'intelligence'.
