Open up with a panning shot of the packed house. Signs wave in the air, some proclaiming “I’M RIGHT HERE” or “SEEK THE WOLF IN THYSELF”; others bearing images of the fans’ favorite wrestlers, title belts, or logos. There are T-shirts, hoodies, caps, replica belts, and plush figures in the multitude of people. Mike Clearwater and Jonah St. Remington are already seated at ringside, Clearwater dressed in his usual tailored grey suit, while Remi is all in festive red with a black satin shirt and a red and white striped tie.

Clearwater: APW FANS! Welcome to MIAMI, FLORIDA -- and the FINAL ALPHA PRO WRESTLING PAY-PER-VIEW of 2019!

Remi: That’s right, my dudes! OMEGA! After six months of toil and effort; of blood and sweat; triumph and failure; victories and losses -- we reach the end of our broadcast year with the culmination of everything this company has worked toward from the start!

Clearwater: Tonight is a night where anything can happen! Newcomer Flop and fan favorite Jobber Dave go head-to-head in a ladder match -- for a chance to become a champion!

Remi: And the Wheels of Destruction roll on, this time to take on our very own Alpha Bros! Will the dominant streak continue, or will those wheels get stuck in the mud here tonight?

Clearwater: Now, due to circumstances we’re not at liberty to discuss --

Remi: Circumstances that may or may not involve a payoff --

Clearwater: -- neither Jaice Wilds nor Zion Simmons were able to make it to the show tonight. Therefore, our Christmas Tree match has been rescheduled as the North American Title match!

Remi: But before that, the Junior Heavyweight strap will be contested between recently-crowned champ Alex Scott and the volatile but loveable “Bat Man” Ashley Derringer!

Clearwater: And scores will be settled once and for all as Spartan faces “The Ghost” Voshon Jackson in a Miami Street Fight! Starting with an unprovoked attack after HorrorKore, Spartan and Jackson have been going back and forth for over a month, and tonight the time has come to put this feud to rest in the only way we know how!

Remi: With an exhibition of mindless violence, that’s how! Then Zombie McMorris will take on the North American Champ, Steven Osbourne, in a match unlike any other to determine who leaves here tonight with that title!

Clearwater: And finally -- the biggest main event in APW history! Dean Wolf. Smith Jones. Their rivalry has all the makings of legend, the grandeur of myth; and tonight they face off in the most brutal structure in professional wrestling. Two men. One World Title. Hell in a Cell. Two men enter, one man leaves forever changed.

Remi: It’s about to get REAL, my dudes! So without further delay, let’s stop talking and let these fine athletes throw down!

Ladder Match

Jobber Dave vs Flop

A drone camera pans around the ringside area, where four ladders are set up, one at each corner, outside the ring. Suspended overhead by a cable is a box wrapped in festive holiday paper.

Jessica Kaine: The following match is a ladder match! The winner of this match will have a future title shot at either the North American Heavyweight Title or the Junior Heavyweight Title, the choice will be theirs. Coming to the ring first… hailing from the dirty dumpster behind the chinese restaurant… weighing in at two hundred and nine pounds… it is Jobber Dave!

Jobber Dave comes out and runs to the ring slaps hands with the ringside fans as he makes his way to the ring. He runs around the ringside area again slapping hands with the fans before running up the stairs and slingshotting himself into the ring.

Jessica Kaine: His opponent… hailing from the long and lonely highway… weighing in at one hundred and sixty one pounds… it is FLOP!

“Audience with the Devil” starts to play…

“ABUM: When people hear about some psycho killer, it can lead them to thinking about the nature of evil, which leads to thoughts about right or wrong – bad or good.
GREB: All that thinking can get ugly.
ABUM: Yeah! You don’t want to consider a crack like that. You just want them to go through their routine of living their lives.
BLURK: What do you do to gut their souls?”

Flop walks out onto the stage as the opening bars of his theme music really begins to play. Flop comes to the ring wearing a skin coloured skin tight suit that gives the appearance that Flop is a naked eunuch.

Flop walks to the ring the slapping hands with the fans as he does as Jobber Dave watches him make his way down to the ring. Flops rolls under the bottom rope and sits down in the middle of the ring and crosses his legs.

“ABUM: Mankind has progressed to a point in its dim-witted history where life has been drained of all of its enchantment. All you got to do is sit back and enjoy.”

His theme music comes to an end and he stands and turns to face Jobber Dave.

DING! DING! DING!

Flop motions for a test of strength buy holding his hand high in the air. Dave is hesitant at first but he locks fingers with Flop, Dave brings up the hand and Flop meet the challenge. Both men are test each other's strength. But Dave doesn’t want none of and tries to Flop in the nuts, but Flop is awake to and jumps in the air and Dave’s kick comes between his leg and he JUST gets enough air to prevent Dave crowning his jewels. Flop swings his legs forward to land on his back this movement brings Dave off balance and Flop flips him over with a monkey flip. Dave rotates in the air and lands on his feet but Flop is just as quick to his and hits Dave in the back with a dropkick sending him tumbling over the top rope to the ground outside much to the approval of the crowd. Flop runs and jumps, throwing himself over the top rope and catching Dave with a flying cross body.

Clearwater: Both men ready to go high tonight, both are certainly fighters!

Remi: Both are weird too, Bro

Flop grabs Dave and throws him back into the ring and follows him under the bottom rope. By the time he gets those Dave is back on his feet and staring down at Flop. Collar and elbow tie-up now, Dave slips out of the hold and locks Flop into a hammerlock. Flop repositions and brings Dave into a hammerlock of his own. Dave adjusts his weights and slips from the hold and drops low. He tries to sweep Flop but Flop jumps the leg sweep and hit Dave with a front push kick as he comes down but Dave rolls through the move and kips up to his feet. Both men stand and stare at each other and the crowd cheers the rapid fire exchange of moves.

Clearwater: These two men are certainly exceeding expectations right now.

Remi: Yeh, bro.

Both men are staring at each other… and pointing at each other..

The Flop charges Dave and jumps, he flies through the air and nails Dave with a high cross body knocking him to the mat. he springs to his feet as quick as a Flop and runs back to the far ropes and spring off them gathering momentum, as he comes back Dave is to his feet and swings his arms in a clothesline attempt but he is aware and drops down to the mat and slides through his legs like he is stealing home plate. Flop is immediately to his feet and as Dave turns around he sends him crashing straight to the canvas with a dropkick! his two feet planted firmly in his chest at the point of impact!

Clearwater: Dave out of the ring, now! He's got a ladder from ringside and he slides it in under the ropes!

Remi: That freak is getting back up!

Dave yells loudly.

Clearwater: Why did he yell?

Remi: I’m thinking he is calling for Regular Dave, bro!

Dave maintains his advantage by mounting quickly dropping a succession of elbows to the fallen Flop. Dave looks at the turnbuckle and points to the ceiling to the roars of the crowd. He climbs turnbuckle and points to the fallen Flop on the mat and the crowd roars again. She turns around and comes of the turnbuckle.

Clearwater: DANNY BOY SPECIAL!!

Remi: HE MISSES!

Flop rolls over and drapes an arm, briefly forgetting this is a ladder match!

Flop gets to his feet. He pulls Dave with him and both men are standing again. They realise they are both in with a real chance and run at opposite ropes, They swing clotheslines and both duck under the attempts. The hit the ropes again and repeat the double clothesline miss again, this time they hook the ropes and look at each other.

Remi: Not sure what to make what just happened right there.

Clearwater: You’re guess is as good as mine.

Remi: Bro. It’s just two freaks, bro.

Both men let go of the ropes and run at each other.

Clearwater: NOT AGAIN!

Remi: NO, NOT THIS TIME, BRO!

Both men crash into each other knocking themselves to the canvas with double clotheslines.

Dave is on his feet first, and runs for the discarded ladder. He centers it under the prize high above and starts setting it up, just as Flop muscles himself to an upright position. 

Clearwater: WATCH OUT, DAVE!

Flop flies in with a dropkick to the ladder and sends it crashing into Jobber Dave. Flop grabs the ladder and drops it down onto Dave hard.

Remi: Flop going for the ropes -- what is he thinking, bro?

Clearwater: He's thinking legdrop! Right on top of the ladder lying across Dave!

Remi: Dave has got to be broken!

Clearwater: And so is the ladder! Flop exits the ring to retrieve another one!

Dave manages to extricate himself from the twisted wreckage of the first ladder just as Flop re-enters the ring. Flop immediately uses his ladder as a battering ram, driving poor Dave into the turnbuckles! Flop turns the ladder sideways and jams it against the corner, trapping Dave there. Flop runs across the ring, then charges in with a big splash!

Remi: WHOA! Dude, Flop is vicious tonight!

Clearwater: It's OMEGA, Remi! And there's a title shot on the line here!

Flop removes the ladder, and Dave staggers out of the corner, then falls to the canvas. Flop bashes him with the ladder one more time, then sets it up in the middle of the ring.

Remi: There he goes! Flop climbing the ladder and Dave is in no shape to stop him!

Flop ascends, pausing about halfway up to survey the damage beneath him. Dave pushes himself to his hands and knees and begins a slow, painful crawl toward the ladder.

Clearwater: He's going to try anyway, though! This is what makes Jobber Dave a man of the people! No matter what, he keeps on trying!

Flop looks down at Dave, then up at the festively-wrapped package overhead, sorting out his options. He goes up another rung; Dave crawls another few inches forward. Another couple of rungs up, and Dave gets a hand on the ladder. But by then, Flop is within reach. He steps one rung higher, reaches up, and snatches the parcel down from where it hangs!

DING DING DING!

Jessica Kaine: The winner of this match -- and the new number one contender for either the North American or Junior Heavyweight titles -- FLOP!!!

"Audience With the Devil" hits the speakers and the crowd goes wild as Flop proudly holds up his gift, grinning like a madman.

Wheels of Destruction vs The Alpha Bros

Remi: That ladder match was one hell of a way to open a show, Mikey, my dude! If that’s an example of what we have to look forward to, we’re definitely sending Twenty-Nineteen off in style!

Clearwater: I couldn’t have said it better myself, Remi! And we’re rolling right along with tonight’s tag match, featuring the Wheels of Destruction -- Road Dawg and Ultimate Destroyer -- as they take on fan favorites The Alpha Bros!

Emergency sirens pierce the air. Lights flash in random patterns across the semi-dark arena. The sound of an engine roars to life over the opening notes of a hard rock cover of Johnny Cash’s “I’ve Been Everywhere.” Dawg and Destroyer thrust back the curtain and stomp onto the stage, stopping at the edge to pose for the audience. As the tempo picks up, the two big men make their way to ringside and climb in, each posing at opposite corners once more with deafening roars of defiance.

Jessica Kaine: The following tag team match is scheduled for ONE FALL! Introducing first, at a combined weight of 620 pounds -- Road Dawg and Ultimate Destroyer; the WHEELS OF DESTRUCTION!!!

“Just Dropped in (To See What Condition My Condition Was In)” by Kenny Rogers and The First Edition plays as Jimmy J Brokovich and Randal P Brokovich emerge though plumes of suspicious looking mist flanked by a coughing Mom Brokovich. Mom is frantically waving the tainted atmosphere with her hand as JJ and RP high five the cheering crowd. A scowling Mom rolls her eyes as the Bro’s strut down the ramp, eventually reaching the ring as they leap off the top turnbuckle and dive and roll into the squared circle. Mom calls her boys over and whispers tactics in their corner...tactics which the Bro’s will habitually ignore, as always, ‘cause they gotta be free, man.

Jessica Kaine: And their opponents, hailing from Southern California -- Jimmy J and Randal P Brockovich, the ALPHA BROS!!!

DING DING DING!

Randal starts things off for his side while his brother Jimmy takes his place on the apron. Road Dawg stays in the ring as Destroyer steps over the top rope, glowering at the twins. Dawg wastes no time grabbing an unsuspecting Randal and flattens him with a snapmare right out of the gate.

Clearwater: Snapmare from the Road Dawg and the bell has barely rung!

Remi: That rung Randal’s bell, bro!

Brockovich gets back to his feet before Dawg can make the cover and answers with an elbow smash right to Road Dawg’s face! He follows up with a knee to the gut, then a double axehandle -- and sets Dawg up for a piledriver!

Clearwater: And a piledriver from Brockovich! Road Dawg did NOT see that one coming!

Remi: Dude, nobody did! Cover!

One!

Two!!

A powerful kickout by Dawg ends the count. Dawg leaps back to his feet and stalks Randal. A hasty grab is evaded and Randal counters with a crescent kick -- but Dawg catches the leg and spins him around, then draws him in and lifts him up!

Clearwater: Fallaway slam! Brockovich is down!

Instead of pinning, Dawg drops onto the Alpha Bro and starts raining down punches! After a brief urging by their mother, Jimmy rushes to his brother’s aid with a dropkick to the Road Dawg!

Remi: Uh-oh! I feel that brotherly love and all, but that might’ve been a mistake! Here comes the BIG MAN!

Destroyer storms into the ring, shaking the structure with every step, and wraps his meaty hands around Jimmy Brockovich’s head! He just lifts the smaller man up, effortlessly, and tosses him across the ring. Jimmy hits the turnbuckles hard and stays there, winded. Destroyer turns his attention on Randal while Mom Brockovich shouts encouragement from the outside. Slowly Randal gets to his feet, only to find himself trapped between the Wheels. Dawg and Destroyer both wind up for a knockout punch…

Clearwater: This could be it for Brockovich! I don’t like his chances right now!

Remi: HE DUCKED! Destroyer’s fist connects with Road Dawg instead!

The referee gets involved now, trying to sort things out. He tries telling Destroyer to get back to his corner. Destroyer backs the official down with a menacing growl, then picks up his partner and hauls him across the ring. With his eyes on the ref the entire time, he steps through the ropes, reaches over, and slaps Dawg’s hand, effectively tagging himself in.

Clearwater: Destroyer the legal man now!

Randal is busy looking after his brother and doesn’t see Ultimate Destroyer approaching, but he feels every thundering step across the canvas. Slowly, he turns to look up into the face of Destroyer -- just as the big man’s hands wrap themselves around Brockovich’s neck!

Remi: MASSIVE CHOKESLAM! The Alpha Bro looks broken in half!

Destroyer picks up Jimmy and flings him down with a second chokeslam.

Clearwater: Mrs. Brockovich taking to the ring now, she’s like a mama bear and Destroyer’s messing with her cubs!

Remi: But the ref won’t let her interfere! He doesn’t want to be responsible for a third body in that ring tonight!

Destroyer looks down at his two victims in detached curiosity. When neither man moves after a moment, he hits the mat and covers them both.

Clearwater: Here’s the pinfall but that count is just a formality at this point!

One!

Two!!

THREE!!!

DING DING DING!

Jessica Kaine: The winners of this match -- WHEELS OF DESTRUCTION!!!

At the sound of the bell, Destroyer gets up and walks off, ignoring the decimated Alpha Bros. Mom Brockovich and a team of medics tend to the Bros; as their music hits the speakers, Road Dawg and Destroyer leave the ring, walking back up the aisle without even a look back.

Smith Jones Segment

Troy Butler: Ladies and gentlemen, with me at this time…

Smith Jones: Your Alpha Pro Wrestling World Heavyweight Champion... the champion of the decade… there is only one... Smith Jones.

Smith walks in with a huge smile on his face. He is dressed in another new robe, this one without a trace of fur. This robe is shiny and white with sparkly silver trim. As he spins, he shows off the back where it reads ‘champion of the decade’ in elegant silver embroidery. Other details include silver stars popping out all over and a small, red Canadian maple leaf high on the shoulder blades, below the collar. He rotates to face front again.

Smitty: Ask away.

Butler: Tonight… well, this is it. Everything you could possibly have done to prepare yourself for this match is now behind you. This is going to be, arguably, the biggest match of the year here in APW. Your thoughts on stepping inside Hell in a Cell with the Hardcore Champion Dean Wolf for the Alpha World Championship?

Smitty: Dean Wolf isn't just a bit thirsty. He's not just a little peckish. Dean Wolf is downright ravenous. A little over six months ago, I was in retirement. I have no Earthly idea how in The World I've ended up where I am right this moment, preparing to face off against someone as dangerous and frighteningly damaging as Dean Wolf. Tonight, I have to face the greatest foe I have faced in a long, long time. I have to step outside my comfort zone and into HIS world. I have to take up arms and defend The World Title against a man who seeks to scar me for life, no matter how long or short he allows that life to be.

Jones takes a deep breath and sighs off to one side. He looks at Troy.

Smitty: What would you do if you knew today was your very last day?

Butler: I don’t… Maybe I’d skydive?

Smitty: Maybe you’d skydive. Yeah. Bungee jump or something, eh?

Butler: Yeah! I’ve always wanted to try base jumping!

Smitty: Base jumping. Diving from solid ground and into some great chasm whose sole purpose is to swallow you whole and plunge you down, down, down into the depths of Hell.

Butler: I mean, that’s not how I…

Smitty: This is not just the biggest match of the year for me, Troy. This has got to be in the top five most important matches of my entire career. Never have I worked so hard to come back from a place where I really didn’t think I could ever do this again. The well had dried up. I couldn’t find the time or the energy or the inspiration to get out of bed and make magic happen every chance I get! How under these particular Heavens can I be The World Champion of anyplace, let alone a place as full of true talent and insane competition as Alpha Pro Wrestling?!? This gold belt means so very much to me. There is nothing that I will not do to keep it locked right here around my waist. Look at this belt. This belt tells everyone in the wrestling world that I am STILL Smith Jones. They can hurl tomatoes in my face all they want, but as long as I have THIS, they know that the monster is still real. There was a time when I never thought I could be champion. Now, I cannot fathom a time when I’m not. I sought the wolf within myself. Now it’s time to make Dean sorry he ever made that suggestion to begin with.

Junior Heavyweight Championship

Ashley Derringer vs Alex Scott (c)

"Fight Like the Devil" begins, and there is a brief murmuring of fans. As the song picks up, Alex Scott parts the curtain, a look of focus and minor indifference on his face. He shows very little emotion, walking to the ring in his hooded sweatshirt, tights and boots. He hits the ring, uses the ropes the stretch, and then sits on the top turnbuckle, mentally preparing himself to wrestle.

"Bat! Man!" screams Ashley Derringer's voice and the "Bat Symbol" flashes across the display. The first bass note of "My Name is Mud" hits and the lights black out in the audience. The bass notes continue and a thick white smoke fills the entrance. Exiting the entrance, out steps 'The Bat Man' Ash Derringer. He wears a black leather jacket over his regular attire. In his hand he holds an aluminum baseball bat. He stops just at the entrance and will hold his bat up in the icon Bat Man symbol pose. The lyrics kick in "My name is Mud..." and Ash begins to make way to the ring. In the ring he will repeat the Bat Man Symbol pose, raising the bat high in the air.

Alex hands his championship belt to the referee who holds it above his head briefly, before handing it to a ring attendant outside of the ring for safe keeping. He signals the bell.

The two circle for a moment and close in, Alex holding up one hand for a test of strength. Ash hesitates for a moment then reaches a hand up to meet his. Alex is stopped by a boot from Ash followed by a stiff right.

Clearwater: Ooh! A vicious right from Ash ends that prospect for Alex.

Ash measures up a second right and delivers hard, sending Alex reeling into the corner. The larger man doubles down his assault, rushing in for a clothesline...

Remi: He ducked it!

Clearwater: Look at the amazing speed on Alex!

Remi: That's why they call him the Answer!

Alex meets Ash with a few solid backhand chops across the chest, which immediately cause welts. He moves away from Ash to the other side of the ring and turns back just as Ash charges.

Clearwater: Superkick!

Remi: Oh my....I think those were his teeth

Ash collapses and Alex quickly rolls him up, hooking a leg.

One!

Two!!

He kicks out. Alex pulls Ash up by the hair, sending him into the ropes. He leapfrogs over Ash who connects with the other rope. Alex leaps into the air again, this time catching Ash around the neck.

Clearwater: He's going for the hurricanrana!

Ash holds on, changing the momentum of the move, slamming Alex hard into the mat. He moves again to the corner, clutching his jaw in pain as Alex writhes on the ground.

Remi: I think Ash's jaw may be hurt...

Ash, still in the corner, is unaware of Alex who has pulled himself to his feet. He wraps his arms around Ash waist, tossing him backwards, presenting him expertly with the back of the mat in a textbook belly-to-back suplex.

Clearwater: Alex is looking good here tonight.

Remi: He said it best. He's a fighting champion..

Alex pulls Ash again to his feet, but Ash fights back. Two elbows shoot into the midsection of Alex Scott before he puts an end to it, clamping an arm around the next of the opponent and with a step, he forces Ash jaw once again into the mat.

Clearwater: Ouch.

Remi: You don't normally see a bulldog with such brutality!

Alex moves to the corner, hell bent on taking this match to the next level. Alex looks down at his fallen opponent for a moment, cold and calculated before launching himself into a...

Remi: Frogsplash!

Clearwater: Did you see the hangtime on that??

Remi: He's going for the pin, this looks like the end...

One!

Two!!

Ash hangs on barely, kicking out at the last moment. Alex looks frustrated and decides to take his anger out on the prone man, driving repeated fists into his already injured jaw. The ref calls for him to stop punching, but Alex continues for a moment before shoving the head of Ash back into the mat. He curls up in pain and Alex begins arguing with the ref.

Ash lifts himself up, reaching an arm between Alex legs and rolls him up for the school boy.

One!

Alex easily kicks out, pulling himself to his feet as Ash struggles to rise. Alex decides to give him a hand on standing up then assists him with laying back down with a quick Dragon Screw takedown. He hangs on to the ankle of Ash as he once again rights him, delivering a second Dragon Screw. The crowd meets this maneuver with booing, which Alex ignores. He pulls Ash to his knees again, rebounding off the ropes and connecting hard again with a Shining Wizard. Ash head moves to the side and his body moves in delay as he collapses to the mat again.

Alex is signaling the end, yelling for the audience to shut up, lifting Ash again from the ground. He continues his arguement for a moment with the audience before tucking Ash head between his legs.

Remi: I think he's got an Answer for Ash....

Alex spends just one more moment arguing with the audience, who is busy booing, yelling for them to, "Shut up!" and then moves to lift Ash. Ash doesn't seem to move, to the surprise of Alex, who tugs again. A stiff fist from Ash meets the midsection of Alex, causing him to break the hold. Ash stands again, a quick right hook. The audience begins to cheer as Ash connects with another, then another, then sends himself to the rope. Alex recovers quickly and clips Ash with a spinning back elbow, dropping him again.

Clearwater: Alex is a technical wrestling master.

Remi: This is why he's champion...

He pulls Ash to his feet. Ash is looking worse for wear and Alex looks to the rope behind him before bouncing himself back against it. He picks up speed on the rebound, rushing straight in for a football style tackle. Ash catches him, dropping clubbing forearms on his back but the more compotent Alex picks Ash up onto his shoulder before dropping him in an Oklahoma slam.

Remi: My lord! The impact!

Clearwater: I don't think the there's any signals on in the Bat Man's head!

Alex once again pulls Ash from the ground, signaling the end. He pushes Ash head between his leg and lifts him up...

Remi: THE ANSWER!

Clearwater: I don't think Ash asked the right questions!

Remi: This one's over...

One!

Two!!

THREE!!!

Spartan vs "The Ghost" Voshon Jackson

Jessica Kaine: The following match is a Miami Street Fight, and the rules are as follows; there will be no disqualifications and no count outs, but pinfalls must occur in the ring. As an added stipulation to this match if Spartan loses he will be banned from wrestling for Alpha Pro Wrestling for an indefinite period of time. Coming to the ring first… from Brooklyn, New York… weighing in at two hundred and forty five pounds it is… Voshon… Ghost… Jackson!!

Therapy Session plays and smoke fills the stage. The lights start to flicker and the song begins to get hype, Voshon makes his way down the ramp, slowly walking mythological like he's a god that can't be touched. Once by the ring he makes his way up the stairs and climbs. Heading over to the far turnbuckle he climbs and lifts his arms Allah Randy Orton.

Jessica Kaine: His opponent…weighing in at two hundred and sixty five pounds… fighting out of Los Angeles, California… weighing in at two hundred and sixty five pounds… it is SPARTAN!!

“Unstoppable” by For the Fallen Dreams begins to echo over the Arena’s PA system. The arena goes black and then strobes begin flashing in a seemingly random pattern over the crowd before focusing on the entrance way. Spartan appears in his in-ring attire, as the flashing stops, with a single beam focused on him. Spartan raises his arms out beside his body and roars, before the arena flashes into darkness and then the lights quickly return to normal. Spartan runs to the ring - he leaps onto the apron in a single jump and grabs the top rope and slings himself into the ring over the top rope. He rolls the landing and explodes to a turnbuckle opposite him. He climbs and raises both fists in the air to illicit a response from the crowd.

DING! DING! DING!

Both men stare at each other for a second before they charge at each other with energy of young gorillas fighting for the attention of the finest female in the tribe.

Remi: Ghost is going to show Spartan that there is a new king in town, bro!

Clearwater: Spartan is a definite fighter. He won’t go down.

Spartan and Voshon ignore the fine tuning of the opening throes of battle and just start throwing punches. Spartan starts to get the upper hand and forces Jackson backwards against the ropes with his power, Spartan then backs off and clotheslines Jackson out of the top rope.

Clearwater: Spartan is not messing around, he has taken this match straight to the outside of the ring,

Remi: Spartan flies to the outside!

Clearwater: That’s his trademark slingshot dropkick - he calls that the LAX! And both his feet connected with square with the centre of the chest of Voshon Jackson!

Spartan picks Jackson up off the floor and throws Ghost into the guardrail. The force of the impact drives the steel backwards. Spartan runs at Jackson and drives a shoulder straight into Jackson as he sits against the steel guardrail.

Clearwater: Spartan is mad and the aggression is obvious in how he is attacking Jackson. Spartan picks Jackson up off the ground.

Remi: HOLY SHIT, BRO!

Clearwater: REVOLUTIONIZER! REVOLUTIONIZER! REVOLUTIONIZER! Spartan has just put Ghost DOWN!

Spartan looks down at Ghost and walks away from him. He looks underneath the ring and find himself a steel chair. He throws it into the ring. He looks back under the apron and finds himself a toolbox. Spartan opens up the toolbox and pulls out a rope tensioning turnbuckle. He turns around and is met straight away with a Voshon Jackson boot to the gut. Spartan doubles over and drops his weapon. Ghost drops Spartan down onto the face buster onto the ground. Ghost picks up the turnbuckle and hooks into the mouth of Spartan and starts pulling back,

Remi: Told you Ghost wouldn't drop easily.

Clearwater: That is horrible. He is trying to rip Spartan’s apart!!

Ghost drops the turnbuckle and knees Spartan into the back of the head. He shows his true strength but deadlifting him from the ground and dropping him face first onto the apron. Spartan collapses down onto the ground. Ghost climbs himself onto the apron and jumps off curb stomping him into the ground!!

Remi: SPARTAN HAS TO BE DEAD, BRO!!

Clearwater: Spartan is not moving. Ghost picks him up and rolls him under the bottom rope.

Ghost picks Spartan up and puts him down with a backbreaker. He picks him up again and locks him into the facelock, but Spartan makes a big back body drop and sends Ghost airborne who crashes onto the steel chair that Spartan has brought into the ring earlier. Spartan drops to the mat.

Clearwater: Both men are down. Spartan seems to be barely alive.

Ghost into the first roll himself to his feet. Ghost grabs the chair and is to his feet just as Spartan stands and smashes the steel into the teeth of Spartan. Spartan collapses. Ghost presses home his advantage and makes Spartan eat steel again.

Remi: Ghost is going to kill him, bro!

Clearwater: GET UP SPARTAN!

Remi: Chair shot!

Clearwater: GET UP SPARTAN!

Remi: Chair shot!

Spartan is unable to defend himself. Ghost drops the chair onto the mat and picks the decimated Spartan up off the mat. He throws Spartan into the corner. And waits… Spartan starts to stagger out of the corner….

Remi: SWEET CHIN MUSIC!

Clearwater: Ghost nails Spartan!

ONE!

TWO!

KICKOUT!

Clearwater: How!!!

Remi: WHAT!!!

Somehow Spartan found the capacity to kick out of that. Ghost is furious but he doesn’t let it distract him. He picks Spartan up, and double underhooks his arms

Remi: PEDIGREE!!

ONE!

TWO!!

KICKOUT!!

Clearwater: Again!

Remi: What the hell, bro!

Clearwater: Spartan showing his strength of character.

Ghost mounts Spartans and unleashes a fury of punches into the face of his opponent until he starts bleeding from the mouth and nose. Ghost stands up and brings Spartan his feet. He locates the steel chair in the middle of the ring…

Remi: NIGHTMARE! ONTO THE STEEL CHAIR!!

ONE!!

TWO!!

TWO AND A HALF!!

THREE-NO!!

Clearwater: Somehow! Somehow, Spartan has got a shoulder up. Ghost is shocked. He picks Spartan up again.

Remi: He throws him into the corner!

Ghost picks up the chair and throws into a Spartan as he collapses against the corner. Ghost follows the chair with another sweet chin music into the chair into Spartans face!!

Remi: BRO!

Clearwater: How is Spartan still alive.

Spartan collapses onto the mat. Ghost walks over to him and picks up the chair and slams into the back of the head of the unmoving Spartan. Ghost drop the chair on the mat and picks Spartan up.

Remi: ANOTHER NIGHTMARE BRO!!!

Clearwater: And into the chair!!!

Remi: Bro! Ghost is not going for the pin. He picks Spartan up off the mat who must be dead by now.

Clearwater: Holy!

Remi: BRO!

Clearwater: GHOST JUST HIT A THIRD NIGHTMARE INTO A STEEL CHAIR ON SPARTAN!!

Remi: He covers!

ONE!

TWO!!

THREE!!!

DING DING DING!

Remi: Ghost did it! He kept Spartan down!!

Jessica Kaine: Your winner, by pinfall at a time of 11 minutes and 58 seconds… VOSHON… GHOST… JACKSON!!

EMT’S rush to the ring to attend to Spartan as Voshon Jackson exits the arena to his theme music as he celebrates the win!

Christmas Tree Match
Zombie McMorris vs Steven Osbourne ©

A seven-foot tall, artificial prelit Douglas fir stands in a neutral corner of the ring. Diagonally across from it, in the other corner, are an array of crates filled to the brim with strands of lights, tinsel garlands, and ornaments of every description.

Clearwater: Ladies and gentlemen, we have ahead of us a one-of-a-kind, never before seen match type, conceived by APW General Manager Irina Ivanova herself!

Remi: Dude, nothing gets me in the holiday spirit more than decorating the old Christmas tree -- and we ‘bout to do it A-P-Dub style, ya feel me?

"American Darkness" hits the PA system as ZMAC runs out onto the stage with high intensity, pulling the crowd in and hyping them up. He runs to the ring, sliding in and takes to the top rope as the fans tell it like it is.

Clearwater: The rules are simple… the first man to get the star on top of the tree wins the match -- and the APW North American Title!

“Fever for the Flavor” by Hot Action Cop begins to play and Steven Osbourne struts through the curtain carrying his trusty address book. He hits on as many women as he can trying to get their numbers as he makes his way to the ring.

Remi: But with these two competitors, bro, that’s gonna be easier said than done!

Jessica Kaine: The following match is a Christmas tree match -- and is for the APW North American Championship! Introducing first, the challenger… At six feet, six inches, and weighing in at 200 pounds; from the Big Easy, he is the Immortal American -- ZOMBIE MCMORRIS!!! And your North American Champion… at six-foot-two, also 200 pounds; from Sexville, Population -- You! He is the Super-Sexy Boogeyman Slayer -- STEVEN OSBOURNE!!!

DING DING DING!

Clearwater: ZMAC immediately grabs the champ by the neck and tries to run him headfirst into that tree! But Osbourne digs his heels in and sends Ol’ Z to the ropes with an Irish whip!

Osbourne readies himself to catch Z on the rebound, but McMorris ducks the clothesline attempt and turns on Osbourne with a spinning back elbow! McMorris lifts the champ and plants him with a snap suplex!

Remi: Z-bro with that early advantage and he’s going right for those decorations! Boi ain’t about wasting time!

McMorris digs through the crates, haphazardly tossing things around until he finds what he’s apparently looking for -- an oversized candy cane! Meanwhile Osbourne has recovered and is closing in on him! Osbourne puts a hand on Z’s shoulder, and ZMAC turns around to smash the candy cane into Steven’s face!

Clearwater: Candy cane to the face! In all my years of broadcasting, I have to say that’s the first time I’ve seen that!

Remi: You poor, sheltered dude…

Osbourne staggers back a couple of steps, shakes it off, and comes back for more. He snatches the candy cane out of Z’s hand and shatters it over McMorris’ head! ZMAC growls and nails the champ with an overhand strike, driving him backward. Osbourne rallies back with a big right hand of his own!

Clearwater: Both men trading blows now, and the champ is really taking it to McMorris!

Remi: I’ve never seen anyone go toe-to-toe with ZMAC like this!

Each man lands punch after punch, neither willing to back down. ZMAC winds up for a big haymaker -- and Osbourne ducks! He moves behind ZMAC and wrenches his arms back in a chickenwing.

Clearater: Osbourne chickenwings the arms of ZMAC but can’t quite get it locked in! Z escapes, but not before Steven gets to the crates!

Remi: McMorris pulls Osbourne back to his feet -- but Osbourne rakes the eyes and goes back to the decorations! He’s got a box of glass ornaments!

One by one, Steven Osbourne starts throwing ornaments at ZMAC. They don’t do any real damage, but they’re annoying. Z stalks to him and slaps the box out of Osbourne’s hands, then scoops up the champ and slams him onto the remaining ornaments!

Clearwater: ZMAC looks like he’s really getting into the spirit of this! He goes back to the crates for more of those glass ornaments!

Z dumps every ornament he can find in the middle of the ring as Osbourne gets back to his feet.

Remi: But they’re as much a hazard to him as they are his opponent! Challenger and champ alike are slipping on the treacherous footing!

Clearwater: I think that may be Z’s plan!

Remi: But it’s not working in his favor, bro! Osbourne with a handful of glitter and glass dust and he flings it in SEAMac’s eyes!

A quick kick to the midsection doubles Z over and Osbourne sets the Immortal American up for a piledriver --

Clearwater: Piledriver attempt by the champ! DENIED! Z stands up and flips Osbourne over his shoulders! Osbourne crashes into that pile of ornaments!

Remi: Ol’ Z taking the opportunity to taunt the champ while he’s down!

ZMAC: Glass, my nilla? GLASS? Like that’s fixin’ to slow me down? Motherfucker, Honey Badger don’t give a fuck!

He scrapes some of the powdered ornaments into a line and snorts it straight off the canvas, just to prove he can.

ZMAC: That’s what I’m talkin’ ‘bout! Ol’ Z feelin’ that Christmas Spirit now, boi!

The Honey Badger reaches down to haul Osbourne to his feet -- but gets a low blow instead!

Clearwater: Osbourne escapes! He’s going back for the crates, digging deep, and he’s got -- what is that?

Remi: It’s…. Oh, I got a bad feeling about this, bro! It’s a NUTCRACKER!

Osbourne presses his advantage, nailing Z in the back with the wooden toy. But the Honey Badger is all hopped up on Christmas spirit and he shrugs it off, turning around to take the nutcracker from Osbourne, who suddenly realizes his mistake! Too late, however, as Ol’ Z rams the wooden soldier right between Steven’s legs.

Clearwater: OH! Right in the sugar plums!

ZMAC isn’t through yet. He tosses the nutcracker aside and gets back into the decorations, this time removing a length of tinsel garland. Osbourne uses the ropes to pull himself upright, as Zombie McMorris approaches him with the shimmering garland.

Remi: Uh-oh. Osbourne’s in real trouble now! ZMAC with the garland, and he’s wrapping it around the champ’s neck! He’s trying to choke Osbourne out!

The champ fights against it, but the more he struggles, the tighter Z’s grip gets. Osbourne grows weaker, staggering forward, his knees buckling with each step. Just as triumph appears to be within reach, the Honey Badger loosens the tinsel strand just a little -- just enough for Osbourne to get a second wind!

Clearwater: Osbourne fighting back with a big elbow! And another! Third time’s the charm, as ol’ Z finally releases him! Osbourne pulls the garland out of McMorris’ grip and unwinds it from around his neck.

Remi: Now it’s the champ’s turn, and he’s looking pissed! So much for peace on earth and goodwill toward men!

Osbourne drops Z to the mat with a big snapmare and starts laying boots to the Honey Badger! Over and over again, with relentless brutality, until he’s finally satisfied that McMorris is subdued. Osbourne grabs a handful of ZMAC’s hair and drags him toward the corner, where he uses the tinsel garland to tie Z’s wrists to the turnbuckle. Once secured, Osbourne takes several steps back, then charges in with a big basement dropkick!

Clearwater: That’s gonna put the Honey Badger out for a while!

The champ turns his back on ZMAC and goes into the crates full of decorations again, digging through them hurriedly. He tosses out a Gingerdead man, a strand of lights, a miniature Santa figurine, a miniature Krampus figurine, several snow globes, a toy train, more candy canes, a sprig of mistletoe, and for some reason, a dreidel. At last, he finds what he’s looking for: a large golden star with the APW logo prominent in the center.

Remi: He’s got the star! This could be over!

Clearwater: All he’s got to do is make it across the ring to that tree! And there’s nobody to stop -- wait, what’s ZMAC doing?

Remi: It looks like… no way, bro, it can’t be! I think I’m gonna be sick, dude.

Clearwater: Is he… is he gnawing off his own arm like a coyote?

Remi: Oh, god, I hope not! But there’s blood everywhere!

Clearwater: Wait! That’s it! He’s using his own blood to make his wrists slick enough to slip out of those ties!

And he does it! At last, ZMAC is free! He immediately picks up an empty crate and just throws it at Osbourne! It misses -- just barely -- and the champ turns around. The Honey Badger is right there in an instant. Before Osbourne can react, McMorris has him set up in an electric chair position, but Z’s hands are too slippery and Osbourne escapes! Osbourne takes a hard swing at McMorris with the star, cracking him right in the dome! Osbourne hesitates the barest instant, then heads for the tree while ZMAC is reeling from the blow!

Remi: He’s gonna do it! Steven Osbourne is about to win the first-ever Christmas Tree Match!

However, a firm hand on his shoulder stops him. Osbourne turns around -- just in time to eat a forearm from the Honey Badger! Before he can recover, McMorris grabs Osbourne and drops him with a double arm spike DDT!

Clearwater: WORLD TOUR ‘69!

Remi: In any other circumstance, Stevie would love anything 69 -- but this one might cost him a title!

Clearwater: Osbourne isn’t moving! I think this could be over!

The Immortal American picks up the star from beside Osbourne’s prone body and walks toward the tree. He glances back over his shoulder to see Osbourne struggling to his feet. The champ makes a charge in at McMorris -- but ZMAC stops him cold with a Falcon Punch. Osbourne crashes to the mat, and Z rolls him out under the bottom rope with his boot. Then, unhindered, the Honey Badger walks over to the tree and sticks the star on top.

DING DING DING!

Remi: NEW CHAMP! DUDE! That was intense!

Jessica Kaine: The winner of this match -- and your NEW APW North American Champion -- The Immortal American, ZOMBIE MCMORRIS!!!

ZMAC’s music hits the speakers to a huge ovation from the fans. As the belt is presented to him, he snatches it from the official’s hands with a snarl and climbs up the turnbuckle, holding it up for all to see!

Clearwater: Steven Osbourne gave it all he had, but McMorris was just that little bit better here tonight! Stay tuned, ladies and gentlemen! Up next… our OMEGA Main Event!

MAIN EVENT

APW World Heavyweight Championship -- Hell in a Cell
Dean Wolf vs Smith Jones (c)

Clearwater: Here we go folks, the one for all the marbles, the ultimate World Championship match of 2019. For one man, it’s about validating everything he’s achieved in 2019 and proving once and for all that he’s the real deal by winning the World Championship. For the other man, it’s about getting rid of the albatross around his neck by finally beating the man that has beaten him twice and holding on to the World Championship. It’s Hell in a Cell. It’s Dean Wolf. It’s Smith Jones. It’s the APW World Championship. Let’s see what led us to this moment.

A video package plays before cutting back to the arena. The cell lowers over the ring to the delight of the crowd.

”SO SEEK THE WOLF IN THYSELF!”

Dean Wolf marches down the aisle like Steve Austin. When he enters the ring, he walks to every side of the ring, holding up the Hardcore Championship while also exposing the tattoo on his right arm which reads "Seek the wolf in thyself."

Clearwater: Out of the 147 days that the Hardcore Title has been in existence, Dean Wolf has held it for all of those days except 35. No one except for the World Champion has had a more successful 2019 in APW besides Dean Wolf!

The opening guitar riff from Linkin Park's ‘Waiting For The End’ plays, followed by that haunting double piano note as all of the lights in the arena blast to full white. The lights start to slowly fade to darkness as every spotlight in the joint floods the entranceway with bright white light. Smith Jones comes out onto the stage dressed in a shiny white robe with sparkly silver trim. The World Title is securely fastened around his waist. Jones stops at the top of the ramp and looks out across the crowd.

Crowd: I’M RIGHT HERE! I’M RIGHT HERE! I’M RIGHT HERE!

Smith strides confidently down to ringside. He mounts the steel ring steps and wipes his feet respectfully on the ring apron before parting the ropes and taking centre. He steps forward to towards the ropes and removes his championship belt, hanging it from the top rope and snapping it in place. He raises his right fist in the air and looks up at it. Smith opens his hand and spreads his fingers out wide as he lets go of everything outside the ring and focuses on the fight before him. Jones removes his robe and hands it to ringside before stretching up for the match. Smith sports that signature stone scowl that says everything is not going to be okay for his opponent.

Clearwater: Smith Jones started out in APW on a losing streak, but he overcame all of that and won the Alpha Showdown. That win led him down a path that brought him the World Championship! He is a technical master, but tonight, he wants to prove that he is more dangerous, more aggressive, more deadly, and just plain old more hardcore than his challenger!

Both men stand in their corners.

Jessica Kaine: This contest is our main event! It is scheduled for one fall, and it is a Hell in a Cell match for the Alpha Pro Wrestling World Championship! Your referee is Eddie Silk.

The crowd cheers.

Jessica Kaine: Introducing first, the challenger. He is from wherever he may roam and weighed in tonight at 230 lbs. He is the Alpha Pro Wrestling Hardcore Champion, Dean Wolf!

The crowd roar. Wolf walks to the center of the ring, looks at Smitty, holds the Hardcore Title in the air, and points at the World Title. Smitty stares a hole in him.

Jessica Kaine: And his opponent, from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, weighing in tonight at 229 lbs, he is your Alpha Pro Wrestling World Heavyweight Wrestling Champion, there is only one... SMITH JONES!!!

Smitty stands in the center of the ring and holds his title in the air while making a slashing motion across his throat with his thumb. Wolf sneers.

Wolf hands his title off to a ring attendant. Silk takes the World Title, but not before Smith kisses it. Silk shows it to the challenger. Wolf touches it. Silk finally shows the crowd before handing it off to the ring attendant.

Clearwater: Who is walking out of Miami as the World Champion?!

Remi: I can’t wait, dude!

Silk calls for the bell.

Clearwater: And we’re off!

Both combatants run into the center of the ring and started throwing rights and lefts at each other. Smitty gets the better of the exchange. He sends Wolf off the ropes, but Wolf reverses and spears Smitty. He rains down more rights and lefts on the World Champion.

Clearwater: Wolf with the early advantage!

Wolf brings Smitty into the corner and slams his head into the turnbuckle a number of times before peppering him with right hands followed by a series of stomps. He Irish whips Smitty. Smitty grabs the top rope, jumps, and tries to push himself out of the corner, but Wolf catches him.

Clearwater: He might be going for a Death Valley Driver!

However, Smitty escapes and hits a German suplex hat trick.

Smitty goes outside the ring and looks under the apron. He pulls out a nightstick, climbs back into the ring, and goes to hit Wolf between the eyes with it, but Wolf stops him. Smitty boots him in the stomach and whacks him in the back of the head. Wolf collapses face first to the mat. Smitty throws the nightstick out of the ring, climbs to the second rope, and pulls down his knee pad.

Clearwater: He’s gonna go for Gravitas! He could end it right now?

Wolf gets to his hands and knees. Smitty leaps, but Wolf dodges him. Smitty’s knee hits the mat hard. He holds it, but not for long, as Wolf locks in a Stretch Muffler.

Smitty turns onto his stomach and pushes Wolf away with his free foot. Wolf falls backwards through the ropes and spills to the outside. Smitty takes a few seconds to get to his feet. He limps out to the apron. When Wolf gets up, Smitty goes for a double axe-handle, but Wolf has the nightstick in his hand and smacks Smitty in the stomach with it. He follows up by whipping Smitty into the cage face first three times. After the third time, he rakes Smitty’s face up against the entire perimeter of the cell.

Wolf finishes up by slamming Smitty’s face into the cage. Smitty falls like a stack of bricks to the floor.

Remi: Smitty is busted open, dude!

Clearwater: One good turn deserves another!

Wolf finds a chair under the ring and whacks Smitty’s injured knee with it over and over again. He throws the chair away and rolls Smitty back into the ring.

Clearwater: He’s setting up for Easy Prey!

When Smitty is on his feet, Wolf charges, but Smitty moves out of the way. Wolf’s knee hits the turnbuckle. He turns right into the clutches of Smitty, who spins and tosses Wolf into the turnbuckles.

Clearwater: TAKE IT HOME!

Smitty goes to the outside and grabs a table. The crowd roars with approval as he slides it under the bottom rope and sets it up in the middle of the ring. He turns his attention back to Wolf and pulls him out of the corner. He grabs his hands and starts stomping on his head.

Remi: He’s relentless, bro!

The World Champ goes back out and grabs another table to more roars. He lays this table on the top turnbuckle and throws Wolf on top of it. Smitty hops up on the table himself and sets Wolf up for a powerbomb.

Clearwater: Wait! Wolf’s got him up!

Smitty ends up on top of Wolf’s shoulders in a fireman’s carry. Wolf jumps off the table and breaks Smitty in half with a Death Valley Driver through the table in the middle of the ring.

Crowd: Oooooooooooh!

Wolf covers.

One!

Two!!

Smitty kicks out. Wolf throws the broken table out of the way. He goes outside, lifts up the ring apron, and starts tossing chairs into the ring, also to the delight of the bloodthirsty crowd. He piles them up in the middle of the ring.

Clearwater: Now WOLF is throwing Smitty onto that table that’s laid on the top turnbuckle!

Remi: He’s gonna try a powerbomb of his own!

The World Champ stops Wolf’s attempt by falling to his knees and hitting a low blow. Wolf falls to one knee. Smitty grabs him by the hair and throws him off the table, causing the challenger to land back first on the ring apron.

Remi: That’s the hardest part of the ring, dude!

Smitty climbs off the table and waits for his foe to his feet. When he does, Smitty sprints across the ring.

Clearwater: TOMORROW!

Wolf flies back into the cell wall and falls to the floor. Smitty picks him up and sends him into the wall again with a fallaway slam. He throws Wolf into the ring and looks under the apron.

Clearwater: What else did his cronies leave for him?!

Smitty pulls out a steel chain and throws it into the ring. He gets in the ring, but before he can pick the chain up, Wolf grabs one end of it. Smitty snatches the other end and the two have a tug of war. Wolf pulls Smitty in and hits a picture-perfect Double A spinebuster. He turns to the chairs and unfolds them. He faces them towards each other, making something of a chair bridge. He grabs Smitty and lifts him in an elevated double chickenwing.

Remi: He’s gonna slam him face first on those chairs!

Smitty kicks his legs and victory rolls Wolf face first into the chairs. He lifts Wolf up and slams him onto the chair bridge with a falling inverted DDT.

Crowd: Oooooooooh!

Clearwater: He’s not done yet!

Smitty rips the bandage off of Wolf’s head. He wraps the chain around his fist and punches Wolf in the face. Wolf is busted wide open. Smitty wraps his legs up in the chain and covers him.

One!

Two!!

THR-- NO!

Clearwater: Only Wolf would kick out after that!

Smitty can’t believe it. He goes to the corner and starts ripping up the canvas until the wood underneath is exposed.

Clearwater: He hates Wolf! All he wants to do is win, and he’ll do it at all costs!

Smitty brings Wolf over to the exposed wood and lifts for a piledriver, but Wolf blocks it and lifts Smitty up, sending him back first onto the wood with an Alabama Slam.

Crowd: Oooooooh!

Clearwater:

One!

Two!!

Remi: Now Wolf can’t believe it, bro!

Clearwater: He’s looking under the ring to see what goodies Smitty’s people left to play for him to play with!

Remi: It’s a barbed wire 2x4!

The crowd growls. Wolf climbs onto the apron, but he’s met with a baseball slide by the World Champ. Wolf falls to the floor. He gets to his feet and Smitty charges.

Clearwater: HE’S GOING FOR TOMORROW AGAIN, BUT NO! WOLF DUCKED AT THE LAST SECOND! SMITTY GOES HEAD FIRST INTO THE CELL WALL!

Wolf grabs the 2x4 and rakes the barbed wire against Smitty’s already bloody forehead.

Smitty: AAAAAAHHHH!

Remi: They’re both wearing the crimson mask!

Wolf mercifully relents and throws Smitty back in the ring. Wolf climbs to the top rope with the 2x4 and waits for Smitty to stands. Wolf steps off the top rope and goes to slam the champ with the 2x4, but Smitty boots him in the gut and DDTs him onto the wood.

Crowd: Oooooooooh!

Clearwater: That’s gotta be it!

One!

Two!!

THR--NO!

Smitty wastes no time in attempting to lock on his patented submission.

Clearwater: THE SYSTEM!

Remi: But he can’t get the body scissors on all the way!

Clearwater: Wolf is fighting it! He rolls backwards just like he did on October 14! Cover!

One!

Two!!

Clearwater: Smitty kicks out this time!

Smitty quickly gets up. Wolf charges him, but Smitty kicks him in the gut and lifts.

Clearwater: SPILLED MILK!

Remi: He drove his head into the wood again, dude!

Smitty looks down at Wolf enraged.

Clearwater: He should go for the cover!

Remi: No, dude, I think he’s got something BIGGER in mind!

Smitty grabs the table that’s laid on the top turnbuckle in the adjacent corner and brings it to the area of the ring with the exposed wood. He unfolds the legs and positions the table. Then, he goes to the outside and pulls out a 15 foot ladder.

Clearwater: My God! Look at the height of that ladder!

He sets the ladder up in the corner.

Clearwater: Wolf hasn’t moved since Spilled Milk was hit!

Smitty lays Wolf onto the table and begins ascending the ladder.

Remi: He’s taking too much time to get up that ladder, bro!

Clearwater: He’s bleeding! His knee is injured! He’s physically spent!

Wolf comes to and sees what Smitty is up to. He starts climbing the ladder and meets his opponent at the top. Smitty greets him with a right hand. Wolf answers back with one of his own. They go back and forth.

Clearwater: I don’t like how that ladder is shaking underneath them! Wait! OH MY GOD!

The ladder falls over. Wolf gets crotched on the top rope, but Smitty jumps and clings to the wall of the cell!

Clearwater: AMAZING!

Remi: He’s Spider-Smitty, dude!

Wolf’s leg gets tangled up in the ropes and hangs in the Tree of Woe. Smitty looks down and sees Wolf’s predicament. He jumps and hits a single leg stomp onto the face of Wolf.

Crowd: OOOOOOOOOOOOH!

Clearwater: He just destroyed Wolf’s face!

Crowd: THIS IS AWESOME! THIS IS AWESOME!

Smitty holds his ankle for a second before grabbing the apron and lifting himself up. He rolls Wolf into the ring as fast as he can, follows him in, and covers.

One!

Two!!

THR--NO!

Clearwater: Smitty can’t believe it!

Remi: Now’s he’s smashing Wolf’s head into the wood!

Clearwater: Cover!

One!

Two!!

THR--HE KICKS OUT AGAIN!

Smitty wastes no time going for his next best shot.

Clearwater: SLEEP PARALYSIS! HE’S NOT GOING FOR THE COVER! HE’S GOING TO THE TOP! THE CRESTFALL! COVER!

One!

Two!!

THR--ANOTHER KICKOUT!!!

Remi: WHAT?!?!?!?!

Clearwater: HE’S HITTING HIM WITH EVERY LETHAL MOVE HE’S GOT IN HIS ARSENAL!

Remi: ALL EXCEPT ONE! THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED THE LAST TIME THEY MET! WOLF JUST WON’T STAY DOWN, BRO!

Clearwater: SMITTY THROWS EDDIE SILK OUT OF THE RING! IT’S NOT HIS FAULT, SMITTY!

Smitty grabs the chain and wraps it around Wolf’s throat as tight as he can.

Smitty: I’m gonna kill you, you motherfucker! You are staying down this time!

Clearwater: Wolf is turning purple!

Silk climbs up onto the apron. Wolf gets his hand on the chain and rolls forward. Smitty collides with the Silk, who flies off the apron and goes through the door of the cell!

Crowd: Oooooooo!

Clearwater: Eddie Silk just went through the door! Wait! Cactus Clothesline by Wolf! He and Smitty both spill over the top and to the floor!

They get to their feet, but Wolf strikes first with a right hand. Smitty spills out of the cell and into the aisle. Wolf follows him and strikes again. This time, Smitty falls on his back. Wolf grabs his legs and catapults him into the mesh. However, Smitty clings to the mesh again.

Remi: What’d I tell ya?! Spider-Smitty!

Clearwater: He’s scaling the cell!

Wolf goes after Smitty and climbs up himself!

Clearwater: This could be bad news right here!

Smitty makes it to the top. He gets to his feet and sees Wolf arriving on the ceiling. Wolf gets snatched up in a double underhook. Smitty tries to lift the challenger, but Wolf escapes.

Clearwater: THE KILL! NO! HE MISSED! SMITTY LOCKS ON THE SYSTEM, BUT WOLF WON’T GO DOWN! SMITTY SCISSORS HIS BODY, BUT WOLF GETS HIS ARM UNDER ONE OF THE LEGS! HE’S CARRYING SMITTY ON HIS BACK!

Wolf runs and falls backward. The ceiling collapses. Both men go into a free fall and crash through the table in the ring below.

Crowd: OOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHH! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT!

Clearwater: OH MY GOD!

Remi: THEY’RE DEAD! THEY’VE GOTTA BE DEAD!

Clearwater: THIS IS THEIR OMEGA! THIS IS THEIR END! THEY WON’T STOP UNTIL ONE OR BOTH OF THEM ARE DEAD!

Remi: AND THE MATCH CAN’T END! IT’S HELL IN A CELL! THERE HAS TO BE A WINNER!

Both men start showing signs of life somehow. Eddie Silk has since recovered and crawls back into the ring.

Clearwater: WHAT ELSE IS GOING TO HAPPEN?!

Both men use each other to get to their knees. Smitty lands a right. Wolf lands a right. They trade rights as they make their way to their feet.

Finally, Smitty hits a headbutt. Wolf stumbles backwards and comes off the ropes. He charges with a big boot. Smitty grabs it, spins Wolf, and jumps.

Clearwater: POINT OF CONTROVERSY! WAIT! NO! WOLF DUCKED! SMITTY LEAPFROGS HIM! SMITTY TURNS! WOLF SPINS! THE KILL! HE GOT IT THIS TIME!

The crowd pops. Smitty gets turned inside out. Wolf falls to his knees and collapses on top of Smitty. He hooks the leg.

One!

Two!!

THREE!!!

DING DING DING!

The crowd goes apeshit as “Of Wolf and Man” plays.

Jessica Kaine: The winner of this contest, and NEW APW WORLD CHAMPION, DEAN WOLF!

Wolf turns over onto his back, bloody and exhausted. The cell raises. Silk gets the World Championship belt from the ring attendant. Wolf slowly sits up and is presented with the belt by Silk. Wolf is in disbelief and takes the title from Silk.

Clearwater: HE DID IT! HE FINALLY DID IT! AFTER YEARS OF STOPS AND STARTS, WOLF HAS FINALLY REACHED THE SUMMIT! HE’S ACHIEVED HIS DREAM, THE ONLY REASON HE’S IN THIS SPORT! WOLF IS FINALLY THE CHAMPION OF THE WORLD!

Wolf slowly stands up. Silk hands him the Hardcore Championship as well. Wolf raises both belts in the air and takes in the adoration of the crowd. He climbs up each corner and shows off his newly won prize. Smitty rolls out of the ring and sits at the bottom of the aisle, looking up at Wolf despondently.

Clearwater: Smitty has nothing to be ashamed of! He gave it everything he had and then some!

Wolf goes out to the announce table and stands on top with both of his title held high in the air.

Clearwater: Ladies and gentlemen, that caps off 2019 for Alpha Pro Wrestling! Thank you for being with us every step of the way! Jonah St. Remington and the rest of the APW broadcast team, I’m Mike Clearwater! Good night!

We get one more shot of Wolf celebrating before fading to black.
